The Mane at least covers the back of the neck and the top of the forehead from exposing.
The ear's size is merely the same size as the eyes.
The eye's width is nearly the same base width of the hooves OR same width of the ears.
The length of the hooves matches the length of the body.
The width of the hooves is the same width of the ears.
The haunches (back hooves) is always attached to the back of the body
and be considered as the end of the body length.
The haunches are 1/3 of the body length.
The tail is placed at the very top of the plot and ends at the end of the body.
The nuzzle is shaped almost the same way of how you draw the ears.
The head's height cannot be no more than 3/4 height size of the body nor would
be under half.
The length of the neck is nearly the same height as the head.
The round top curve of the eyes is outlined black and has at least 3 eye lashes.


If unicorn:
the base width of the horn is the same as the width of the nose (nuzzle)
the height of the horn is equal to the length from the nose through the chin.

If pegasus:
If the wings spread, it shouldnt reach higher than the head.
3-5 long feathers in the back; 2-4 short feathers in front.
The short feathers must at least be 1/2 of the length of the long ones.

When closed, has to match the height of the flank
Wings are Placed in the middle of the back and front hooves (obivously)


If its a colt:
The head is technically a trapezoid.
no eyelashes.
side note*: usual bodies are somewhat larger than actual ponies.
most of them are short tailed.
unlikely to use "girl" colors such as pink, purple, etc.

If its an alicorn:
the nose should be a bit longer; at the same time try not to make it look like a fox head.
The neck can't be no less than the height of the head nor would be longer than twice the height of it.
The horn's height is about as long as the neck.

if the wings closed, the height should be the same size as the flank and cover part of the flank.

If wings spread: add 5-8 long feathers (or just make it so that the edge wont be bigger than others).



Color of choice:
Cutie marks not only shows special talents, but blends in within the scheme of the pony itself.

Ex: Rainbow Dash
Special talent are rainbow explosions (and speed).
Towards blending in the scheme;
Has Rainbow mane.
You know the Sky is light blue and is where rainbows are right? So the base color of her body is light blue.
