To anyone interested I remember reading this story a while back, My memory is a bit hazy on the details but I remember It involving a lizardman/dragonborn going to a nation Of gnolls to Establish some sort of trade or treaty. But by gnoll customs he was immediately stripped and handcuffed to pose no threats as he would have to remain like that during his stay.
