1.) Hey, I'm Peter, known in the furry world as Xavier Milosten, and known in most online games as Plagas, Plagas.SotH, or PlagasXM. I'm 20, turning 21 on August 24th, and I currently live in Ohio, though I'm from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, originally. I'm working on an Electrical Engineering major, and will be resuming college (hopefully) in the Fall. I'm a gamer, a nerd, and a shy guy. Heck, that's all I can really think of for a self-introduction. *shrug* Ask more if you want to know more, or just stick around for the rest of the journal!
2.) Hm, first love.....By that, are we talking "first crush" or "first girlfriend"? Because the former was back in the 3rd grade - a girl named Alexandria White. The "first girlfriend", however, was a girl I met over World of Warcraft years ago, a Troll Shaman by the username Libra, but the real-life name of Bridgette. She was a fiery, somewhat-tomboyish one. We got together in September 2008, and broke up in January 2009, because she was cheating on me and lying to me about it.
3.) My dad works at paper mills under a variety of titles, though his major is in Electrical Engineering. My biological mother died when I was 12 of smoking-induced lung cancer. My stepmother is Ukranian.
4.) My musical tastes are greatly varied. I can find at least one song of almost any genre you can think of that I can enjoy. Rock tends to dominate my library, though.
5.) My definition of love....Oh boy....Well....I guess my definition of love entails feeling a deep emotional connection, perhaps even an emotional attachment, to another person. However, I believe this connection develops with time, not "at first sight" - that is infatuation or lust, and I refuse to let the terms mingle.
6.) Hobbies...Well, I collect rocks and minerals, Magic cards, and video games, I play a lot of video games, and in my spare time I draw.
7.) Y'know, I don't really have one set best friend, but rather, a close, tight-knit group of friends that I'm always there for and are always there for me. Some of them don't know each other, and some I've never met in-person, but they know who they are =).
8.) Wow, a question I can answer without thought - my precious item is my "Buckle Up" Bear! He's a small stuffed bear with those words on his shirt, and I got him for wearing my seat belt during a car accident. Scary stuff, but I came out completely unscathed because of my seat belt =D
9.) Beliefs....beliefs....Religious beliefs? If so, I think of myself as a simple deist - I believe that one or more greater beings created everything, and left us to grow on our own. That's about it for that. If you can think of anything else you want to know my beliefs on, post a comment - I'll update the journal with answers accordingly!
10.) Hm...An inspiration...Honestly, I don't really have an inspiration. Might explain why my art suffers so much, haha.
11.) Biologically, I'm an only child. However, I have 3 stepsisters and 1 stepbrother. Two of the three stepsisters live in Washington, and one of them is married and has two children, while the other is dating right now. The third lives with me. The stepbrother is engaged right now, due to be married in late August.
12.) In my bag? Hmm, well...*imitating the most interesting man in the world* I don't usually carry a bag, but when I do, it's full of video games, sticky notes, pens, and digital devices.
13.) Feet, a decrepit bicycle, and a 2003 Ford Escape with almost 120k miles on it compose my list of modes of transportation.
14.) I currently live out in the middle of nowhere in Ohio. Before that, Munising, Michigan was my location, and I was born in Escanaba, Michigan.

Good news, everyone!
Posted 14 years agoAnd by "everyone" I mean all two of you, haha. So I finally got some progress on the piece I've been working on for ages, after having restarted it 4 times and been stalled and distracted. I threw it under "Scraps" on my page, if you two want to take a look =) I warn you though, it has a LOT of work to go! There's lines in there that are there for referencing, but the general framework is there =D

Posted 15 years agoMmk, figured I'd drop a progress report, since I haven't written on this journal in 5 months and have yet to put any art up.
Progress on the commission for
Eliana is going slowly. Got some progress done on it, but not too much.
Also tried my hand at a different kind of art with a different set of tools than I'm used to on the inside of a box whose internal material I am not used to and can not elaborate on due to the fact that the art was going to be a surprise gift for somebody receiving a late gift this Christmas that might figure out what the gift is if I elaborate too far >.> Needless to say though, I'm not going to be doing any work with food coloring in art for a long while, thanks to the excessive bleed I just learned about that would not have been bad, had it not bled green into the red zone.
Progress on the way though, 'cause I'm not in college and haven't moved to Ohio yet!
