Another death in my family

My grandma died last night. She was in a very bad state and couldn't move in months. I'm glad she doesn't have to suffer anymore and can be in a better place. I'll be busy helping my fam with all the papers, I might work slower this week.

I just wanted you to know that my break is over and Im back to work. I'll start slowly working on commissions this week, hopefully speed up next week.
I'll start with digital art and sketches, slowly going to all traditional commissions.
After they're done, I'll be taking some sketch commissions. My regular commissions might be closed for some time, until I finish my portfolio that I work on.

I'll be away for 2 weeks. I won't be able to answer your messages in this time. After that time I'm going back to commissions. I'll finish all commissions that I already got first, so I might open something small in mid September or early October depending on my working time :) I'd start with sketches probably...
I'll try to sketch something in these 2 weeks too and fight with my art block.

I was inactive for more than 3 months now if it comes to art. Many things have changed in the last 4 months. I moved to Canada to
spectronic but I could only stay for 6 months. We applied for an extended stay around 2 months ago. I knew my only hope was getting a real job in canada, but without a visa it was almost impossible. I sacrificed the last 4 months to work primarly on 3D art and my portfolio to soon apply to game studios in Canada. Today we received a letter back that my extended stay was denied and I have to leave the country immediately. We didn't expect that decision...
I'll be refunding commissioners who ordered anything in the last 4 months. Please allow me up to 1 week to check my notes and note everyone. Sketches and art that is already finished, I'll try to finish as soon as possible. I will take more commissions next month, since it's my only job right now, but I feel bad for letting people wait for their art so long, and I know paypal protection is only for 6 months. I dont feel comfortable enough finishing these commissions. I'm very very sorry for that.
I feel like I wasted these 4 months pursuing my dream and only chance of staying here but... I can't t do anything about it at the moment. Im in a reall bad mental state right now, I was before I got the letter, I know Im getting worse but I cannot afford a break. Especially now when I need money the most. I need a little bit of time to go back to commissions, as I didn't draw much in the last 3-4 months.
I hope you understand, again, for all my commissioners, Im really sorry for the situation that happened

Finally got a new tablet (update)

I don't remember the last time I was on FAI didn't have a working tablet for almost a month, and some of my traditional media that just arrived in a package. After waiting so long, I can finally speed up my work! I got transparent art sheets so I'll be finally able to send traditional work again. I'll note everyone with details next week. Heat wave + broken car (life update)

We recently had a long lasting heat wave, where the temperature at home goes to 35C or higher. Me and Spec are currently burning alive... He says ''we're in satan's ass crack''
My laptop starts burning my legs after 10 min of working, so I stopped doing digital commissions for now. Sun is so strong it basically blinds my eyes. We both try to survive it and are not productive much.
Last week our car was destroyed by some dicks who decided to steal valuable part from it. We can't use it anymore and we're stuck in our house. Taking a bus right now is very risky, so we can't even do groceries... As you can see, we're not doing super great.... Gonna wait for better times.
At least to the end of that disgusting hot weather T_T

Big changes + important info about current commissions!!

I didn't post much this month for some big reasons. It involves my future commissions and my job as an artist, please read for more information.
Due to coronavirus and other personal things, I was planning on changing my current job which is freelance art. In furry fandom I'm not able to live from art alone (maybe I could if I drew NSFW but it's not an option for me). I spent this month on starting my 3D portfolio to hopefully look for a job in a few months. I focus on it for most of the day, working on commissions at evenings. It means I work slower and on less art pieces at a time. I didn't plan that change before I opened my april commissions so I'm very sorry for everyone who expected a fast turn around this month.
My current queue will be moved to may as well, because I'm not able to finish all commissions due to lack of time. I'm really sorry for that. Please don't think your commission won't be finished, I have everything written down, with half of the commissions already started. They'll be all finished in may, which means may queue won't be open this time.
For traditional art that was done before april and after april: I'm currently not able to ship any art. I ran out of envelopes and protecting foil, and I don't know if all letters come to you (some might be stopped, like they do with other packages. I ordered things in the last 2 months that never came to me, and it might happen to my letters too). Please don't worry about it too. you paid for the shipping, which means your art will be sent when I'm able to! I might message you to give me your address again if for some reason I can't find it. but I have a special place for all my finished art, so it won't get damaged during this time. How long it will take? Unfortunately I can't tell. I really hope I'll be able to send everything at the end of may or in the middle of june. I want to be sure it's safe to go to the post office.

APRIL COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN + slower replies

First I wanted to say why I might be replying slower. Recently i started feeling very tired, and I have something like 'brain fog', it's hard for me to focus or think. It's been at least month or two when it happened and its really hard to work with it. I'm focusing on commissions though, so please don't worry. I remember about all commissions. Some commissions from march queue will be posted today (they're ready, I just have to scan them) and/or tomorrow.
I'm open for April queue. This time I'm taking only 5-6 commissions to make sure I finish them all to the end of the month. Sketches won't be in the main queue as they're fast to make, but Im still taking them!

I made a separate account for all art that I commissioned from other artists. I don't have much time to draw my characters so I commission others from time to time. I'm not a regular commissioner so I won't post there very often, but I often look for unique styles that will match my characters and universe. Feel free to leave a +watch <3

Change in my ToS regarding shipping (important)

I wanted to let you know that I edited my ToS regarding shipping. From jAnuary 2020 I only mail my art as regular letters, which means I don't send a tracking number. The change was made due to my current situation, I no longer live in poland (where registered shipping costs 7$), and now all my art is sent from Canada. Cost of the envelope, cardboard, the shipping and my time to drive to the post office is much, much higher now. I calculated that shipping to Canada and the US will be around 10$ (for one drawing). Since watercolor paper is heavier than normal printing paper, I also ask 3$ more for each added drawing (the heavier the letter, the more expensive shipping is).
I hope you understand. I'm not happy about it either, but with paypal fees already taking some of my money, with taxes, I can't afford to not raise the shipping cost. Especially that all that money goes on shipping cost and fuel.
I'll be also raising my prices for 2020, probably in the next 2-3 months. Im still new to full time freelance art and I can see it's very hard for me to hit to my minimum goal for a month, spending way too much time on commissions for the price I'm offering them. It's too much detail and too slow work combined. Im already working on my schedule and try to work faster without dropping the quality, but with current prices, Im not even making the minimum wage in my country. The change in prices won't be high, max 20-25$ for the most detailed types of commission, to 5$ for sketches. I hope you understand that!
I'll also try to look for more clients from different fandoms, mostly RPG characters (which I love to draw). I might post some art of them here even if it's mostly a furry site. It might me a nice change for you :)

Sorry for not being able to finish the last 2 christmas YCHs before christmas as well as other commissions I promised. I just installed my new scanner, and still not touched the printer. I work on commissions every day but slower than I expected. I really hope I'll finish everything before new year, it's my main goal right now. Again sorry, and merry christmas to you all!

I'm looking for new commission types I could open. Maybe something that is popular to commission in furry fandom or there's something that a lot of people want. Im looking for new ideas, especially digital :) I want to practise my digital skills (except reference sheets)

We can always discuss the details now and I might even make a sketch for approval in dec. I should have a lot of free time in the last week of December, so if you're interested in commissioning me and want to claim a January slot, just note me!

Im looking for ideas for my art of the month challenge. I'll be making a poll very soon and I need interesting themes I can put in it. to be honest, my brain is empty, and I don't know if I should go with christmas theme, or do something completely random. I'd love to hear your opinion! :)

I just wanted to give a quick update for my commission list. Im trying to finish everything on time, but unfortunately, I've been very busy in the last 2-3 weeks, which is going to the city almost every day for hours. I had to get all the documents needed to move out, Im visiting my father at the hospital, and doing simple housework too, which doesn't let me focus on commissions as much as I want. Im very tired, barely staying alive without napping, and I don't want to drop the quality of my art because of it. Im doing my best to finish your commission in time. I really hope you understand

I'm thinking about making a patreon for people who want to see my comic come to live. It will take me many hours to finish one page, and without any support I won't be able to fit it in my monthly queue. I'm still open for commissions, ESPECIALLY for human, feral and dragon characters. I don't have many examples of them and I'd love to work with such characters for my portfolio. That's why every HUMAN, FERAL and DRAGON character will get a 10% DISCOUNT for the total price!
Discount applies only to A4 sized drawings. I'd especially like to draw human RPG type characters (elves, dwarves, humans in armor, with weapons) with or without background. My prices can be found here:

-detailed character: 15-30$ (only if outfit/character is really complex)
-extra character: 50$
