I've been super swamped with work and school. I'm not trying to be distant, I'm honestly just not around. If you need me please drop my a message on skype, steam, or on here. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

I guess I'll give it a shot to get back into the swing of this fandom once again. I've hit a point in my life where I figured I'll be meeting more people like me, and maybe even some great furries out in Western Pennsylvania. I was tired of dealing with this fandom and its associated drama so I basically hung up Snow in my furry lined closet, and tried to find myself for a few years. Lone behold, I'm back now, and that means a few things.

First and foremost: New art.

I'm looking on getting a few pieces of Snow, including but not limited to:
1. New reference sheet
2. Casual artwork
3. NSFW art work
4. New animated Icons

I am also looking to complete my partial, as to hold me off until I purchase a fullsuit.

Second: More involvement with the fandom.

I'm going to go out my way to get into the community, and find a niche of furries I can tolerate and get along with. This will be both at my college, as well as in the local area. Hopefully, if all goes well, they'll leave an impression that will keep me here.

Third: Draw more

I'm going to be drawing more, and working to basically provide free and fun pictures of people's sonas with no cost to them. This will be in an effort to better myself as well as to have fun with doing art once again.

Fourth: Be online more.

I know this is tough with work and school; however, I'm going to try to get online more to post journals to keep my friends and followers up to date with my normal shenanigans. Since I have a total of around seventy watchers, I know that this may get no response right away. Though I'm trying to hold various event and hangouts such as Chatzy get togethers, skype group chats, streaming of art, ask Snow's, and TMI Tuesdays!

It's been a little over a month, and I am really enjoying college life. Things aren't always perfect when you don't have a perfect roommate, but you manage. At least he's cool with my being a fur fag... as well as many more of my other friends.

Its funny, in high school I would have been alienated for being a furry. Mainly, just because it is different. In college, its the total opposite. What makes us different is what makes us get along. We embraces differences, and honestly, its like Nirvana.... and no, not the band.

Being away from my parents and my sister  Dumpling_Redpaw is kinda upsetting, but at least I know they're just one phone call away. But that's the power of technology kiddies! Forty years ago, I'd have to be homesick like a regular college bum... but now they can annoy me with Jetson like technology. Not too shabby mankind... not too shabby.

I didn't make the school's hockey team, but its not a big deal since this year was competitive as all hell. Kids came from Canada, and I figured I'd be having no fun at all with the teams military like rules and regulations. A men's league contacted me for draft team play, and with any luck I'll be drafted to play every Saturday! That also means one thing: WAY OF GETTING BOOZE! Gotta be careful though, since I live on a dry campus. Regardless though, that's about it.

Also..! Sometime in the near future I am looking to change my FA icon to something new. I'm not exactly sure how I want it to look (wink wink nudge nudge), but I know I need to wait a bit more before changing it.

If everything goes as planned, my icon will hold more meaning then anyone will ever know. God, I love these cryptic messages~

I had just realized that I'm actually a bit under reaching my 13 month mark of being an official fur on FurAffinity! It's crazy! Now I'm heading off to college... my life is changing... It's all going so fast. I just thought it was neat. A first milestone of sorts to being a fur in an amazing community and fandom. Thanks to all that have supported me along the way. I wish all the best of luck, and hope I meet more awesome people just like you ^^

I went for it. I decided to purchase a new art tablet, stepping up from my old $35 VisTablet (which wasnt that bad mind you) to something a little more... well... worthwhile.

Currently I am using a Wacom Intuos 5 touch, and I am new to the whole "good tablet" experience.

The programs of choice that I am using are (in no specific order):

-Artweaver 3.1
-Corel Paintshop Pro X4
-Autodesk SketchBook
-Adobe Photoshop Elements 11

I am new to the whole tablet experience, and actually prefer drawing on paper and scanning it over for layering. I don't really want to have to do that all the time however.

In addition to that there is not much I really know how to do, and I have been playing around to get a style down that would benefit my art. If anyone knows any neat tips and tricks, or how to layer really well, it would be appreciated.

I haven't really been uploading a lot of art, even though i got a new scanner and means of coloruing it. The reason for that is, besides from being swamped with school and hockey, I haven't been able to decide whether or not I should upload the... well... risque things I have been drawing.
