Long time no journals!
I thought I'd let you guys know that I'll be trying some inking for this year's Inktober. I drink moderately but I don’t smoke and don’t really enjoy being near smoke, I tend to get bad headaches from it.

I thought I'd make a separate journal to thank you guys for all the watches, faves and comments you have given me. There was a lot of them a while back and seriously, I value every one of them, even though I don't always have time to answer or thank for all of them. I just want you all to know that you're important to me and I appreciate all the feedback, I really do. It always cheers me up and keeps me going. ;-; And same most likely goes for other artists as well, so keep on being great!

I've been having a bit of an artblock again, also studying and working takes almost all of my time nowadays. But I try to deliver some art when I can, just don't worry if I'm a bit quiet!

Just a quick journal update! :3 I decided that I could start featuring artists in my journal (idea came from Muramuri) to possibly give a small boost (well, it's worth a shot!). Right now I have one traded feature and two others, but I might be in favor of the idea of a trade in the future. We'll see later then~

Hello again! Time for some updates after a while~

I attended NordicFuzzCon 2016 a few weeks ago and it was my first big furry convention. I had lots of fun and was happy to see that some people visited my table and commissioned me, said nice things or just talked with me. I want to thank you all for that, it really means a lot for me! ;w; I also met a few new people and had a chance to share a few words with them, but I still feel like I didn't talk enough! Guess I was a bit shy, bleh. Loved the little parties during the nights, even though I sadly was a bit too tired on the last night and disappeared to sleep. :P
We'll see if I pop up to the next NFC as well, at least I really like the theme. And the hotel looks cool as hell! Anyway, I really want to thank everyone who made me feel welcome at the con, it was really nice to get a chance to hang out with new people!

Next stop, art. I have a few commissions in my list at the moment and I'm slowly trying to work through them. I have to ask for patience because I'm really slow as an artist and I have to handle my real life as well. I'm trying my best to find a job for the summer or I will go without any income for three months and at the same time I try to do my best in the school. If I won't get a job, I guess I'll have more time to draw, but I really do not want to go there. Whatever happens, during summer I do have more time for art as I don't have to study during my free time.

To be honest, I have thought about leaving commissions for a while after I've finished the ones I have promised. I feel really bad and just not right when I take commissions, like I'm not good enough for them. Or that I can't get my enthusiasm back. I guess I'm getting an artblock once again and I really do not want to go back there. I still try to come up with a good plan for all of this because I like doing art for others and making you guys happy. I won't promise anything, I know I'll still do random commissions every now and then. But all I know is that I need some time to do my stuff, I need to practice without stress of making everything perfect. I'll be thinking about this.

I guess I could put some life stuff here as well. Some may have noticed I turned 20 a bit over a week ago. I guess I'll be getting to the bigger numbers now. :P We also got new pets during that time, two lovely baby rats called Frisk and Chara. I love those little rodents to bits, even if this beginning is a bit hard thanks to all the teaching.
I'm attending therapies thanks to my depression and I quit taking antidepressants after a year of using them. I feel a bit more confident but at the same time I feel like I'm breaking apart again. And I'm afraid of it. It's never been this active, before it just made me passive. I'm trying my best to get better but I fear this will take a very long time to get over, even after all the past years. But I'll still try to stay positive, I've already traveled a long way!

Send me a note if you're okay with me selling prints or bookmarks of the drawings I've done for you. They will of course include copyrights of who the character(s) belong to. I might send a note separately as well if I find that some art has good potential to be turned into a print or bookmark. Nothing will be sold without permission, of course!

I've been working more this year than I ever have as I made a promise during the New Year to draw anything every day. I wish that I can get into drawing more and get a lot better as I was a bit disappointed in how little development I had last year. But this time I won't wallow on that but instead try my best, which I think is a big step to better after all these years!

I still have a very slow pace on finishing new drawings so I hope you guys won't mind if I might not be pushing submissions so much for starters. ^^; I want to take my time in finishing and tweaking everything I can. Another thing is that I'm drawing a lot for NFC to get some sellable art. Please do visit me there if you have time, I like having a little talk or doing you a commission!

I'll be putting up a convention meme thing soonish, for some information about my whereabouts and stuff. I know I promised to open commissions a long time ago but it has to wait for a while. >,< I try to check on that again after March or April.

Hello! I thought I'd pop a new journal here with a bit of news about coming inactiveness.

So as I noted in the subject, I'll finally be moving with  FFeFox to a bigger apartment during the last day of this month. There's so much packing and stuff to do before that! x,x What doesn't help is that I'll be having my first two tests in my university in a week or so, and my weekends are all booked with activities. Needless to say, I won't have much time for digital drawing which I really want to do as a bit of a change, I guess people don't want just traditionals. ^^;

So in a nutshell, this month will be a bit quiet but after that I probably hit you guys with a few YCHs (and probably commissions) at least... Oh and you're quite welcome to give me ideas for them. ;3 At the moment I have one and... a half? But I'm keeping those a secret for now~

Might as well try how this goes. ^^; It might help someone, who knows?

I got myself a place in NFC 2016 Dealer's Den and since I've never really visited many places like that, I'd like to hear some opinions by you guys. ^^; It'd be great if you have time to throw me with an answer/suggestions, all they do is give me an insight of what you want me to sell in the future.

So the question is: what do you like seeing in Dealer's Den? What do you mostly want to buy or seem more interested in? I'll slowly start working on some art and right now I have some prints and unique watercolor art to sell, and of course I'll be selling commissions on the spot. I've though of something small like pins and key fobs, yarn tails are also a possible plus in the pile if I have time for them.

If you have any advice or suggestions I'd be happy to hear them!~ :3

OH YES. My last journal was about the exam. I did fail it miserably but holy shit, I actually got in! I can't believe this, I'm so glad. ;3;

This has nothing to do with drawing but I still felt like writing this..... Though I'm messing all my sketches now because of excitement!

Some may have noticed some inactivity (especially you commissioners, and I'm so sorry about it! I'll make it up for ya). To tell the truth, I haven't had any time for drawing these past days. I'll have an important entrance examination next Monday and all I've been doing during the evenings is read, read and more read. Or then I worry about our bearded dragon's behavior, it's been a bit strange lately. Mostly because of these reasons I try not to overstress myself and do something else than work when I have the time. >,<;

I'll try to get into drawing a bit more when I'm off all the exams and whatnot, it'll take a week or so, mostly because I managed to graduate (damn yes) and now I have party plannings to take care of. If you're waiting art from me, I really apologize for the delay.

Yay, I finally reached the 300 watchers! Thank you all so much! <3 For this occasion I'd like to hold a raffle for the first time~

The amount of winners depends on how many will participate. The more the merrier, right? (So telling your friends about this might be a good idea ;3 No need to, of course!) The art will probably be full body, most likely I'll try my painting style on it. I might or might not do a background. There will be just one character in the pic, NSFW or SFW, depending on what the winner wants.

To get to the point, I have Aiptek Media tablet 14000u which is about 8 years old. It's been doing this same thing earlier but the area it did it in wasn't so bad. This time, though, it's in the middle. So what it does is that when I try to draw the brush on my screen starts bouncing back and forth A LOT. I makes big sweeps and then just shakes and flickers. I can make a small video of it if my description seems a bit confusing.

I have tried taking it off and putting back, re-installing the driver and booting the computer. It seems to work for a while (maybe like two minutes) but then it does it again. I'd really like to hear if someone has any kind of advice as I don't have money at the moment to buy a new tablet. .__.; I do have a Bamboo Pen&Touch but it doesn't work so well with me, which means I'd not do commissions with it.

I had some time to think and plan some prices for my commissions. Now I'd like to know what you guys think? :3 Honest opinions are welcome. Of course I'll be keeping watch on people's interest on my art while doing the prices. No slots are currently open yet but I might do some "test runs" quite soon to see how things work.
And honestly, why don't people use the "Commission info"-tab more? D: I think it's quite handy.

Time to wake up again! I did my last exams last week and now I have some time on my hands. Hopefully this means more art and stuff, even though I've thought about going to a driving school soon. Ugh. Fingers crossed that I get to the university I've been looking for!

Now I've started to think about commissions. Some have been asking when I open them so I guess it'd be fine to at least try. I still have to think about the pricing and what I will/won't draw but I'll post a new journal about it when I'm done. Of course, you can suggest what kind of commissions would be nice~ :3 For now, however, I'll finish the YCH and one badge I've promised.

As a sidenote, I will be moving quite soon to live with  ffefox after these three-ish years. We're planning on getting a bigger apartment (as the current one is quite small for the two of us), which is one more reason why I try to open commissions. Even little money helps, right? ^^; So I'll move twice during this year, to be exact. During these moves I'll be quiet for some time and probably won't answer messages and all but it shouldn't be a long disappearance~

Somehow those three years just flew by and now I have matriculation examination right under my nose. >,< I'm super stressed and scared about it because I've had problems with studying lately as I just can't focus and learn. What this does mean, however, is that I'll most likely be a bit quiet again. When the exams are over I'll have a lot of time to do art again (yay for that).

I still have to think about the possibility of opening commissions again... To be fair, I felt like it's something I'd like to do rarely or not so much. Or then I'm just so stressed about the exams right now that the idea of doing commissions feels like a huge obstacle for me. I have a few months to think about that. YCHs seem like a more easier thing for me so those will pop up again at some point. Same goes for trades and maybe random requests. :3

And uh... Maybe possibly I'm thinking about doing comics... If I get ideas. I just have had an urge to try something like that but I've been too shy to do them. ^^;
