Hey all, I'm going on Hiatus until the new year, I'm a bit burned out of posting all the time, so I'm taking a break to do more art, pratice anatomy and stuff. I'll probably be back in February again with some dating tips or something like that. Big thanks to everyone who read the little series, and bigger thanks to the people who wrote some nice stuff about liking it, this was a lot of work, and I can't wait to take another swing at it next year, and cringe at the stuff I made this year ♥

Ugh, this year has been hectic, but the ADHD Awareness Month series is finished, and will be published here, on Telegram, and on Twitter between October 1st and 31st. I wish I had more time to make up art, but I promised myself I would hit my deadlines and stop being a perfectionist.

I want to explicitly thank one of my reviewers, CoalPaw  sinistervibe for mentioning to me that a lot of the words to describe ADHD are not commonly known, so I'm going to define them here in my own words here for reference.

Attention Defficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) - A neruological condition that effects a person's abilities and profiles. Is commonly mischaracterized as a disorder, but is more accurately described as a divergent pattern of thinking, informed by a difference in brain anatomy and neurochemistry.

Hyperfocus - A trance-like state where a person is so focused on what they are doing that the rest of the world ceases to exist. It commonly happens to ADHD people, and I'm told it happens to autistic people as well. You can see a similiar phenominon in gamers, musicians, or artists.

Neruological - Involving the brain.

Perfectionism - A pervasive anxiety about not living up to one's potential, and a generalized fear of failure, often a result of harsh discipline methods or repeated rejection. Work must be poured over and perfect before it can be seen by anyone else, because even slight rejection is very painful.

Please comment below if anything I have mentioned is undefined or poorly defined, I have been learning ADHD stuff for so long, I forget what words aren't common.

Wuff Wisdom: Pride 2021 is writing-complete, and just needs another pass over the art assets to be publishable! I'm going to start publishing on June 1st, and run for the entire month. I don't think I'll be able to publish on FA around my work schedule, so please check twitter and telegram for the latest ones, and I'll do my best to fill in FA each evening as I go.

There's bit of kink advice, so I'll make sure they're tagged "mature" on FA, just make sure you don't read anything that's going to upset you. There's 10 kink advice, and they'll start on June 20th.

So 2020's just about over, and 2021 doesn't look like it's going to change much besides the number, so it's time we get to work. I'd like to put out a little rallying cry (Awoo!) for help with a project I'm working on. I'm going to start up a little advice column, and I'd like to start listening and amplifying other people's opinions and points of view, in addition to my own. I'm going to start posting them here in February, publishing a little informational blurb each day in the lead-up to how to date, and general relationship advice on how to advocate for yourself without being pushy or trampling other people's boundaries. If anybody would like to read over and offer critique or points of view, I'd love to have you as a credited collaborator (this is a hobby, not a startup).

After that, I'll probably publish a few of the other series I have in the works, like one about virtual sportsmanship, understanding games, and healthy competition, a series for pride and an XL series for ADHD month.

Every year during pride I try to educate myself a little bit more on queer issues, and I imagine I should share some of what I've been learning.

This podcast is about a queer woman, and her queer role model, and really opened my eyes that a lot of us can be role models, just by living our best lives, and being visible. If you have the luxury to, get more visible, and take some of the heat off the kids and vulnerable people by showing people there's more of us than they think. That, and we drive the wedge further in, and that always feels good.
