i didnt think it was weird to warm down i do it every time i preform until last night when our newist member of the band asked the bassist what i was doing and he said that i always do an hour warm up and a 30 minute warm down its a good way to get the 6 hours in on other newss NOOOOOo i thought i would never have to play that damn song again if you ever have a bassist dont put them through panic attack

okay so nicky i have to do an audtion for a music comp the problem is idont know if it is sound so the run down it i start playing a 4/4 or 8/8 then add in a 5/4 to get 13/8 and the cymbal is the upbeat and down is constant pedal then i play that with a Con Fuoco feel with an Allegro tempo but i need a solid phasse to get into a 16/16 at almost Prestissimo that is higly relient on solid bass and high hat and then it is poly rtymed in with a 9/8 to give it more off feel but this is the only part i have written down so if you can you genuis is needed

With saint patricks day comin up i wish i could get the money to go back to Ireland but alas i can not so i am a little sad especially from the freckin snow oh well make sure to wear green or the leprechauns will pinch you and may you have good luck and get Fluthered
