Recently I posted about changes to my irl work, you can read that here, and I have since decided to close all commissions and remaining YCHs until the summer holiday. I just don't have enough time to work on art now and I feel horrible making customers wait long periods and then me getting overwhelmed by everything so I'd rather just close everything until I have time off work to actually be able to sit down properly and draw.
I'll of course still be finishing up my current queue so no worries there but I won't be taking on any new commissioned work until late July/August now.

I started a new job in March which is why art has been much slower since (that and my tablet screen has been faulty, will try to get a new one soon). I recently got transferred to a new location and my work times have been upped so my drawing time frame has been decreased again. I now work in both the morning and afternoon ^^' I thought I'd updated you all as I currently have a few commissions to get through at the moment. I will try to work as much as I can within my small time frame between my shifts otherwise coms will get done at the weekend <3

Wanted to update here cus this is affecting my ability to draw. For the past couple of months I've been having signal issues with my Huion kamvas pro 13 drawing tablet and it's been getting progressively worse to the point my screen is refusing to turn on at all most of the time and when it actually does it flashes on and off while I'm drawing. I've had this tablet for about 6ish years now so it is a tad older now but I cant afford to replace it with a new one right now. I'll try to fiddle around with my setup some more and try to figure out what's causing it but art will most likely remain slow from me for a while until it's either sorted or I get a new one x.x

I don't know if anyone here will remember these, I think I mostly posted them to dA, but back in 2016 I had a jelly dragon original species called Gellos and they were pretty well received back then.

Just wanted to wanted to update commissioners currently waiting on stuff from me that I will be getting to work on owed art again soon but slowly. My fingers/knuckles are really swollen at the moment and have been for the past week and I currently can't bend them well at least without them being painful making gripping my tablet pen difficult lol they do this every winter and it sucksss, hopefully it will start warming up again here soon :'D

I'm so sorry for the delays! I'll try my best to get some progress done on the pieces I owe so I can show some wips at least >.<

Last update: Bebe is now fully recovered and vet bills fully paid. Thank you so much again to everyone who helped by buying! Me and Bebe both appreciate you so much <3

Update 21-24/05 : After a week Bebe is finally starting to recover. She still has a cough and still not eating too much but her nose has cleared up and she drinking and eating a little at least and is more active again. Thanks to everyone who commissioned me while she was unwell. It helped a lot towards the vet bills. I'll still be taking coms for a week just in case I do have to take her back again but I hope that won't be the case now <3

Update 19-20/05: Her breathing is getting a little better but her nose is very runny and still not eating/drinking anything. I'm gonna be giving her meds from home for another day or two and taking her back if she still doesnt improve.

Update 18/05: She's back home now and has to have a lot of meds. She refused food from the vets too but they gave her some more fluids and meds. She may have to go back again in a couple days if her health doesn't improve and she still doesn't eat. I'll still be taking emergency commissions to help pay towards the very near future bills. Thanks all who have helped so far!

Another quick update 17/05: Just paid the deposit for her to stay over night and will have to pay the rest when I pick her up tomorrow.

Update 17/05: She has gone back to the vet and is staying over for the night. It is gonna cost me another £400 for now plus another £500+ for other team of vets that will be looking after her over night and possibly extra for what ever else they have to do for her. I only have £200 left of what my sis lent to me for todays payment. I need to get the money by tomorrow so if anyone could help by buying something or even just spreading this journal it would help tremendously!! Thank you.

Sorry for the short delays to those currently waiting on bop icons from me! My little senior cat Bebe has been very sick for the past two days and I've been down the vet with her both days. She had breathing problems after throwing up yesterday (15th) and had to be given meds by the vet and today her breathing problem was better but she was refusing to eat or drink anything at all so she had to go back and have more meds. I've now burned through my savings on the vet bills and her insurence won't pay my claim back for 1-2 weeks. I might have to take her back tomorrow as she's still refuses to eat or drink anything so I'm opening some quick emergency commissions.

Yupyup that's right~ I'm opening all my clone icon types (minus the seasonal ones) and I thought it would be nice to add in some very old ones from dA too. So bouncies, bops, flags, cool dudes and more are open as a second chance deal~ I probably wont be opening a lot of these again until next year, if at all in cases of some of them, so if you missed out on previous openings or want a very rare limited and discontinued icon type now is the best time to get them! :D

Just a lil update as I am currently ill right now. It's pretty damn rare for me to get sick, think the last time was a good few years back at this point so this is very out of the blue for me. My youngest sis recently had covid so I'm hoping it's not that and just a regular flu since that usually doesn't last me too long but right now I'm pretty sniffly and very very achy and tired xD I'm still working on arts I owe, just at a slower pace as I recover from this as well as the burn out I've been experiencing this past month. I'll be sure to update commissioners when I make decent progress on coms after I rest up and at least get my strength mostly back again, right now I feel like crap aha <3

Update: Thanks everyone for the get well comments!! Gonna be a couple more days of rest but once I've almost fully recovered I will be back to work, hopefully shouldnt take too long <3
