Just a lil update as I am currently ill right now. It's pretty damn rare for me to get sick, think the last time was a good few years back at this point so this is very out of the blue for me. My youngest sis recently had covid so I'm hoping it's not that and just a regular flu since that usually doesn't last me too long but right now I'm pretty sniffly and very very achy and tired xD I'm still working on arts I owe, just at a slower pace as I recover from this as well as the burn out I've been experiencing this past month. I'll be sure to update commissioners when I make decent progress on coms after I rest up and at least get my strength mostly back again, right now I feel like crap aha <3

Update: Thanks everyone for the get well comments!! Gonna be a couple more days of rest but once I've almost fully recovered I will be back to work, hopefully shouldnt take too long <3

They will still be flat colour and have the sticker-like outlines and watercolour texture but they will be on slightly bigger canvases since I made them really small before for some reason.

So I've had my current pc for a good few years at this point and it's an older/outdated model. Because it's outdated I've been running into a lot of issues with it, especially lately as it's been slowing down and crashing a lot and just being very laggy even when I'm just trying to navigate the damn pc settings :L It's done me well these past years but since I want to be able to do other things with it that require higher graphics and better brand rams and stuff I think nows the perfect time to try and save to maybe upgrade to a newer model one though I'm not in too much of a rush either.

I have some stuff I'm currently struggling to sell which I've mostly since reduced xD If any of ya'll would like to take a gander at what I have currently, that would be great <3 I'll also be doing a rare collab with my sis soon and also doing some halloween themed stuff myself including pixel icons so if you don't find anything here, you might like something I have planned for the coming weeks instead ^^

Just wanted to give a lil update since Ive been offline for few days 😅
The ceiling in the room where I work is currently being repaired as it had a huge crack. I had to clear the whole room including my pc/graphics tablet so have been unable to work on the remaining art I owe. They should be finished on Monday-Tuesday so I’ll be able to get back to work and finish everything then ❤️

So a lot has gone down and we've been very busy lol

My mum got sent to hospital again a couple days ago and will probably be staying there for a while now. She's currently in the mental health ward and waiting to be transfered to another hospital, just waiting for a bed to free up. She was in a state when my older sisters and the doctors took her. She's pretty much been in and out of a psychosis these past two weeks which is why she's been acting so unusual, talking to herself and such. The diabetes was just the cherry on top lol still unsure if that's what started the psychosis or what type she has, it's all just been so crazy and happened so suddenly. It's definately been rough on us younger siblings :'D
We've also been busy clearing and cleaning the house/garden with the help of our older sisters since it was also in a terrible state lol which is why I've been quiet this past week. There's just so much we had to do and still have to do, I haven't had a chance to properly chill and get some arts done. I'm gonna try and get some stuff done now that things have calmed down slightly, will probs be slow still, but I will try regardless.
Hopefully things will start getting better now our mums getting the help she needs ;u;

Sorry for slow art. My mum is very ill at the moment and was in hospital last week. I've had a really rough past two weeks because of all that is going on and it's been a mixture of not feeling up to drawing and not having enough time to. My mum was diagnosed with diabetes, still waiting on results of which type, and was rushed to hospital last week because it got real bad very suddenly. She had never had it prior or any other health issues. She's also been having a lot of mental issues too since last week. We're still unsure if it's linked to the diabetes or not but we've been trying to figure it out with the hospital and mental health doctors. We had one round today and will be having someone else round to look at her again tomorrow. She hasn't been sleeping well either cus she's been hearing voices in her head and has been pacing a lot and in turn I haven't been able to sleep much either because I've been awake checking up on her and making sure she doesn't leave the house like she's been trying to do. She's been very confused and can't focus on anything. All this has been wearing on my own mental health. I already had bad depression before all this happened and this certainly doesn't help. I haven't slept or eaten properly for the past two weeks. I'm stressed as shit and I feel like shit.

I still owe a lot of icons and I'm so sorry for making you all wait, I feel awful for it. I will try to get to them as I can but will definately catch up on them all once things start getting better. Just right now things aren't going too great.

Oof so a lot has been going on irl at the moment and I wasn't going to mention it here because I don't really like sharing personal stuff but it's come to the point it's causing my work to slow down.

So on Wednesday morning me and my two younger sisters had to get our mum rushed to hospital because she was suddenly got really confused and started hyperventilating and hillucinating and just in a really really bad shape. She was there a couple of hours before having to be picked up by one of our older sisters. They took her bloods and did tests on her and they found that she has diabetes and we got her in just in time as they said any longer could've been fatal. Luckily it didn't get to that point. They're not sure which type yet as they're still trying to figure that out, hopefully in the next couple weeks, but right now she is on medication which she has the take every day for the next week. So until my mum is mostly recovered, I'm looking after her which is why art has slowed down significantly these last past days. I feel really bad for making commissioners wait long periods before I'm actually able to work on anything but it really can't be helped currently.

My older sisters have been helping as much as they can but they also have their own lives and children to look after. My youngest sister works and my other younger sister (sm0shy) has to focus on her art as she earns more then me so my mums care and housework falls mostly onto me.

Please bare with me. I'm under a lot of stress currently and this has all been wearing on my own mental health. I have so so much to do and I'm really tired but I WILL get to your stuff I promise, just will take a little while. Thank you for being patient with me! <3
