General | Posted 2 years agoDue to FA's recent eviction notice, conveniently coined a policy change, I'll probably be uploading elsewhere from now on. I was already kind of lackluster with keeping my FA page up to date. But now I have yet another reason not to keep uploading here.

Just to reiterate, this move to whatever website I may stick with in the end is only if FA actually sticks to their policy change and starts deleting my works. If they backtrack, I probably won't be going anywhere. If you've ever supported my art, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Genuinely don't know why you think I'm worth any attention yet.. But I'll be at a point one day where even I'm happy with my art. Until then, I appreciate you giving me the willpower to keep going <3

Payment Info
- Paypal Only. Nothing else will be accepted. USD. Instant Pay. No eChecks.
- I give invoices for commissions so I will need your email when asked.
- You have one week past the due date on the invoice to pay the required funds. If you fail to do so I will assume you no longer want the commission.
- Due to PayPal fees, all items on a commission have a 7.5% tax rate. If a commission equals or is under a total of $20, that rate will be increased to 10%.
Tips
- I never expect tips and they are not required, but the option to tip is on the invoice if you wish to do so!
Communicate in English!
English is my main language. I do not understand any other languages enough to communicate effectively. I’m sorry to those that don’t speak English. If there is too much of a language barrier there will be miscommunication and that will lead to issues during the drawing phase. Both sides will be frustrated, that just cannot happen. I will not accept others communicating on their behalf.
Reference Tips
If you do not provide any visual references whatsoever, you cannot be upset with me if the commission is not exactly as you envisioned it in your mind. That’s just unreasonable. Text is helpful too!
Rules Regarding Other’s Oc’s
I am fine with you sending other people’s OC sheets for me to use as a reference as long as you provide visual proof that the Owner has given permission. Please let me know that the character is not your own.
Editing Guidelines
Upon receiving the first sketch, you are allowed two days to change whatever you see fit. Upon receiving any revised or updated work, you have one day to make any changes. Once you accept the sketch as finished, there is no changing major details. The only exception is if there is a legitimate mistake that needs correction, not something based on preference. This exception also applies to any process from sketch to the final. Once the final is accepted, there will be no more edits whatsoever.
Private & Anonymous Commissions
I accept both private and anonymous commissions. However:
If you request a private commission, it may take up to twice as long to complete. I lose out on potential revenue and interactions when I am not able to post my work. You need to decide if you want a private commission or not before I even start sketching. If you change your mind past payment, there will either be a fee or cancellation of the commission altogether with only a partial refund.
If you request an anonymous commission, please be mindful that if you use OC’s, I will not be responsible for proving that you own the character in any way. I will not accept an anonymous commission with any OC’s other than your own without visual proof of endowment.
My Personal Commission Process
- Discuss with me what you want to be drawn. Example: Fullbody Duo of [Character] & [Character] with a simple background.
- Visual references are eye candy to Artists like me. Again, if you send text only, do not be unhappy if what I create is not exactly as you imagined it.
- After providing the info needed and getting a final price, I will need your Paypal email for the invoice.
- After sending the invoice, you have one week past the due date to pay it. I will not begin until it has been paid.
- I will work as diligently as I can to complete your commission. I will almost never be working on a single drawing at once, especially if you requested a private commission.
- Whenever anything major has been changed, I will update you.
- After completion, I will send you a dropbox link to the Final Piece with my Signature on it. The signature is never to be removed and the image is never to be edited.

- YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO COMMISSION ANY NSFW WORK
- I have any and all right to reject the commission if it isn’t something I can do or I am not comfortable drawing. 95% of the time I will know this before I even start the sketch.
- Do not haggle with me. My prices are firm and if you attempt to haggle, it will just make me want to raise prices if anything.
- Do not compare me, my policies, or my prices to other artists. I am not them, do not want to be them out of respect, and doing that just makes you look really rude.
- Remember that you are commissioning someone for a service. Do not hire me if you intend to harass or hinder me from completing my job.
- I will not have due dates on images of any type. However, if I do not complete some sort of progress on your commission after one calendar month of my last sent WIP, you will be eligible for a refund. As much as I would love to be, I am not on the computer all day. I can only dream about drawing full-time. Until then, don’t rush me and be patient. I promise I will do my best to make your commission the best it can be. More time = higher quality
- No Refunds, at all. The only case where a refund will be an option is if I take WAY longer than I should to complete your commission (1+ month), I get injured so bad that I cannot complete the drawing in time, or I took too many commissions.
- If you pull out of the commission before you pay, I can and will reuse assets for my own posts. Of course, I won’t use any characters but I'm not letting that time I spent go to waste.
- Do not edit or modify the commission or signature. ESPECIALLY the signature.
- You may not use my work for commercial use.
Commissioners are allowed to
- Post the drawing in your galleries only if the commission was a public one. Remember to give the proper credit and link back to my original post, please!
- Gifted art follows the same rule. Credit and link.
Issuing Refunds
- If you need to back out of a commission before you have paid, you are allowed to do so without saying why. If you want to, I’m fine with that. If you have already paid and I need to issue you a refund due to the reasons listed above, I will pay you back in full minus any taxes and fees issued by Paypal.
- Any refund for reasons like harassment, belittlement, you just being plain rude, or any other repulsive reason that kills my motivation for drawing your commission will be subjective to how much work I have completed. After completing the refund, for any of those reasons, I will blacklist you and will never knowingly accept a commission from you again.
- Chitchat isn’t harassment. I love talking with you! Just don’t get into my personal business or send me eight messages for every one of my replies.
