1. What would you name a child if you had one (or your next one if you already have one, and the child would be any gender you want it to be)? If you don't ever want children even ever, name your next pet. lol
I love the name Annabel Lee because it sounds beautiful and is the name of one of my fave Poe poems. Oh yeah and it has the initials of people very important to me. Some other names for girls that I love are Kirsten, Jayden (I think it sounds better for a girl than for a boy), Ashanti, Iesha, Anne Marie, Gabrielle Marie, Madison, Mackenzie. 3. What'd be the worst sense for you to personally lose and why? (sight, hearing, etc.) I think sight would be the worst to lose because I'd feel so helpless. I think it would be like being a baby again learning how to do everything without my sight. It would be scary.

How it feels to suffer from mental illness..
Posted 11 years agoI posted this in a forum I belong to for people that suffer from various illnesses and just thought I'd share this here. Fortunately, most people can't tell when these "attacks" as I call them occur, but my Mom can tell.
I hate when I get these sudden episodes or psychotic attacks that come out of nowhere sometimes. I'm not sure what causes it but sometimes I feel as if there's all this pressure in my head and my eyes scan the walls annoyed by the patterns on the walls and I rearrange words in my head, like we have a flower pattern on our walls so I say flower, rewolf and stuff in my head. I can't stand noise and light and usually just take some of my meds for anxiety, sleep, etc and lie in the bed in darkness feeling frustrated. I feel as if I just can't function normally as if I could never do things I dream of such as having a good career and a happy family. When this episode happens I feel as if I'd rather be dead. And I feel as if I want to lash out at others sometimes and other times I feel hypersexual and sometimes I have flashbacks of traumatic events from my teen years. It's like all this is racing through my mind all at the same time. It sucks. Most of the time my meds keep me sane. This intense anxiety or whatever it is, is even more bothersome than what I experienced for almost a year from age 24-25 when I developed this adult-onset mental illness I have and was hallucinating and having delusional thoughts for many months before my Mom got me hospitalized.
Oh yeah, when I get these "episodes" or whatever it is.. I feel like I'm being controlled by others ... but I know I'm not.. I know it's just an episode. It's just so difficult to deal with. On the plus side, they go away with my cocktail of meds. I just can't stand getting them though. Sometimes I feel it creeping up on me and I take a pill to prevent it but last time it "hit me" was on Sunday in the middle of Mass. It was like "Bam" I felt it and knew it was gonna get worse so I left to come home take my pills, lie in bed, and come back to normal.

My Musical Journey Began With The King Of Pop RIP MJ
Posted 16 years agoI still remember the first time I saw the Thriller video by Michael Jackson. I was about 5 year's old and my mom and dad were present. I was a little scared due to the zombies but recall being awed by such a great video that it sticks in my memory to this date. Also back then my dad had gotten me a Madonna poster and this was all the start of my personal musical journey in regards to musical taste. Yes it started with pop music more importantly the King and Queen of Pop.
Much later in life well not that much later but in my later elementary school years the media painted him out to be a monster, a child molester. At first I believed it and having been molested myself I didn't want anything to do with this great talent's music! In my mid 20's I read somewhere that Macauley Caulkin, the very person Michael Jackson supposedly molested was Jackson's child's godfather. It was then that I realized I shouldn't put such faith in the media and then that I decided to go back to my roots as a Michael Jackson fan. His death has truly saddened me. I wasn't hit by Heath Ledger's death a year ago no matter how young he was. But this death hits much harder.
I've posted my favorite Michael Jackson songs on my profile and added a Michael Jackson layout as my personal way to honor this great man of our time! He truly will always be the King of Pop! Let us not cry for he may be in a better place but let us remember what we loved about him and continue to support him by listening to his music and doing whatever else we can. May he Rest In Peace and live forever in our hearts.
