Sup guys,  wfa and I will be returning to Elliott's Spring Gathering. It's back in the Florida after a stint in Los Vages. so yeah come on down and say hi. If the previous eventes are any indication this should be a good time .

Sup kids, How you been sorry I have been a little silent as of late life has been pretty busy.

Anyway so Elliott's Spring Gathering is coming up real soon . I have gone multiple times in the past and I have had a really great time. This year, the gathering will be in Las Vegas again at a new hotel called the Palms Casino Resort. http://www.palms.com/
I didn't go last year but they usually do a great job with programming. There is always cool and fun things to do. one year wile it was in Florida they gave every person who registered a ticket to Disney world.

Last year I hear they got Rob Paulsen and Maurice LaMarche. It always surprises me when heading to the gathering you never know who or what will show up.

Unfortunately I cant make it this year but that doesn't mean you shouldn't check it out . If you are in the Vegas Area or are looking for an other reason to visit check out the Elliott's web site https://esg.elliottsliveevents.org/ and regester.

Hey guys, Just realized that the commission section on FA works so I updated it. A lot of you have been asking for a wile when I will be opened for full commissions, I am proud to say that will be happening soon. It all depends on how much free time I have. I will keep you posted.

Sup guys, I been wanting to stream the portraits I have been drawing for you guys live, but not long ago I found join me added a limit of 10 people per stream. So I have been looking for an alternative. A friend suggested live stream also bambuser. Does any one know any others and do you need some sort of capture software? any suggestions you have wild be greatly appreciated .

These commissions are done on my spare time and I haven't had a lot as of late because of my job. I should be getting to them out to you guys soon.

Big thanks to the folks at Fur The More For having me as as one of their first Guests of Honor.
Congratulations to the staff who did did an amazing job putting the show together. They really hit on something that was missing from the aria and it shows by the great turnout. They had over 400 people which is great for first con. I can definitely see this one being one of the greats.

I had a really great time and i'm definitely coming back next year.

Eliot's Spring Gathering 2013

This year is in good old sin city Los vegas

Unfortunately wfa and I can't make it this year. It's a shame because we always have a great time there and I'm sure the Eliot's folks will have something crazy planned for Vegas. I mean last year they gave everyone who registered a ticket to Disney World.

Anyway even though WFA and I aren't going a lot of great people are making the trek over to the west.

It's funny how people have the guile to spam your page and accuse you of being a "Douche Elitists" when they don't even know you.
These are the same asses who don't have the balls to post on their real accounts and make silly accounts to air out what ever craziness they have going on in there head.
Personally if i had a problem with some one I say it directly to them I'd email them or send them a note. I'd want to find out if what I was thinking was wrong.But of course people don't think with sence and have to resort to childish solutions.

This year should be inserting.
The event is now at a new hotel. I did a little reading up on it and It has a lake with paddle boats, sail boats, canoes and kayaks. It is also huge pool with waterfalls,water slides, pool bar and an awesome rope bridge. ( I'll be up there recreating the end of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom :))
the hotels inst that far from Disney as well just in case you get bored of the rope bridge XD LOL.

I had an issue earlier where all the image types on fa were broken links.
I think I found work around.

Someone on the Journal before this one mentioned that the images an login on FA were on a different sever than all the text stuff. So that got me thinking, maybe my browse doesn't trust the other sever and I would have to allow the different image types in order to see them.

I remembered earlier when I logged in I'd see:
The site's security certificate is not trusted

I had to hit proceed and it would take me to the logging in page.

to get all the images to appear I right clicked each of the image types, Submissions, thumbnails and icons. I opened then in a separate tabs and I'd see the before mentioned message. I hit proceed and "SHAZAM" the image worked.

the only problem it resets after I close the browser.

It's not a full fix I still have to figure out whats really wrong later.

Ok I cant recall the name of the series. All I can remember is that it was a SCi Fi show that had a dog or wolf character in it.

The character comes from a planet that has a virus that he's is trying to find the cure for. Essentially anyone who leave the his planet turns in to half animal creature.

In one episode he and the crew go back to the planet and he turns back in to his human form.

Does any one remember the name of the show ?

Recently, my girl friend and I realized when or friend does commissions for people they still wright "copyright to their player" and we were like man does any one still role play with their characters any more. I mean that's possibly the chef reason why some one had a character back in the days. Now it's kind if become a kind of personal logo.
That got me to thinking about the guys that came before us all in this whole thing. The guys that were in to this stuff before the internet existed. The guys that used zeans to spread their art and later when the net was in it's infancy used to role play their cheaters . I wonder are the happy with the way things have turned out do they like all the attention the fandom gets negative or positive. Do they feel it should of stayed underground?

Alright folks Time to find out something.
Two years ago I started a little campaign for a new website to replace the old Brutal beast Studios website my friends and I created.
The new site was called:

The League of Evil

The League of Evil web site was essentially going to be a joining of friends and colleagues kind of a melting pot of different talents under one banner. It was supposed to be a new start for Me an the BBS crew.

Due to conflicting schedules the site has been in a state of limbo. What I'd like to know is anyone still interested in the site.

This kind of leads me to my next batch of questions:

What do you think people outside of furry think of when they see stuff like this in the Media? Are you proud of the press the community is getting? Or do you not like all the attention and feel it needs to stay underground?

Do you think that some of the stigmas in the community and generalizations made by the media cause people to criticize it?

If so why hasn't any thing been done to change peoples thoughts about it?

Do you care what people think?

This is something I had on my mind for a wile now.

1. Does it matter to anyone whether an artist is Male or Female

2. If you find out the sex of an artist is different from what you previously thought
does it change how perceive that artists work and how you treat them?

3. do different gender artists get treated differently from each other?

4. Can you accurately tell a persons gender by the style and content they draw?

Well FAU is done and it was a good time thanks for everyone who droped by the table it's always a pleasure to see new and old faces.

Unfortunately, I regret to say I will not be attending Anthrocon this year. I kind of felt like I needed a break from the craziness and stress of that con.
