I'm stepping up my content delivery in the coming months, with a planned minimum of 1000 words written daily, every day of the week. 28,000-31,000 roughly per month. That's 4-5 stories, or a little less on shorter ones.

I have about five stories that are done that I am NOT posting yet, because a few are parts of a series, and one is half of a story that the commissioner wants to expand on, and the last will be posted at the end of this week. Nella - A Contract Cancelled is an 8000 word story about what happens when our lovely Fertilicorp Asset has a contract cancelled on her in the middle of her heat. Slugs happen. One big one, and then a lot of small ones.

Ashgar - Gargrub Proliferation - The wonderful shapeshifting lizardbear Ashgar finds out about a strange parasitic grub called a Gargrub. After suppressing his biology for a bit, he lets it corrupt him and goes to Teratophiles!!! with a few more to spread and a brood of worms to lay in a bowel.

Salrith - Damnation Under Observation - Salrith won the draw... it's a sequel to Damnation Without Hesitation.

Femukki - The Fall of Letucia - Xenomorphs. enough said.

Becky - The Nomad Swarm - Expect to be done this by the 10th, so you should all see it by the 24th. A salmon-and-white furred vixen goes looking for leechvines, only to find out there's much worse out there n the Braelan Forest.

I welcomed another subscriber today, bringing me to 21. That's amazing.

Oh my god. They did it.

I have never been happier to be an FA+ subscriber than proof that the website is improving. Nicknames allowing me to be Rix instead of solsticefennec was cool, but the biggest change ever is what I'm talking about, that I as a writer have wished for for years.

.doc, .rtf and other text formats are now read and displayed in their full form rather than being simply a downloadable file.

For the last year I've had to convert my stories to BBcode to show them in the descriptions. For the stories that were over the character limit, that was limiting (though there's only a few of those).

No more! Just upload, write a description, put the cover picture or thumbnail up, and DONE.

I cannot thank the folk who work on FA more than right now, because as a writer, this update has completely changed how I post.

At this point posting to is EASIER than SoFurry ever was, and while I can't wait for that site to be back... oh I'm happy.

I'm considering a couple new tiers. I really REALLY could use a bit more of a financial support. I've got over 440 watchers now here on FA, and if even 5% of you subscribe, that's 22 subs, and at my current rate that would be $110 per month more that gives me more incentive to keep me going. My hours have been cut at work... I could use it. I know it sounds like I'm begging, and maybe I am, a little, but consider that it is hard to get even a tenth the attention that visual artists get.

Mikayla's videos were always something to make me smile. Her cheerful voice, her love for the animals in her care, the bubbling enthusiasm were things that made my day so much better.

I don't know much about what sort of bullying and accusations were going on in her life. Regardless of the accusations, millions of people's lives were brightened by Mikayla's videos. And so much money has been raised for wildlife rehab because of them.

Seeing the open grief on her husband's face. Hearing him describe doing CPR on her. That was one of the hardest things I've ever had to watch. One of the most emotionally devastating.

And I am ANGRY. So fucking angry.

Because regardless of the veracity any accusations of her quality as wildlife rehab or fiduciary irresponsibility, the relentless bullying and online harassment was so bad that it drove her to take a step she should never taken. A child doesn't have a mother now. A husband has lost his wife.

I would never wish the pain that I have experienced in my life... the pain that her husband is feeling now, on any one person. Because wanting someone to feel that pain means someone else's life is lost.

But god damn, I CAN wish that all the folk that perpetrated the kind of harassment that would drive someone to suicide... I hope they are named, shamed and ostracized in every part of their lives.

That I will never hear her voice again in a new video about Finnegan or any one of the multitudes of animals in their care makes my world a little darker.

The perpetrators of such harassment stole that from me, as much as mental illness did. Stole it from her husband, stole it from their daughter. Stole it from the lives of the animals she cared for.

Go donate to the organization. They deserve it.

Hey all, I know there's been a bit of a content drought the last month.

Just giving a heads up that a LOT is coming. I've been working on a series of three stories, two of which are done, for Panth Shadowclaw, exploring just how he got a pair of nanomachine-infused latex parasites to become a part of him. The three tales are collectively known as Neurocytes Part 1, 2 and 3.

For The Greater Good - a story for  femukki , this one is on the darker side of my bad ends, but I'm quite proud of it. Expect this this week. It's complete, I just have to make the thumbnail and post it.


Teratophiles!!! - Vol 1, Part 2 - After Hours Experiences - This is being told in three chapters. Chapter 1 is complete, and has no actual sex, though it's setup for what comes in Chapters 2 and 3. Laris and Cait meet the owners of Teratophiles!!! and each meet one of the creatures housed within. Expect to meet two characters from earlier stories in a surprising role. What's more, I have two pieces of art that I haven't posted here yet that will be connected to these. The Dreamer Moths and one of Ashenclaw's 'Milkers' are taking part.

Salrith's Birthday Surprise - This one is all but done as well, a special tale for  rekrith that features her wonderful dragon love Kyrie. It also hints at a critter I'm going to make available.

I have two others I'm working on as well during this month for two of my subscribers. In Defense of the Homestead - on a very Texas-like frontier, a coyote named Cassidy is going to have an encounter with a swarm of creatures that will change her life forever. Nella's New Contract is for RAvasker, and is a side story for Teratophiles!!!

Sooo, yeah. Lot happening, just haven't been ready to post anything. I have a new policy that I won't post a multi-chapter story until it's all done. If all goes well, you'll be seeing ALL of these before the end of June, and most before the end of May.

Well, I apparently can take shinies now... but in my case, I'm calling them Eggings.

Hey everyone! For one, I'd like to thank each and every one of you who started watching me since mid-January. I know I've been pretty quiet.

As my SubscribeStar grows, I'm doing a lot more chattering on my Discord server, and maybe I've been neglecting keeping you all updated.

I have three stories now, almost completely ready to post, and I just haven't gotten to throwing them out here. I promise, by the end of the week, at least two will be up.

Vale - Quid Pro Quo, a two-part tale of what happens when Vale, my infested otter, finds another being with a lot more power than him.

Sheathworm - Aiden's Obsession - This one came from seeing a bunch of art that fascinated me with a strange sort of parasitic worm that acted as a form of organic chastity. I wrote a tale where a snep named Aiden decides that he wants one on his own dick.

The third story is "Mummerflies - A Public Display" - While celebrating one of her friends having completed flight school, Laris, a snow leopard, alongside her best friend Cait, a jackal, and Tioma, a vixen, find themselves at a very unusual club called Teratophiles. What she sees there will change her life forever, and bring her closer to Cait. THIS story is going to have to wait though. I'm going to be getting some art related to it by none other than the fantastic  creepy_gun.

So, it's been one year since I started my subscribestar. In the next month and a half you'll all be seeing the results of my higher-tier subscribers' commissions all coming up at once.

The three that are coming are for  rekrith , entitled Salrith's Birthday Surprise. In this story, her lovely dragon, Kyrie, has secured a very interesting birthday surprise he knows she'll like. Unfortunately, things get out of hand when the creature grabs Kyrie as well.

The next, Celkali - Field Observations is for  kitsunespy , and features her shark-kitty Dexter and her tigress Ellie finding out that observations of the strange caterpillar-like celkali should stay just that, OBSERVATIONS.

The third, which is actually done and will be releasing next week after the early access on my SubStar, will be Vale - Quid Pro Quo, a SubStar commission for  Ashgar~ in which Vale gets much more than he bargained for when he does his thing with a shapeshifting lizard-bear named Ashgar.

Two more stories are in the works, with another one ready for release tomorrow.

You'll get to see my work on "In Service of Fertility", and maybe commission work. It's more to keep me company, watch the creative process, and maybe get hints of what's coming.

Hey folk, I know I've not posted much the last little while. A bout of uninspiration and general malaise didn't help things much, and things were in a bit of flux. But I'm back to my usual output, and that means you'll be seeing more of my particular brand of filth soon.

Within the next week you'll see a commissioned story, Celosan - Precious Cargo, done for  realis, an 8000-ish tale of the celosan that shows that it has a few other tricks up its sleeve. What it can do and what it does has always been a bit mutable for the preferences of whomever wants to encounter it. So this tale will have some urethral sounding and corruption on top of everything.

I've been working on an extended commission for  Ravasker as well, and have 2 parts of it completed, and this is also why you haven't seen anything yet. The tale is called Just Another Normal Uneventful Stint, or JANUS for short. It features his semi-morphic fennec, Nella, as she tries to deal with a particularly powerful heat. Nella is a biologically constructed creature that is owned by Fertilicorp, used for surrogacies and breeding programs. It's to be either three or four parts, with one entirely vanilla-ish tale with a maned wolf, and then one with something called a kralosk, and the other with a raalask (both my own creation).

I have three projects I want to focus on for November and early December once the final touches are done with Realis' and Ravasker's stories.

To Serve Those Below - A subscription-based commission for  realis, this is the tale of April, a herm who has chosen to be the once-a-decade gift to her people's protectors, known only as Those Below. But it's not long before she knows the true horror involved, and by then, it's far too late for regrets. I wasn't sure if this was soemthig I COULD do, but I've grown to rather like it. It's very extreme body-horror-ish, and though it is not a fatal experience, exactly, April will not exactly... be able to be anything else afterward.

JANUS Part 3 - Already talked about this one.

Finding Yourself In Purgatory - Chapter 3 - Enveloped - This one will be short and simple... given that all the setup was in chapter two. Cherry the caracal discovers his new skin of latex and the form that Misha has given him... and she makes very good use of her new cherry-red otter girl.

I plan on finishing ALL of these by mid-december at the latest, with priority given to To Serve Those Below and JANUS.

This month has three specific projects in the works, with one to be completed quite soon.

Let me tell you about the Dreamer Moths. Lovely creatures, really... they were inspired by a picture by DemeterServant at https://www.furaffinity.net/view/57969433/. Lovely art style, very fun content.

Field Experiment, a story featuring these, should be out by the end of the week.

I have a HUGE commission from Ravasker with their lovely fennec Nella, entitled Just Another Normal Uneventful Stint. Though it features a rather unusual and startlingly strange creature, and like most of my creations, it's going to end with the poor fennec full of alien insectoid babies, the story is still very lighthearted. It's going to be split into three parts, and sadly, none of you will see ANY of them until the whole project is done... that is unless you're a Subscriber, and the first is actually ready.

The third is another commission, this one for  Realis, and it involves the return of the Celosan. Entitled Precious Cargo, it tells of the tale of EbonRea, a hired to pilot a cargo ship, ostensibly filled with food supplies for livestock. An accident on one of her jumps forces her to crash-land on an unidentified planet. It's then that she discovers that not only is the food she was transporting completely inedible to her... she was secretly carrying a live celosan! Knowing at least some of the lore around the creatures, but not quite enough, she chooses to give herself to it rather than starve.

Field Experiment, by the way, features a character owned by one of my subscribers, who won the chance to be featured in a story with them. Once a month I run a raffle, and if I'm in the process of creating a new creature, or even using an old favourite, if I don't have a particular character in mind, I'll run a raffle on my discord to determine who gets to be the subject. If I have nothing going, the raffle gives 2000 words toward a commission, which at my current rates is about $40 off a story.

And... the last, if I can get to it. Damnation Without Hesitation was so well received that I have just this little teensy snippet for you...


Uninterrupted Damnation

Director Shulat had done the unthinkable. He'd rescued Marika. He'd taken her from the warm embrace of her birthing room. She'd been on the cusp of becoming something incredible, something beautiful. As her body had changed, her understanding of what she'd been in the process of being changed into had grown, and with it the contentment. The discomfort had been incredible, almost maddening, but her brood had begun to stir inside her, reassuring her that she had a purpose so much greater than she'd ever had before.

And then it had been torn away from her. Weeks of recovery, weeks of gene therapy, had left her finally able to face the director's wrath. He'd said was lucky she hadn't suffered criminal repercussions for her stunt. Instead, she'd been given a worse punishment. She'd been removed from the program entirely and barred from communicating with the study group, left with a mountain of debt for the expenses incurred by her decision to give herself to one of the captive arachnir that her study group had been observing for almost three years.

She'd tried to get past what had happened. She really had. She'd tried to see her decision as something wrong, as something perverse. All that she had been coached to say, all that she'd been told was appropriate, was a mantra in her mind that had long since gone silent. She'd known that where she'd been for those few days in the arachnir's birthing chambers had been where she belonged.

She wondered what her few friends would think when they found themselves unable to contact her. When they looked into her tiny government-provided apartment and found it had not been lived in for days, or even weeks. The trail she'd left had been deliberate... everyone would think she'd ended up in some drug den or captured by slavers, and nobody came back from those.

But where she stood now, the oppressive heat of the jungle around her almost stifling, far warmer than any individual should be able to handle, this was where she'd ended up. Because she'd been on the expedition to capture the wild arachnir that had become the captive nest. She'd known where the wild nest was. She, alone, telling nobody, would find the nest and make of herself an offering. Whether she was torn to shreds by a predator before that happened, or whether one of the arachnir saw her and took her, she would never leave the jungle.

It's been a while, I know. My kiddos are back to school, and it's created a bit of chaos in the mornings that I have to get used to.

I finished Vale's First Brood Part 2 today, and it's just going to be on my discord server for a while for my subscribers.

I have an awesome sort of story commission in the works for  ravasker, targeted for 15,000 words in 2 or 3 parts. It features an interesting new creature that will be premiering with that tale.

All the same, I DO find myself a bit short of funds.
