Tablet Fix! I think ... xD
Posted 12 years agoSo, from the looks of it I had to install the newest Driver from Wacom to support my Tablet on Windows 8. I finally got the Pressure Sensitivity working! At least for now, I hope xD
I had to uninstall my Tablet completely, then went to the Wacom site and installed the latest listed Driver for my Tablet, and I was FINALLY able to adjust the sensitivity and now it looks like I'll be able to start drawing again! WOOT! It seems it was because I have Windows 8 now, and the Fun Tablet was developed when XP was the newest OS. So, I guess it would make sense.
I'm actually rather proud I found and fixed this on my own x3 Buahaha!

Posted 12 years agoSo we've moved back in with the parents. And I realized ... all the Gift/Commission works I had been working on ... are on the PC ... not my laptop ... FFFFFFF
So once I get my tablet back in working condition (it's installed but needs some system tweaking) ... I have to start AAAAAAALLLLLLL over ... xD Ah well. Sometimes a clean slate is a good thing, right? :) We shall see. We shall see.

Drive to draw returning :3
Posted 12 years agoFor various reasons I have not been in a mood to draw for ... what ... 6 months? I think 6 months ago was my last REAL submission until the Raichu doodle the other week.
Between work and other stresses going on depression had set in and even on days when I wasn't hating myself the drive to do something creative just wasn't there. But, it seems to be returning! :) This makes me happy, as I am always at my happiest when I'm feeling creative and writing/drawing.
2013 isn't shaping up to be a great year for the Hubby and I, but we're trying to stay positive about the obstacles that have been thrown at us. And as a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, I can say with all my heart that I am so glad to have my husband at my side. He is my pillar. He is my inspiration. And without him I honestly couldn't say that I'd be here right now.
On the bright side going to the eye doctor Thursday to see about getting new glasses, as the ones I have currently are almost 5 years old xD So, here's to picking yourself up, dusting off and getting back into the swing of things! CHEERS!

Artist Block sucks. So, don't be surprised if what you see from me next are just crappy little sketches and doodles, as I try to work through this current block. *kicks her muse* Get back to work!

Posted 13 years agoI've been posting a lot of WIP of some pictures, and some doodles in my spare time, and I was sitting here thinking what I could draw next. And, I was wondering, those who watch me ... is there anything or anyone in particular, you'd like to see me draw more of?
Got a favorite character of mine you would like to see more of? A particular animal type (Rabbit, Dog, Cat, etc.) you would like to see more of? Pin-ups, Porn, Fan-Art ... so and so forth. Let me know what would you like to see more of and I will try to sit down and do more of those things :)

So, she is taking Emergency Commissions, the proceeds of which will go straight toward keeping our power connected. Well, not really. I mean, we had waffles last week when we did Breakfast for dinner. And I am planning to do it again on Monday, but I bought this mix that sounds like it will taste amazing. So we'll see :3
In other news, I know I've told most the people that I know, and I know my mate's prolly told some people too, though he tends to be a bit more forgetful than me, but for those who we don't actually get to talk to either of us on a regular basis and whatnot,
chibikitsune and I are actually trying for a baby now.
We've been off the BC for a while, so we'll see what happens. At this rate I am the last hope of continuing my family; my brother passed away before he had any children (he was 28, back in '97), and my sister had to have a hysterectomy due to cancer, so there's no longer any chances for her.
What else is going on these days ... not much I guess. Work sucks. But I'm still doing it. Trying to switch departments again. Might ease up on my stress a little, I can hope. Haven't drawn anything, haven't wanted to draw anything. Damn artist block :( I may need ot just sit down and make myself draw, even if it's scraps material, just to get something out and back into the swing of things.

Every time we need to go somewhere, we have to jump it x___x Now, granted where I work I can get a battery and use my employee discount, but, since with our hours at work being cut so drastically ... we`re simply not making as much as we could be. It would be nice to have some extra funds to purchase said battery with.
