By commissioning me, Solux/SoulWesson/Cassandra, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in the form below. Breaking of this contract by the commissioner may result in cancellation of services, with or without refund based on work already put forth in the product.

♠♠General Guidelines♠♠

*When purchasing Mature and Adult art, you are confirming that you are 18 or older. I accept no responsibility otherwise.

*All correspondence will be made primarily through Notes and Discord, occasionally Twitter DMs.

*I cannot give a guaranteed date of completion. Between being a mom, a taxi, and carpal tunnel, work is sporadic at best. If you NEED a piece by a specific time, PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTE THIS ON THE COMMISSION FORM!!

*If I feel uncomfortable at any point with completing your commission, you will be notified, and if any work has been done, you will receive the WIP and a small portion of a refund based on the work. If no work has been completed, you will receive a 100% refund.

*Refunds will be given to those who have waited more than three (3) months for their piece at their request. Please note: If a refund is requested, it will take time to allot the funds necessary to repay you.

*You are allowed three (3) edits at the approval stage.

*Any additional edits will be subject to a fee dependent on the degree of changes.

*When you commission me, you are commissioning my services. I retain the rights to copy, sell, and redistribute my art as I see fit, such as prints and art books. The character rights are yours and you WILL be notified of my usage.

*You may not use my work for monetary gain, # advertising, reproduction for prints (except for YOU and YOU ALONE), or any other commercial use.

*You may repost the art as long as proper credit goes to me.

*If you ever sell a character that you have commissioned me for and include the art, YOU MUST NOTIFY ME. I would like to change the information on my images and know who to contact if I decided to reproduce the image(s) in any shape or form.

*You MAY NOT edit in any shape or form my work, unless given express permission BY ME at ANY time. This DOES NOT include coloring an image I have done for you. As long as my signature and lines are intact, you may color your b/w sketches and linework.

*If you color your sketch or line art, you may use this to show off your coloring abilities for coloring commissions, but you may NOT sell the piece as a print or make money from the image itself in any form or fashion.

*You may request a stream of your work. If this is the case, I will notify you when I am beginning or working on your piece.

*Payment in USD by PAYPAL and SQUARE ONLY.

*If you cannot pay up-front the day you commission me, please be aware that you will not see any updates or approvals until money has been received.

*If you do not own a character in the image you are commissioning consent must be given.

*Payments will be made through INVOICE ONLY unless IN-STREAM in which you will be provided with a link to send the payment.

*If you are purchasing art and give a timeline of when you will pay, please be sure to pay on time. Transparency is key; if you have trouble paying by the time mentioned, let me know.

*If purchasing an adoptable or YCH (Your Character Here) slot, all payments are to be received within 24 hours of claiming the slot. If payment is NOT received in that time, I will cancel the invoice and put the item back up for sale, and you will not be able to purchase another YCH/Adoptable from me. This includes quick-buys and auctions.

*To state again, IF YOU ARE COMMISSIONING ART OF ANOTHER CHARACTER THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU OR YOUR MATE, I MUST have the username and express permission FROM THEM to draw the character, and must have approval on whether or not their character can be used in a certain way.

*Payment plans will be available on large commissions totaling over $150 USD.

*You may not request a “Do Not Post” on any of my commissioned pieces. I reserve the right to post, publish, and reproduce my works, with or without monetary compensation to the commissioner.


♠♠Iron Artist Guidelines♠♠
-These are Wing-It style pieces, no input from the commissioner save for character and maximum rating.
-When allowing for up to adult pieces, you are agreeing that you are of 18 years or older, and are legally allowed to view and possess pornographic materials.
-There are only 3 slots per person.
-Maximum 2 characters per slot.
-Second character is the cost of a slot. (Ex: 1 slot is $10, a 2-Character slot is $20)
-Payment required up-front and in-full.
-You may not request a "Do Not Post" on my pieces. They are my work, and I reserve the right to showcase them on any site I so choose. Character credit will always be given, however.
-First come, first served. Your piece will be completed in the order it was received.

-Do not ask for free art.
-Be courteous.
-If you are harassed, and a moderator or myself does not notice, please do not confront the person directly. Notify us through note or whisper, and we will handle them accordingly.
-If you harass any of my viewers or I, you will be banned from the room until the end of the stream. Repeat offenses lead to longer ban periods.
-If In-Stream commissions are offered, users must still abide by the ToS layed out above.
