Came home yesterday. I was so excited to see my little baby pop her little head out of her house. When I came into the room and called for her, she didn't come out. I assumed she was asleep as she wouldn't come out sometimes because she would be sleeping. When I poked her she didn't move and felt limp and lifeless. When I picked her house up,it was true my baby wasn't with me anymore. I have no idea what I'm going to do. I loved her so much and she was my best friend. She helped me through so much and just made my life so joyful. She would always cuddle and give me kisses. Now if you hate rats, I do not see why. They are the most caring and sweet animals I have ever seen. If you want to say they are just animals and don't have feelings. You're completely wrong. They care so so so much. When ever I would be sad, she could tell. She would come out of her house and when I would let her out,she just cuddled up beside me on my bed and napped with me. Rats are also the smartest things ever. It took me less than two days to teach her to sit on my shoulder as I walked around in public. She had never bitten me or done anything to me out of aggression. She was the sweetest thing that had come into my life. She was my best friend. I don't know what I am going to do without her. Her sister is so sad about it as well. When I tried to get Valkyrie's body out of the cage,she kept trying to make me stop by getting between my hand and the body. And now all she really does is sleep when she is usually running around and playing with her toys. And for the first few hours,she wouldn't even go into the house. She just stayed in the corner of the cage. Of course I am going to get another rat so Echo doesn't get lonely and depressed. But the new one will never be as special as Valkyrie.She was my very first rat. And she was and will always be my first and favorite heart rat.

This is just a little update of things that are going on.
My oldest rat ( who will be five years next summer if she makes it that long) may have a bad ear infection or might have had a stroke. The poor baby is always tilting to the left and stumbling over. I just pray that is the ear infection and hope she didn't have a stroke. I know she is getting old (average rat life span is 2-3 years) but I don't want to lose her. Life wouldn't be the same. She always snuggles with me and does something cute that cheers me up. And she is my only rat that is completely comfortable with me. I can't imagine going to the pet store without her on my shoulder. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me. When I went to buy a rat,she was the only dumbo rat,and I was mainly going to get a fancy but when I saw her curled up by herself in the little house, I knew I needed to take her. As soon as I got her out she immediately ambushed me with little kisses and crawled into my jacket pocket. And was NEVER shy or aggressive with me. I was extremely depressed at the time but as I spent time with her,my depression just faded away. She has helped me through so so much and I just can't think of losing her. But she is coming to the end of her life and I don't want to believe it but I have to. And it is just tearing me up. I just want to be able to cuddle and play with her forever. She may be a small animal but she has a big heart and a gentle personality. I love her more than anything. We even paid two hundred dollars just to have her fixed and get a tumor removed. I want her to be as healthy and live as long as possible and be happy. And no matter what it takes, I will not give up on my baby.

IF I took about...lets say....40 five dollar commisions (fully colored and shaded and possibly an extra five dollars for an additional character) would anyone get one? I'm trying to save up to get a chameleon but they cost over a hundred dollars and then the cage and supplies would probably be another hundred...so yeah ;-;

I really need extra money for a con so I have the opputtunity to have my own business in the mall for a day to sell my art and plushies I will be making in the future,but I need the most votes to win! sorry that i haven't uploaded anything in a while ^_^; the main reasons for that is that i have been sick(and still am) and i lost the little nib that goes is my tablet pen...and the replacements.....SO today my aunt is going to take me to the store that i bought my tablet from and see if they have any of the nibs to buy! if they don't then i will cry LOL not really but i will be uploading traditional art!
