I've recently started reading up more on lucid dreaming, and tips to help with lucid dreaming and was wondering if any of you guys practice it? Or have had experiences with it and advice as well? I'm probably going to start a dream journal and performing reality checks so it'll form a habit in the dream world too, but was wondering on any other tips? As well as have any of you guys experienced sleep paralysis? Super curious. ^^

I'm so excited, today is finally my birthday and yay. :3 Though I feel kind of weird thinking I'm 18.. I don't feel like I'm 18. It'll take getting used to.

Firstly, Happy New Years everyone! Though I know by now people are probably sick of the happy new year journals.. Anyway, 2013 was very interesting for me, of course there were ups and downs, and a bit of drama, but it has taught me quite a few things. I'm honestly very happy to start a new year though, as I want to try to inprove myself since there are a few things it could work on. A.k.a not be so snappy when I'm in a bad mood, and don't allow people to put me in bad moods as often. I can sense that this will be a good year (hopefully I don't jinx it.) I wish you all the best! And I'm also super excited for my birthday.. Which is on Saturday.. Omg I can't wait. Imma be old D:

I'm looking to get a few reference sheets for a few of my characters. One would be working from description and others I have at least one image of. They don't have to be fancy smancy, and I don't have a super big budget. At most 30-35 a ref sheet since I have about 4 characters to get one for, but wouldn't mind spending a bit more if they looked really nice. So if you know anyone who is open for cheapish ref sheets please let me know!

So, picked up some stuff for needle felting. o.o it's super fun but man it takes so long for tiny stuff... And my project looks so derpy atm. >.<

Okay, so on one of my little kitties (7 months old) I just noticed late last night that her lower lip was slightly swollen, so I was keeping an eye on it and today it's seems to get progressively worse. It's like her lower gum is slightly protruding and you can see it when you just look at her. I'm wondering if it's because she could have got in a fight and got injured, or if it's possible allergies, I'm not sure. I've had cats my entire life and have never encountered this. So wondering what your thoughts are? D:

I'm looking into maybe getting an icon, and I was wondering if there is anyone currently open? I don't have that big of a budget, so something cheap would be nice though I'm willing to see what's out there!

Soooo, since they came out, I've been considering the Necomimi headset. Since the release, they've gone down in price. ($30, so they're now $70) I just dunno if I should get a pair x3 I kinda really want them, but trying to decide if I should just wait to see if they come out with a new model. What do you guys think? Also, if you've ever tried/owned a pair, did you think it's worth it?

So, in a little over 12 hours I'll be leaving for violin teacher training. o3o Fianlly becoming a certified violin teacher. Yaaaaay~ anyway, I won't be super active until I get back in September.

So, there is a con that is coming up in my area.  f3con to be exact. The only issue is asking my parents if I can go. I haven't approached this subject with them before, though they both somewhat know I'm a furry. So, does anyone have any help on how to 'tactfully' approach this subject?

Today has been interesting to say the least, and honestly I didn't have the greatest Fourth. Today sucked and I'm feeling like tomorrow will as well, since I've been nothing but stressed recently. So, does anyone have any nice, calming, relaxing music they would like to share? I'd appreciate that.

Why must airline tickets be so expensive?!?... I mean seriously D: and no shuttles? My wold is ending and I could be missing out on a decent opportunity.. *Sighs* oh well, time for some tf2?.. I think yes.
