After my grandma got her gal bladder removed, she was moved to a 24hr Nursing Facility--
She was there for 3 days
It wasn't great.. and they didn't give her some of her meds

She had a seizure the morning of the 4th day there.
She was taken to emergency, and they intubated her and sedated her for 24 hours.
It was horrible. And she was in that hospital for 5 days.. it was absolutely fucking horrible. We made sure one of us was there literally 24hr/day, and she had what the nurse called "ICU Dementia".
Horrible horrible past week.... fuck dude

Anyway. She is FINALLY home now, after 3 weeks between two hospitals and a nursing facility.
I'm not as emotionally raw as I have been the past week, but I'm still feeling tired all day every day.

I'm terribly sorry for my lack of activity on here right after saying I'm going to be more active :(

But my grandma is my adoptive mom.. she along with my grandpa raised me and has sacrificed so much for me. I literally have no idea what I would do without her.

Anyway-- I'm moving in 4 weeks (moving back home, was already the plan before this shitstorm), so I'm going to TRY to do some art between now and then!!!

School is fine, I'm just taking ballet
Work is okay, I need a second job (still oops)
My puppy went into her first heat (BIG oops) so that's a pain in the ass. I still love her though lol (duh)

This is personal info but I'm actually fine with sharing it:::
I saw a therapist for the first time last Saturday and I'm really really looking forward to that whole thing. I'm gonna be going weekly for now and I think its a REALLY good/necessary step for me. So yeah, that's something good!

I'm going to put up a YCH tonight, and I'd like to hear some ideas from some of you for more YCH I could do- feel free to use your imagination! (If you give me the idea AND win the bid for that YCH, I'll throw in a free headshot as well)
Or, of course, you could commission me lol if you REALLY wanted an idea done. I do have terms and conditions though

Good news
I only have one final left (Thursday) then the semester is over

In the spring, I am only taking a ballet class and working!

I really would like to come back to the fandom here with my new techniques and experience from doing the character design class that I did this fall.

I'm finishing up some owed commissions (one has already been posted today), and then I'm going to try to do some personal art for myself while trying to gain back my presence here on FA.
I probably lost some watchers, being mostly inactive for a few months, but I'm here now!

I'd like to take one $10 sketch! It will be a 1 character full-body rough sketch with no color.

It can be sfw, nsfw, it can include almost anything (no scat, fart, or vomit).

I just so desperately want a house again. Moving into an apartment was smart for our wallet but I miss houses so much. (This is my first apartment experience. It's been 9 months)
I'm looking at houses in the area up to like 25min away- and almost everything is between 1,600-2,600/mo. AND most don't allow pets.
Actually, since we're rehoming my puppy..... I guess it wouldn't matter- Because our rottie Tony is my guy's emotional support animal and they can't legally be denied housing

Anywho. Goals, I guess? And roommates. Haha.

I've been thinking of doing an Iron Artist. The pieces would probably be like colored 1 char. sketches for $25 each.....
What do you guys think about that? It would probably be like 4 pieces/week or something like that.
