Pushbacks and Heart-less Jokes
General | Posted 9 years agoAlright! New journal time!
Ok, so a little while back, the announcement came in that the "greatest game of all time that will hopefully overshadow Half-Life 3 in how long people have waited for the darn thing to come out"....has been pushed back two more months. I am of course talking about Final Fantasy Versus XIII...oops, I mean Final Fantasy XV ha hah hah...ooooh funny.
ANYWAY, yep, the game had been in developed since '06, can you believe that? And now after SO long, it was finally going to come out at the end of next month. Now we have to wait two more months for it! And you know how that makes me feel!!!!.......
....fine actually. Yep. So what? These guys pushed out a demo, PATCHED it, is releasing a MOVIE with editions, among other things, and even added yet a brawler game to the mix. We've waited nearly a cycle of the zodiac, or a little over it, what's two more months? Let'em polish it and make it look pretty for us. We don't want them doing a race around the world and tripping at the edge to the finish line. Just take a deep breath and work on all those other games you can play, there are plenty of them.
Speaking of another game being waited for, KH3. I keep rolling my eyes at all these headlines talking about how "Zootopia, Marvel, and Star Wars" are going to be in the game. Ok, Zootopia has a CHANCE...but it's slim. The material was rather new to put in development, but hey, it has a chance. Marvel and Star Wars? Uh...no. THAT was a JOKE on April 1st dear newscasters...you know what FALSE news is right? And even so, putting Marvel and Star Wars into KH3 would, well, ruin it. I mean this is the FINALE to the Xehanort Trilogy. Putting in Marvel and Star Wars stuff is like dumping too much hot chocolate over a sundae, coating the entire thing into a deliciously dark, but overpowering dish. We have the KH3 original stuff, Final Fantasy, and Disney. LETS JUST STICK WITH THAT. At least for THIS trilogy. KH isn't over when KH3 is done. There's more worlds and more possibility. Marvel and Star Wars COULD be that. For now, I'll keep rolling my eyes at every instance of that April joke confusing editors and writers of KH news....kinda gives hope to those wanting to get those jobs though.

E3 2016
General | Posted 9 years agoWhile I'm not personally attending for obvious reasons, and not filtering through all the live coverage, I do have to say I'm a little excited. E3 2016 has started it's run, and things are kicking off with a snap. A few (FINALLY) release dates have come up, gameplays are finally being shown, and a few nice surprise announcements have been shown. But it's just the first day so far, and you gotta save your best for last. Day 2 starts up tomorrow and final day after that.
So far, I've heard what I've wanted (I think) on the stuff I was pegging for, but who knows what else is coming up. Sure, some people are expecting some info, but sometimes we get those surprises on us, and I'm looking forward to it.

The big 4-0
General | Posted 9 years agoWell, Randall turns 40 today, and apparently that's a thing for some reason. Or...is it? I dunno. I honestly don't think "age caps" really apply. sure when you're below 15 or something you probably can't do a few of the things you will when you're older...but take the opposite of that and when your 65 or 85 you probably can't do a few of the things you could when you were younger. I guess that's why humans are so whack. They only live upwards to 100 years, and most of THEM are of the female persuasion.
I know people say "you're only as young as you feel", but realistically for most people, things get more difficult the older you get. As far as humans go, you got tighter jobs, higher bills, politics change, things keep putting on the need to get closer and closer to perfection. Soon enough they'll be having 5 (out of 1200) high school graduates each year, 1000 jobs that barely anybody knows how to do, and paying for mandatory health insurance (where you still have to pay if you can't get it).
...am I ranting? *looks up* Huh...then again, EVERYBODY gets older each year. Doesn't mean ya get wiser or more permission to be a jackass(it's actually a name for an animal for those who don't know, so I can get away with that one!), it's still dependent on your personality. Things definitely get tougher the older you are, so hanging on to some of those younger qualities (not ALL of them mind ya) can help keep ya sane in a world that's just begging to pull the rug out from under ya. Crap happens, and it'll keep happening. Just have those little things in life to help perk you up again and keep that engine chuggin'. Nobody knows what happens in the end (NOBODY), so enjoy a sensible life.
Remember, the World Ends With You.
.....*moves DS under table*,,,,,WHAT? Ok, FINE, I've been going for 100% pins on some off time, leave me alone, it's a great game!

(SPOILER!) (SPOILER!) (SPOILER!) - Star Wars
General | Posted 10 years ago....YEP...finally got a probe in a few days ago to see the Star Wars film. I say a few days ago to, one, be honest, and two...it took me awhile to get over what happened in that first episode (err...of the third third trilogy). To those who have SEEN it (no spoilers for others who haven't if you would), you KNOW what I'm talking about. Yeah, that-thing-that-happened-which-might-be-a-big-mistake on Disney's part. And yeah, it was so big, I just had to take some time to process it, and I'm not even a die-hard Star Wars fan (those guys are threatening with said-spoilers or raving about the decision).
Deeeeepppppp breeeeattthhhh.....ok, lets do this and try not to spoil anything...or be a peek-er and check the wiki for spoilers somebody already put on. Thanks guys....good thing I never looked till after.
First off, movie was...alright. I was worried Disney would grind things down, but they did decent enough. Leia, Han, Chewie, and Luke are, by this time, legendary figures, so their appearances are marked by the usual "hey! It's them!". Most of them got decent screen-time (aside from one, to the point you have to wonder HOW much they were paid for THAT bit they did), and performed admirably after so long.
The new cast? Decent. Rey is a cool lead, female lead too, which is different from the past two trilogies (where we mainly followed Luke and Anakin). She's spunky, tomboyish and has that rough exterior that comes from surviving off quarter-packets of foodstuffs (dang that dealer was a complete jerk), with the emotional side of loss and uncertainty.
I have to say, I like Finn too. Anybody who had probably ever been in a big fight or is a veteran probably would understand this kid better than most. Finn's just like most people thrust into a bad situation, you want to get out of it. But he slowly starts forming himself into being a more direct involves of fixing things, of doing "what's right", and you gotta admire that.
Poe? Mr. Amazing Pilot? Oh heck does this guy earn his title, and boy do they show it. I still remember one sweeping shot (no cutaways) with nearly no blockage that shows just how good this guy is. He's a bit...too good actually...huh....
BB-8 was Disney's answer to R2-D2, so essentially they're the same. Though, while R2-D2 does more comedic gestures with his noises, BB-8 does some more with his various instruments (including a really funny one with a lighter tah!).
Kylo Ren? Ehh...Dark Vader wannabe on SO many levels.
The story, while good, harkens back to Episode 4 a little too much for my taste. I still enjoyed myself, but just couldn't help seeing the off-putting similarities. When you see it, you'll probably understand better.
There's a few some-what subtle hints for the sequel. Such as what happens to some of the characters in the state their in, who that "big dude" was, and what the heck Luke's been up to. I've seen all the Star Wars' so far, and I'm certainly looking forward to the next one.....
.....though hopefully they won't do the same "certain thing" they did in this one. Oui....remembering now....I gotta sit down...oooh....

2016
General | Posted 10 years agoWell, the new year is about to be here...or...is...here if this is read later...and boy has it been a flippy one.
I guess one way to see it...what to look forward to in 2016? Well personally, that list is still developing. Still wondering if certain projects will get done, and if I ever get time to get transmissions finished (and boy are there a lot...). But lets see what OTHER people are trying to do for the rest of us.
2016...well certainly looking forward to when Final Fantasy 15 (finally) comes out. Long time coming, and from what I hear, should be awesome. Also on Square's side is Kingdom Hearts 3 (FINALLY), which is getting speculation every day on who's going to be in it. There's a third from a different source, but I'm not going to say it just yet heh heh, but it's been pushed back a lot, which is good for me because I need to gather the Earth funds to get it.
Movies? Well, naturally glad that Sly Cooper is FINALLY getting a movie, and from it's teaser, it looks great (well Bently and Murray....errmmm....we'll see). Marvel (oops, Disney??) has quite a few films coming out, including Apocalypse. I don't read the comics, but the universe is interesting.
There's another Star Wars film too, some additional stand-alone story...cool...but expect older fans to get touchy that their favorite Star Wars extra books&media don't get their own films too.
Oh yeah, you know there's going to be a FEMALE Ghostbuster movie? I've seen both Ghostbusters, and seen AVGN play their NES game with the awful stair climb, so I get the origin. The gals got a lot to live up to, but I like to see where it's going, so you go girls.
Kung-Fu Panda 3...I really liked how 2 went out, especially with Shen, but I'm a little skeptical on the antagonist this time around. Po gets back together with dear old dad (ooooh, touchy subject....mom still up and kickin'??), and tries to train the most peaceful of creatures (according to the History channel...) to defend themselves. .......Ok, we'll see how THAT goes...
Finding Dory, Pixar's new film. Haven't seen Good Dinosaur, heard it's ok...not sure where they'll go with it, but I give every film of their's a chance. Though not Brave.
Assassin's Creed and...WARCRAFT? are getting movies. Ok, not a Warcrafter (aside from W3, CHAIN LIGHTNING!!!), but it'll probably be big for all those house-sheltered WoW players as a reason to get out and join the populace. Assassin's Creed? Hear it's around Ezio's time, though Ezio isn't in it (?), but wonder how they'll mix the assassin theme with the whole "First Civilization" in this run.
...ok, fine, I'll mention it. EVERYBODY here is probably raving for Zootopia. ......Ok, I'm not raving, but I'm interested too, yeah, fine ehh...
Well I guess that's a gist of it. Guess a few things to look forward to. So anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR everybody!.....when...it...comes that is....heh.

The Day On!
General | Posted 10 years agoHappy Holidays everyone! Hope ya got what you wanted!
The Eve of Loot!
General | Posted 10 years ago...what? Let's face, beyond the whole "get together" of friends and family and goodwill toward others and all that mushy holiday stuff...you all know what most of you are after...
The LOOTS!
Tah, ok. Yeah sure, as said not EVERYONE is after it hehehe. But yeah, it's that time of year again where humans celebrate the giving of gifts, eating together with friends and family, and upping their electric bill with flashy lights with the intent of making Santa have a seizure when he flies over, so they can rifle through his red bag of gifts for little Billy's new game console.
....what? It's true.
So happy holidays and all that mushy stuff to all my watchers/commenters/favoriters and fans, if any. I'm not too big on get togethers myself, and I've already been set for Christmas. So, hopefully everyone else has interesting plans and has their hearts set on that one gift they really want to get. (hopefully not that plastic lamp limb from A Christmas Story...)

Oh....lookatdat....
General | Posted 10 years ago...I hit 10,000 pages views two days ago....huh....uhh....yay?
Back!....Temporarily.
General | Posted 10 years agoI already said the saying in my posting, but ehh, short version, stuff happened and I'm a bit out for the count in being overly productive. Why? Because: Reasons.
Anyway, I'm, at least, temporarily back for the Halloween season, trying to perk up my mood and all. Physically I'm a little beat up, and emotionally I'm a little depressed and on-edge (who wouldn't be after that stuff happening...whoops, nevermind).
So anyway! It's Halloween soon! Hopefully it'll be an enjoyable one!
Oh by the way, our Earth Funding is rather low, and commissions are still open to help resolve that!

Over and Done
General | Posted 10 years agoOk, so the AH thing is over. A bit disappointed that they were unable to make their one million mark. Which is surprising considering their Let's Play channel has over THREE MILLION on it. Where the heck were the, at least, two million people!?
Ahhh well...least got magic out of it. Magic!
Updating will be slow soon, but do have something for the upcoming week and, as always, watching for commissions.

Series Done! Also, plugging.
General | Posted 10 years agoAlright! The IAHWA is done!.....and I don't really have much for later! Yay?
Yeah...it might be awhile till my next update as I wasn't able to use the time to make up some things for here, as other issues required attention. But hey, patience is a virtue.
Also, I REALLLLLLLY should have been plugging this since I started IAHWA...but as said, other stuff, because, reasons....
But Achievement Hunter has made it's own channel on youtube and is doing contributions based on their Subscription count! That's right, Achievement Hunter is aiming to get a MILLION subscribers before August 6th (they started July 6th, kind of when I started, DANG IT.). For a couple milestones, they have promised to do some special stuff.
At 500,000 subscribers (already reached, yay!) they will play Magic the Gathering. If I recall, there was a video done about this that was SO BAD that they decided not to air it.
At 750,000 subscribers they will....taser Micheal?.....is that even better...? Wow, Mic haters.
At 1,000,000 subscribers, they will do a 24 hour live stream from new AH office including live Dungeons and Dragons game!
Apparently they will also do...
At 1,500,000 Geoff gets a tattoo of Gavin's nose on his body....(Geoff, well known for his tattoos. Gavin, well known for having his nose made fun of)
And at 2,000,000 They will do a Painstation X vid (based on this ACTUAL game that uses an advanced version of Pong that can deliver electric shocks, whipping, and heat...hence, pain).
To be honest, a million subscribers seemed too way off. But the reward seems great. They are already at 600,000+ subscribers! Doubt I would have made the four thousand difference by plugging this earlier, but ehh....
Anyway! Go to their channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/AchievementHunter) if you have a youtube account and subscribe! Tell your friends and get the count up before August 6th! Let's try for a million!

A Series End...?
General | Posted 10 years agoOh boy. It has been a long several weeks and I still got a lot to do. Wasn't able to work up as much as I wanted unfortunately, so it'll be longer before I get some new stuff up and out. I was looking to get some extra stuff done during the IAHWA series, but circumstances made that difficult. But hopefully things will improve in some way or another and I can continue on in some way.
Hmm...I seem to have another file for the IAHWA series. Suppose that'll be for next week hehehe.

E3 PLOSION!
General | Posted 10 years agoFor the series going on now, see last journal: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6807608/
I FORGOT E3 was going on! So many titles I'm looking forward to were announced, ones that I didn't expect!
First off, FINALLY Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer! WHOOO!!!
Ok, so Erauqs and Ansem (or Xehanort I guess, haven't played DDD) are doing a chess game...what seems to be Ansem's keyblade is held up on a mantel....and this has to be WAY in the past given how old these dudes are in BBS. And there seems to be a Cornerstone of Light, maybe, in the room with them. Interesting. (Also, are those designs on the top of the chesspieces keychains from keyblades?)
And yeah seems Tangled might be a world...and holy crap, they are given Sora a LOT of abilities. Not too keen on the gun mode, but I'm surprised with all the attraction-themed....summons I guess? But yeah, a lot of new moves are going to be present in the game.
Graphically, seems the world is MUCH vaster than previous games, given Sora jumping off an edge there in the trailer...but guessing they aren't going to show how vast just yet.
Overall, I'm hyped, wondering how this VERY distant past segment with the old keyblade masters play out with today and what their aiming toward....oooooh man...
Then, South Park is making ANOTHER RPG?......cooool. No, seriously, Stick of Truth (done, beaten) wasn't the perfect RPG of it's release (maybe?), but it was perfect for what it was. An RPG...of SOUTH PARK. They did right. They had the humor, the mix of the show's surrealism and mockery hilarity, they did right with what they had. Some elements could have improved, yeah, but overall it was a fantastic now-start to South Park getting a great game release.
Now, the second one, South Park: Fractured But Whole (niiiice), seems to be focusing more on the comic-book hero genre (and oh boy can you have fun with that one) instead of the fantasy. Not a HUGE departure genre-wise, but enough distance to wonder what they'll do with it all. Stick of Truth was great, now hoping that with some improvements and tweaks (including a real Tweak), it'll be better than it's predecessor.
And did you believe it? After so many years...and after a test trailer showing off the PS3 in a tech demo...it's...happening.
FINAL FANTASY 7...is FINALLY getting a remake!
Imagine Midgar....actual Midgar towering above you! Imagine returning to a story so ingrained in RPG-gamer minds to be released with the latest graphical approach, expanded with the revolutionary tech of now. There...are few words to describe the nirvana of such a piece of RPG history being brought out once again. Questions will be made. Is it ACTUALLY FF7 remade? Will it be a retelling? Will new stuff be added? We'll just have to wait and see.
Oooooh...those might just be three for now, but oooooh man are they waited for.

IAHWA Roll Out!...and dinos
General | Posted 10 years agoI seriously forgot that Jurassic World was releasing today, and I really should have done something for the occasion. URRRGGGG. This is really why I need stock to give me time to work on other things, oui. Ah well, maybe when it gets a public release I guess. I have, in curiosity, looked up about things and was surprised/glad/thankful for the turn out of the "raptor pack". Ok...maybe just 1/4th of it, but I am glad a particular character had that re-reversal and ended up saving the day. Spoiler it may be, but a win for the intelligent reptiles is still a win!
What I was working on instead was involving something that has brought me hours of laughter and insight for many a game out there (mostly Minecraft tah!). If you haven't looked at my LP mention way back, and I didn't really go much into them. But honestly, these guys deserve their own bit.
I present the IAHWA series! That is: If Achievement Hunter Were Animals! (or furries as a term I see around a lot *blinks*) If you don't know who AH is, google is your friend, and it will tell you.
Over the next several weeks (aside from a particular day coming soon), I will be posting about key members of the AH crew as a sorta "these guys are great, go see them" thing. Each member has their own little quirks that make their various shows and real-life segments just so strange, endearing, relatable, and hilarious. And it also gives me the time to finish up some other things as well. So it's a win-win.
I tried to think of what kind of animal-thing the various members would be, and I think I hit some marks, even if I only stretched it. But still, it was for fun, and there's a lot variety in there.
And you know what else? This series is going to lead up to the day that AH was founded. What? REALLY? Yeah, I had originally did this on a whim because it was an idea in my head, but they were actually formed near the end of July, and this year is their 7th (lucky 7!) anniversary. SO, it's a triple win! 777 ha ha!
So! Hope you all enjoy the series, and I'm going to sit back and take it easy, before I have to dive into other projects again.

LAZERS!....And other stuff.
General | Posted 10 years agoComing off of Ray's departure from Achievement Hunter (and after FINALLY seeing his actual departure and the 3-part Flip This House (you vultures!), I poked around a little more and was shocked that I didn't find out about it sooner...
...RoosterTeeth's movie! Lazer Team!
Gavin and Micheal, from AH, take some lead roles along with Burnie Burns, RT's co-founder, and some others...I'm so glad to discover it before it came about! Boy, I was behind, but still, cool to think of seeing the crews from RT appearing in a proper film. Looks good from the previews and hope they can actually get some retail DVDs and stuff out when the game is released public after theater viewing.
Also, as a side update, I MIGHT be be able to add background(ed) commissions in the near future. Still have some things to work out and some tests to make, but might be able to put up another update in the commission section so.....yay that!

Blazing One Last Time...
General | Posted 10 years agoAlthough I don't follow much in the way of...well...any news...while looking at the previous Minecraft Lets Play by Achievement Hunter (Let's Play Minecraft - Episode 150 - Darwin X Pt. 2), I accidentally glanced at the comments...
...lets face it, most commenters like debating like a forum.
BUT...what caught my attention was the various comments about a particular member of AH was....LEAVING. Sure, a guest every now and then, maybe, but a core member was actually LEAVING to pursue streaming full-time.
And that man, or should I say tuxedo-wearing-rose-power-upping-sarcasm-spewing-self-depreciating-awesome-inventor-of-the-rayisms man....Ray Narvaez, Jr. (AKA Brownman)
Ever since I found Achievement Hunter, I've been loving their videos. It took a bit, but I caught up to their Minecraft LPs and are still going through their various GTA5 ones, as well as anything else I can look when I get the time. Every hunter contributed something to the group and had their own unique personalities lend beautifully to the inspiring mayhem that is contained within.
Personally, Gav's a fav. That guy is a complete nut (MARK NUUUUUUTT!), and he's probably my favorite hunter (albiet he probably...isn't...that good at it...).
But coming up close was Ray. I dunno, the guy was funny even when he wasn't (or acting like he wasn't) aiming to be. He's also, if the record is right, the most skilled gamer of the hunters. But even his skill is unmatched against the various instances and chaos that erupt in many of the things that the hunters do, and it's fun to watch his reactions and interactions with the rest of the crew.
There are still a few more vids left of them to post with Ray in them, but the time will soon arrive that we won't see him anymore. The latest Minecraft Let's Play, (Let's Play Minecraft - Episode 151 - Brown Out), which I haven't looked at just yet, seems to signify an early goodbye to the amazingly dressed man himself. I'm sure Ryan will supply plenty of death-related mayhem and Gavin will burn something in appreciation (though Gav's appreciation definition may be burning the entire map down).
So, here's to Brownman. We wish you weren't leaving, but you're leaving a legacy of sarcasm and brow raising references that will be remember for as long as Youtube and Roosterteeth keep videos up.
Time to drop a rose (not into the lava), and blaze it up! one last time. Good luck Ray. we'll miss you.

*pokes the corner* Huh...
General | Posted 10 years agoI'm not sure if it's just me or not, but is anybody missing that "Messages" bit in the corner of their page? You know that little bit in parenthesis that sorta gives ya the total of all the stuff you got? It went sorta like.....
(#### Messages) #C, #F, #W, #N
They update or something? I mean the other stuff is there, but the overall bit is gone. It was kind of useful to have a total you could see to make it easier in case something changed. No real reason to get rid of it.

New one!
General | Posted 11 years agoOk, new journal! What about...lets see... *flips through articles*
Oh right, Friday the 13th today. Huh...day seemed kind of normal to me. Weird.
Oh yeah, that Divergent sequel is coming up in a week. Never read the books, but have seen the movie (Something I tend to do for the most part. What? I'm not the only one. I'm sure.). Interesting concept, but kinda reminds of Hunger Games a little. Girl meets boy? Yep. Society has obvious sucky mechanics? Yep. Main character is "the person" to start a change on things? Oh yeah. Self-righteous dirtbags who want to keep the order of their whacked-out society? Uh huh. This a trend or something...?
Not to say I didn't enjoy the film. Heck, even did that little "what are you" test thingy. Think I got Erudite or something. Then again, like said, that whole society is messed up anyway...
Lets see...movies! Marvel's Avengers Sequel ain't too far off. A month or two left. First one, epic. Hopefully the next one will be just as good.
Though I'm still a little flakey on the whole "Banner is always angry" thing and why Tony would come back as Iron Man. The later is because, yeah, I saw Iron Man 3. The one where all his suits (he had a LOT of spare time on his hands) suddenly became crappy enough to be ripped apart like bread (kind of a step back when his previous armor could survive several whacks from a high velocity fan that was being used to keep a huge aircraft carrier up).
Not to mention tossing the good ole' Arc Reactor in the sea....where...somebody could...find it.

Gaaaaaaallllllaaaavaaaaaannnnttt!!
General | Posted 11 years agoWell, these days, it seems television series are going through that transition again, with returning series soon coming to start up episodes again, while others just starting are on their way out. Two recent fillers are shaping up well though.
Agent Carter, which fills the space for the boys at Shield to do their stuff, is pretty good. Nice female lead, and a good reminder that women can kick some butt too. Nice seeing Stark's way-too-much-time-for-the-ladies father (who the heck is Tony's mother anyway...) again as well, and the couple of twists in there too.
There was also the ABC fill-in for "Once Upon A Time" (don't watch it. Maybe, when they start over.), Galavant! Thankfully none of that stupid "knight kills dragon" crud (or will there be...), but it is definitely hilarious. You don't find too many funny musicals out there that don't take themselves TOO seriously. The ending of it's four-week engagement just happened, but it seems like they (maybe ironically) left the gate open for future episodes to be made. I for one look forward to them.

============COMMISSION INFO===========
========
How to Pay: Paypal only, but credit card possible. Will instruct you on what address to send payment to when commission payment is to be sent.
What I Can Do:
-Clean artwork
-Parody pieces
What I Won't Do:
-Red Boarder Pieces (a.k.a "Adult")
-Sexual pieces
-Graphic pieces
-Hateful/Racial pieces
-Explicit Gore
-Nude pieces (a.k.a "private parts")
-Most "Mature" rateable pieces
To Commission Me: PM me first. Typically respond within a day or might be longer. Include details of what you want done in the commission. If there are references on-site, from commissioner or from other artists, provide them if possible. Will work with the commissioner on ideas or changes when able.
If I feel that a commission may become too difficult, that I'm unable to perform it correctly, or that I am uncomfortable with certain circumstances, I have the right to refuse a commission.
As payment is currently accepted after completion/acceptance of the finished work, there are no refunds.
Send Payment: Send payment via Paypal. Do follow directions of this handy guide: http://fc05.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2.....dc-d26t93b.png
If Paypal fees are included in the transaction, the commissioner, you, pays for them.
WIP: If a WIP is requested, and I am able to provide one, a watermarked image of the current outline will be provided through PM. A journal may be made that tracks the estimate, overall progress of commissions currently in slots.
Finished Work: Finished work will be shown to commissioner in a watermarked image for final approval. When approved, final payment must be made. Once payment has been sent and confirmed by me, the image will be uploaded to my gallery in Scraps. Currently, full payment will be made once the watermarked finished work is shown to the commissioner, before being submitted on-site. If commissioner refuses to pay, the work will not be uploaded and the commissioner will be reported. There are no "payment plans" for any portion of my commissions.
Rights: I retain rights to any commissioned work, including distribution, and am able to display it on another website/gallery/journal. The piece may not be reproduced or sold for profit to others. The piece can be downloaded by the commissioner for their own gallery, but be sure to give me credit for the commission and a link to the original.
If the commissioned work includes me, Azul, it may not be distributed in anyway without my permission as I am copywriteen myself (as is ALMA and the "original" stuff in the gallery if they are included in the commission).
If the commission involves a personal character (such as the commissioner's "fursona"), I will most likely not use the character unless it is commissioned again by the owner (or a friend of the owner, by permission from the actual owner if, say, it were a gift). Exceptions may be made (such as a "splash page" featuring regular commissioners as a "thank you" for the business).
For personal characters, you can resize/crop the commissioned artwork to create icons/wallpapers and such, but not alter the actual piece itself.

For personal characters, you can resize/crop the commissioned artwork to create icons/wallpapers and such, but not alter the actual piece itself.
Tis the Over Season
General | Posted 11 years agoWell, Christmas is over, and now it's time to look toward the next year. Lots of work, that's next year tah!
Ah well, between projects, I'm going to dive into my gift, a nice sequel to a game series I love. I actually nabbed it earlier thanks to coupons and some rearranging, but I kept it in the plastic till Christmas! That's willpower for ya ha! So technically, no rule breaking! Actually still haven't opened it, doing the first one to refresh my mind.
ANYHOO, hopefully everyone had a good Christmas. If not, you'll probably get drunk on New Years and forget about it teheheh.
============COMMISSION INFO===========
========
Deadening Season
General | Posted 11 years agoOk, so it's been about a week, but I've been working on a lot of different stuff, so didn't have time to make a posing about it...
Shocking mid-season finale to Walking Dead eh?
Well...to me...not...as shocking.
I mean "I" won't spoil it for anybody...but I'm not too shocked after the fact. Sure, when "it" happened I was like "NOOO!!!!" But after my brain kicked in, I was more like "well...that was pointless."
To be honest, what happened to Andrea and Hershel was far more devastating.
This? Not so much. Things were going smoothly at the end there, almost eerily well. Sure, they asked for the other guy, but he ended up WANTING to go just to make sure things went already. Then a step up with a return-to-sender line, and a useless (and stupid, considering it might spark a hallway of gunfire that could kill friends) attack...which caused what happened to...well...happen.
In the end, it just wasn't much of an impact now that I think about it. Can't reverse things, of course (except maybe in flashbacks, hey, they did it for Hershel), so they'll have to roll with it.
I'm looking forward to see how they continue things, nonetheless...with the "reveal" of one party's quest being shown as false...who knows what later results will come.
......I know who...the people who read the comics heh!

It Begins
General | Posted 11 years agoWell, with a bit of luck, I managed to obtain what I was looking to grab for Black Friday!
One of those things was, if recalled, is a console version of Minecraft! True to the later release of the PS3, it has the features up to The End, so I'm glad for that. Small thanks to LeonXIII for the link that gave me the actual info I was looking for.
So far, over the tutorial, I've realized I know quite a lot thanks to watching AH's LPs of Minecraft and am confident in things.
For now, I'm trying survival mode to see how far I can get.
So far, no deaths on my head, and I've been doing quite well in my first seed. I've occupied a house in a village and have plenty of carrots for food and a convenient mine nearby to search through. My goal? Appease the Hunters by creating a TOWER OF (censored)! Tah! But anyway, that's a side goal. So far, just enjoying myself and my creativeness.
