Yes, I did say 'that account' because SparkyTheFox wasn't and isn't my first account here, although it was made only a few months after Kyo.

oh god. That number difference for one. Over 13 million posts on FA later this is where I am now. er wow... that makes it sound like I posted a million x13.

Anyways, I look at all the songs on my Kyo account, and then listen to all my songs (which is weird but cool) on here. I have every last song i've posted and never posted thanks to mass downloading and mass exporting on FL Studio. Yes yes I hoard all my projects, even ones i'm not even proud of. My EX Complete Edition which I have saved to Mega, is well over 300 songs and counting. I actually hear improvement with every year. There'll always be that one song every year that I consider my Breakthrough song, that I honestly feel is years ahead of my current talent and that I think I used some sort of black magic to create. Usually after every breakthrough song, my songs get slightly better due to something I may have learned, or proper implimentation of mastering, automation, switches, better instruments or presets, so on so forth.

I think I honestly have improved moderately over 6 years. I know some people are still way better than me, but I'm not that kid who copy-pastes MIDI files and just apply different instruments anymore. Okay I did it to Mario Kart's Rainbow Road recently but that was for shits and giggles.

So, I noticed im getting a few more watchers from everyone on FA. I need to say this now: None of my music will be exclusive to FA unless they're drafts. my full works will be going to Weasyl and Tumblr. if they are good enough, they'll go to Newgrounds.

While I'm waiting to finally add the last piece of my technology puzzle, <Replacing the Phenom II X4 with an FX-6300>

I'm busy trying to get everything else running on this PC. I have a 1TB hard drive and I am taking FULL advantage of it.

For starters, I got Android 4.3 running on the PC. Yes. Android on the COMPUTER. it runs slightly wonky but I haven't added and adjusted any kernels like I was suppose to. it was just a test run C: Currently it runs noticing 3GB of RAM and all four cores. Oh, though it doesn't recognize the video card it still uses 128MB of its RAM. hey, 128MB Video RAM is still a hell of a lot to run on a mobile operating system.

Next off, I'm going to see if I can get Ubuntu 13.10 LTS <Long Term Support> on a partition. Since when I was installing Android before hand, it was giving me issues. It was a linux thing. Now, that Linux thing is solved, and I probably can install Ubuntu on a new partition.

LAST OFF: I will be attempting to install MAC on this. Mac OS Snow Leopard to be specific. Yeah yeah I know, AMD CPU. But i've done the near-impossible before. This would allow me to test things system wide when it comes to games, and just tinker in general. I know what I'm doing could potentially give me frustration in the short run, but in the long run if success hits, WHEN it hits, I'll be happy.

So, I was thinking, thinking long and hard about this. Many of the people I've ever RP'd with- more specifically Catlyn, Draggy, and Kayla. They all know Mooncrest almost as well as I do. they all know my world as much as I do. and our stories are just so.. combined...

here you have the beginning of Mooncrest. a run down place where furs were starting to show themselves in the world. Nicholas Lavinski... and his brother Xander, <me and my brother> started to develop this world. They were spies. agents. and they were great at their job. Long story short, they're the reason that Mooncrest became a place again. And with their help... the life of a woman was saved. This woman gave birth to a new main character, my first furry character ever, Kyo.

Kyo <a wolf> was a prodigy child, and he had breakthroughs one after another. At a ripe age of 13, he had already developed a stupidly advanced CPU which SyncTech- a technology company- took notice.

By the age of 16, Kyo was working inside of SyncTech and fell in love with a Cat named Catrina. This alone started a whole new line of life that I never thought would exist. They lived a long and happy life, and they gave birth to two children- Kadin and Cianna. After certain events.. I took Kadin as my own character, and gave him life.

Kadin grew up to be a famous Archeologist, being responsible for many of the major discoveries of ruins and animals around Mooncrest. He was even responsible for the discovery of a pink herb, that only grew in the winter time . His wife was Julie, and she herself was a popular researcher. It was with her and Kadins help did this pink herb get recognition and suddenly it gave their medical institutions insight.

Kadin and Julie had a son, Lance Shiomi- or as everyone knows him as, Sparky <the Fox>. Sparky had his parents taken away from him at the age of 10. Ever since, he's been on his own. He grew up to be a mighty fine dancer, and a rather big teenage/late-teen role model. Sparky's best friend is Kayleigh, and yet another main character belonging to someone else. His friendly rivals would be some of my own characters, such as Alexus, Bitrey, and Jifyra- and characters belonging to others, such as Nynn.

Around this time, there was another notable character worth mentioning. Kyrina.

Kyrina is literally a reincarnation of Kyo, though she would be female and a bit more innocent than Kyo himself.

Kyrina would find, fall in love, and get married to a big wonderful dragon- Darkness Ethanblaze.

All these characters are integrated with eachother on a such grander scale.

Why do I even bother mentioning this? well.. Some of my past or current close friends are connected to this area. Mooncrest.

They see it as a current home for their characters, and mine. and I thought.. what if any of these friends wanted to write a story, and Mooncrest was their canon for a while?

This would make my own world, theirs as well. We would be able to see my own world from their perspective, see the world take life when your own current character isnt there.

it makes me wonder at how powerful creativity can be.. and emontions can give life to new things, and expand on your own world.

I like to think that even though you create a world, if one should live in it and call it their home, I say its the right thing to do to let them build upon whats currently there, and make references- directly or otherwise- to what it is and was to the original creator.

Alright, its been a hell of a long time since I posted a song, let alone a journal. For those of you who don't know, I've got a part time job and am a full time student. I work at a Meijer Deli (For those of you who do not know what a Meijer is, its a lot like a Kroger or a Walmart) and go to school at Devry University.

The computer also crapped out really recently, like- yesterday. Since then, I bought so many parts and upgrades its not even funny. Its taking a bit of time recovering some of the things on the corrupted hard drive, but other than that everything is working.

FOR THE GEEKS
Some of you may already know that I was using my fiancé's computer. Well, the motherboard fucked up as well as the hard drive. I've made much needed major upgrades over the past few days.

I bought a 22inch LEDLCD IPS monitor from LG. This thing is crisp, bright, and every viewing angle looks perfect. It gets a full 1920 x 1080. It replaced her old 19 inch 1600 x 900 HP monitor.

I also bought a Creative SoundBlaster Audigy soundcard to get rid of her crappy motherboard sound. I was making music and it always sounded... off. Even if the song turned out great.

I instantly bought a 1TB Hard drive to replace her 640GB one, as well as one of the better motherboards around- an ASRock 970 Extreme4. I was really happy to see that the Phenom II X4 was accepted without any additional steps. Lastly, I got the Rosewill Galaxy III case. This thing is so... wonderfully big, and perfectly cooled. It also gives off this brilliant blue light from the transparent 120mm fans.

Last but not least, I got a new sound system to replace our current 2.1 setup. The current 2.1 setup is an older Logitech system. I mean, it put out sound, but it was on the good spectrum. Not great. I went to Best Buy and bought me another piece of tech from Creative: Creative T3150 Wireless 2.1 speakers. These things sound so much crisper, and still pump out some amazingly smooth base. Best part, they don't even need to be hooked up to anything to receive music. I am now enjoying the benefits of Bluetooth.

So, with the exception of RAM and the CPU, I have a perfectly upgraded computer. I am still fine with my 600Watt Corsair power supply and my EVGA GeForce 550 Ti.

my final goals are to get an FX-4000 series, from the Vishera line as well as up the current ram to 8-12 GB. (its at 6GB)

Many people already know I've been using the beta of Windows 8 for a very long time. By very long time, I mean since... January? Or maybe even December of '11.

Its done nothing but improve since~

For those who think its the next vista? Oh my god no. Just no, don't think that. Its better than 7 in my opinion.
For those who SAY its the next vista- ... Take it from a certified geek: Me. It is not the next vista.

Many will either love or hate the new start thing: Metro. Those who love it, love it. There are REASONS to love it. Sure, its better for a tablet- but ya know what? using a mouse doesn't kill it. Those who hate it are those who want the normal start menu back. They complain- but do you really want Microsoft to stick with the same basic design of Windows for its entire life?

Be adventurous.

A few great things about Metro (Windows 8 Start)

-Lock Screen: smooth and simple, giving you an update on how much mail you have, how many skype messages you have, and what time it is- all displaying on a visually appealing picture.

-Live Tiles: Those who are familiar with Windows Phone 7 and up know what these are. Metro is revolved around your apps. Apps like People (which is linked to your facebook, twitter, and really any social site you allow it to link to), Mail, Skype, Music, Games, Xbox/Xbox Companion, ... thats just to name a few. News, Weather... and then whatever you install. These live tiles display updates in real time when you're connected to the internet. They all smoothly slide in new updates on their own tiles, including pictutes.

-Marketplace: FINALLY. Microsoft is really starting to hit it with its own app store. You'll find many useful free apps right off the back. Obviously Skype would be one of them, and Chrome even has its own tile. Among these are Microsoft Office OneNoteNX (Its still pretty fully featured, and its free), Newegg, Amazon, Wikipedia, ...Angry Birds (Ugh, why), ..well, you'll have to just see for yourself. there's at least a thousand apps and counting up QUICKLY.

-Task Manager: Oh, yeah. trust me- those who had any problems with the old one(s) will rest assured that this task manager has practically everything included. Want to manage startup items? Go to task manager. Want to see what app is eating up the most data on your mobile connection? Task manager. Want to see what app is eating up the most RAM through color rather than hunting for that big number? task manager. Want to see every last (important) spec of your system, such as your CPU, Disk, RAM, Net speed, and the like? Task manager. And its ALL user friendly (and more visually appealing)

-Windows Kernel 6.2: Now this doesn't seem like a huge improvement over Windows 7's 6.1 ..at least, looking at the number. Heck, if someone stared at the main desktop of 8 to the one of 7's.. they wouldn't tell the difference. Now tell me, if you had two very similar cars, with one having a better engine inside- could you tell it by looking on the outside? I didn't think so. Windows 8 runs faster, and more efficiently than Windows 7. I'm not lying about this. It also squeezes damn near another hour out of my battery without lowering the settings. Again, efficient <3

-COMPATABILITY: << There's nothing to say here. I mean, unlike migrating XP to Vista.. Migrating from 7 to 8 is nothing. I really mean it. Virtually EVERYTHING is immediately compatible. (Don't get me started on saying your game doesn't work, I've found three games that didn't work so far- and most of those games used those damn bugged anti-hack tools. Thus, it things Windows 8 isn't what it is, and shuts your game down)

There's much more, but I just.. oh, right.

PRICE: Windows 8 is currently..$39.00 for the upgrade. Buying a backup disc is only $15 more. Yeah. Again, worth every penny and more. Don't wait around for too long, you'll pay the full price come January, which is going to be $99 I believe. Maybe more.

Before I get into the topic, Im BACKKKK. "Oh goodness Sparky, how did you survive without net, keyboard, and your laptop?" "It wasn't easy. but I was strong." B3

So, Many of you know that the hard drive in my laptop kinda.. okay, really crapped out into something useless. I transferred to my girlfriends wonderful/horrible PC. (Wonderful/Horrible -> Great CPU, Horrible GPU ). ... I kinda spilled iced coffee on the keyboard, rendering me unable to access the internet period.

This has been going on for a while. My old phone is starting to fry, but good news on that: I got myself a new phone. So, this fixes the net problem (Because I use my phone as a cheap and powerful hotspot.)

Anyways, most of my friends already knew i had a portable hard drive. I busted open the case, took out the (Would you look at that, a laptop hard drive with a SATA to USB attatchment! ) hard drive from that, and stuck it in my laptop. :3 and everything I've ever backed up is.. on this! xD

Alright everyone. One big thing thats happened since my absence was the iPhone 5. Whats the big deal about the iPhone 5? How is it better than the iPhone 4S? ... In my honest opinion, its not. I've looked and researched all that i could about this phone.

Specs:
OS - iOS 6 (Which will be provided for free to anyone who owns an iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and an iPhone 4S)
RAM - 1GB
CPU - Dual-Core A6
GPU - PowerVR MP3 ('Tri-Core' Graphics... essentially whats on the PSVita)
Resolution - 1,136 x 640 (still not the sharpest screen i've ever seen in a phone)
Data - 4G LTE
Price w/ Carrier - ~$299
Price Unlocked - ~$850 for 64GB

This... this just doesn't impress me. For damn near $1,000 too. Im sure its even more in OTHER countries. For that price, I could get me all three gaming consoles, or hell- build a pretty damn powerful PC. No one needs a phone with that price tag. Apple STILL excludes SD card support. See, I want to say more. I DO like the operating system, and the retina display is nice. But... Android offers just about everything iOS can. So on terms of software, if I were to compare the iPhone 5 to the Samsung Galaxy S III or similar phones, it would just fall short in my own eyes, especially with THAT kind of price.

See, currently I am a proud owner of an HTC Evo V 4G (Which is essentially a repackaged Evo 3D). Its specs are similar to the iPhone 5. Dual-Core Snapdragon S3. Adreno 230 GPU (Which plays any game I throw at it, from Sonic 4 E2, to NFS Hot Pursuit, and just.. really anything. ). It has 1GB of RAM as well. Two other notes, its screen is 960 x 540 (1,920 x 540 in 3D mode), and SDXC support up to 64GB. Lastly, it has Android 4.0.3 which is in the lineup to be upgraded to 4.1.

The price? $239 unlocked. I bet some of you guys even have decent smartphones of your own that you may have paid an arm and a leg for.

But I do feel the iPhone 5 is just.. not worth it for the price. Invest it in something else. Invest the money in a decent phone AND a computer upgrade, with the ability to treat yourself even after that. I just feel the Apple-tards are the only people who are looking at that damn phone and buying it immediately JUST because its the newest thing from Apple.
