Posted 12 years agoFor reasons... I really don't like my username. I mean Sparrow's an important character to me and all but I just frankly really don't like the name Sparrow13. I won't say what it's gonna change to but I just want to move but I'm worried about loosing half the watchers I have. But maybe I should move before I gain anymore???
I don't know, what do you guys think? Should I move? make it a gradual process? I don't watch many people so it'd be easy but I don't want to loose some of the rad people I got.

I know I have commissions, but I have my first big fest (and another I think, 10,000+ people x_x) that I'll be vendoring at so it's kinda stressful trying to make sure it's all organized and things are how they should be and the likes HAA.
You'll probably still see me upload art, but depending how this goes I'll be very very busy.
I'll try and get commissions and the likes done [sorry for those who ordered point commissions, they're horrendously slow eAe]
but for now just gonna lay down and cry xD
Next IA batch may be soon-ish this depends on how things go over with fest prep.
Other than that this journal is pointless.

ust to clarify, I'm only taking THREE slots at a time, since I'll technically have 6 alltogether to do with the half off badge. (if you decide you want the half off badge)
OTHER NOTES:
-When you order a fullbbody badge, you get half off a fullbody badge if you want. This does not translate over to half off a pelt badge.
-Currently, due to time I preffer digital badges, obviously your choice if you want digital or traditional, but personally it's easier and faster for me to take digital.
-You can inquire about flatcolour badges for a lower price (fullbody digital), BUT in return you will only get half off another fullbody flat badge, not a shaded.

My commission list is pretty much down (Save for some lil ones I'll be taking here and there) For prep of First Friday and other things I need to focus on work for that. What's an Iron Artist commission?
You will choose one of the themes listed below and within a day of ordering, your image will be done! It's an artist challenge to stretch the limits of our works you could say ;D
So...what do I get?

I will draw anything from anthros to humans (save transformers and mecha, steampunk doesn't count)

So after some recent incidents I've decided I'm going to take longer on commissions probably. I mean not in a way like I'm just going to make you wait for the hell of making you wait I'm going to take longer to draw them because I'm going to be more patient with working with them. Meaning...probably more detail! I'm not gonna be all hyper realism because I honestly don't feel I'm up-to-par with that but in general....I'm gonna try to work more on them. Everything really.
So you're probably going to have to wait a bit for some bigger things but really don't worry I never forget a commissioner! i have you all on my list but this is just going to take some more time than normal.
Also just gonna throw out there that commissions are gonna be semi closed a bit while I work through! You can order smaller things like flats and headshots buuuuuuuut other than that kind of half closed but you can still check my commission info!

10$ flatcolour pinup commissions?
Posted 13 years agoI'm just curious, would you buy one? They'd be 10$ flatcolour with an added simple ish background with a theme of one of four like slumber party, movie night, whatever else I come up with.
I dunno I really really want to commission one of my absolutely -favourite- artists but I really try to budget myself and as much as it's tempting I'd need to make some more before I commission :>
I'll even throw in some simple cell shading or colouring probably!
Now these aren't open /yet/ but if I get enough interest I'll really tackle things from my list I have now then open these up.

Posted 13 years agoSO hey yeah guys I'm back kind of. Ahhhh I have lost everything from June ownward so I have a -lot- of things to sit here and clean out again and reorganize. Months of work not even in drawing gone really so even though I'm back I'm not really back back I still have a lot to redo on my laptop so it's easier for me to do things and get things that is backed up done.
As for commissions I thankfully have one big one that I can at least salvage the lines from but thank god nothing else was really started. So not a lot of valuable things were lost just a lot of file space and clutter is back and a lot of reorganizing and retyping though.
So it may be a week or so until I am done with everything and get back into the groove of things with holidays coming up. It's just so confusing and weird having like everything back in time. I still don't know why my harddrive crashed but it just did. It was new and just went corrupt unfortunately and there was nothing that we could do :/
So thank you guys for giving me so much support. I'm a bit scatterbrained now still so just give me about a month tops to like get everything back in order and fixed so I can get comfy and back to work. In winter I don't feel like doing a lot of things that involve moving because it's cold so expect some good work days!

Hey guys my hard drive crashed.
Posted 13 years agoEdit: So. My hard drive crashed. J don't know if I just lost all of my files or not but I pray I didn't. This means a hiatus of art for a while if I can't get this fixed. I'm sorrt guys I should have backed my shit up and this is what I get for being stupid. It's confusing because I just replaced the disk this summer due to it crashing then too and just a few months later, this happens. I feel quite horrible and I'm sorry this has happened so just expect traditional drawings. With consent of commissioners I will probably finish your drawings traditionally as I jave no other choice.
Sorry, I really am. I should have backed this up and now the files are all gone so. Yrah.

I mean my laptop kinda crashed before and thankfully I was able to save it but this time I literally woke up, checked messages, went to get donuts for breakfast, came back and that message was tgere. I'm kind of freaking out because if that's the case I've just lost all my poetry, commission progress, comic pages written up and more. Oddly I'm currently calm about the situation.
