I'm usually not a big fang of journals but since my life is taking new directions I thought it would be a occasion :D
Today I've received my university-entrance diploma and I'm aspiring to enroll in Scandinavian studies at university here in Berlin with the intention of learning Finnish and Swedish! I had to work myself up from the lowest ranks in the German school system to get this far and after almost 10 years I've finally reached that goal, so I'm really happy!

I also figured it would be time for some holidays so I'm going to Estonia with  joelfox from 10th to 19th in Tallinn and later going to the island of Vormsi. Since I've always wanted to visit Finland and I'm already up north I'll be in Helsinki for a few days (20th to 23rd of July) hanging out with  jariwolf a bit :D

Soooo since this is almost my last year in school I've got quite some things planned to end it with a blast :3

First on schedule is a road trip with some local Berlin furries to the Baltic sea (visiting Latvia, Estonia and Finland) during my Easter holidays
Planning to go by bus from Berlin to Riga, and then make stops in Pärnu and Tallinn. From there it seems its quite easy to visit Helsinki by ferry which I'd gladly do.

I'd love get in touch with local furries, so I might contact  finlandfurs  estonianfurs and I hope there are furs in Latvia XD

Berlin moved the summer holidays ahead one month which means this will be the first year with totally a carefree Eurofurence in that aspect and additionally its just about 20-30 minutes away from my place. It kinda offers whole new opportunities since everything which Berlin offers will also be available during the con including a steady flow of craft beer and shops open almost 24/7 (in contrast to Magdeburg) :D

Apart from that I'm pretty sure about going to Furtastic in Denmark at the start of my holidays and there is vague possibility I might go to the LondonFurs Summer Weekender or a trip to the UK in general

Yep, this red panda turned 23 yesterday :D

Last EF I was introduced to the pleasant Scandinavian tobacco product snus and I found it to be a good alternative to any other form of tobacco consumption. I managed to acquire a few boxes at EF which since have been depleted and I'm keen to get new supplies which I have to say is not easy due to the sales ban for snus in Germany and other EU countries. So I wonder if there are any furs from Sweden or Norway willing to conduct a transaction and send me some to Berlin. Of course I will come up for all expenses including postage and I'm willing to pay a little reward for the effort.
