I am a few days late to this but i was in shock when woke up in the morning i heard that Dragoneer died...
I never interacted with him, neither him with me sadly. But now this remembers me how i joined here 9 Years ago, to set up a account and branch out my Art Gallery.

I've met a ton of new Artists here and was more introduced to the more NSFW side of Artists.
I am unfure about the future of FurAffinity, but i doubt everything will be fine i guess.

I deicided to join Tumblr. It's a much better experience for me. It's like DeviantART and Twitter together. Not going to leave Twitter... yet as it feels i am still new on there to share my works, until the site gets plugged out completely..

I am not really interested into those other sites lately like Pillowfort, Bluesky, Threads and what else they have. Tumblr itself is still alive and well and i having a great experience so far with it's working tags, lots of customizeable options, great algorithm. As many people have moved on there besides the other sites i've mentioned. Seeing brand new artworks and works that are a few months old on the timeline.

Hello there. Ever since the year has started, things have become a bit rough in the world, from the War in Ukraïne still going on and the Turkey Earthquake to what not.

But my own personal life.. Things have become better since i've been fully Vaccinated for Covid. I've also reorganized a part of my Bedroom so there is more space now to move around the bed and the door, and i use my newer desk that came with the set now instead of the old one from 20 years ago where the PC was incased below. Same for my Printer/Scanner Also cleaned up some old stuff like useless paper and other little things, and my stuff is more reorganized too. I am also planning to buy and install some LED strips. <3

I used to be a huge nail biter but ever since last Summer Year 2022 (At the time i started with my practical driving test), i've stopped biting and it felt good. So i am taking care of them, filing them, cutting them with clippers instead, getting the right shape back.

As for Art, everything is good so far just slow as i have my job and other life things outside the arting community, and i don't want to sit here 24/7 behind my PC. xD

Since DeviantArt is going down a rabbit hole for quite a while now, i've find myself not too comfortable anymore overthere. So i am more active now here and on my Twitter Art page.

There's no need to upload anything there on my page anymore. I felt so much better after logging out there, cleaning some stuff up and not navigating that slow messy Eclipse Layout and some missing features. I've also heard some bad stuff like Lawsuits and the whole AI thingy, staff not being community friendly, bad management.

Hello there everyone. You might have already seen that they have changed dA's layout to a point where it's impossible to navigate through. The lack of listening to the community makes it worse. I have no problem here on FA with both old and new layouts, as you can change at any time you want including the colour. But we are speaking about dA's issue. But i am still posting it here for the people here who are not anymore on dA or never been on it. Let's go through a few points shall we?

LAYOUT:
The original DeviantART layout was much, MUCH better in comparison to the current one we have. That one is a mess to begin with. Clearing out stuff from your feedback is slow and it adds up slowly that you start to realize you haven't cleared them all of them. And navigating the site is slow as heck even on a good Phone or Desktop.

The new Layout is also mimimalistic in terms of Colours where you only can switch to a light and a dark theme. 2 soulless themes that any company has been using in the last decade. But the good thing is: Green Theme, yes the Green one. I use that and it's great! Some more Colours could be added like Blue or either Purple, etc. They could just have kept the current layout, but the theme could be changed. It was also nice adding and removing sections like Watches, Favourites, and so on. Customizing your home page with different tabs, buttons, until the new one broke it completely.

POSTING:
When it comes to posting Art or either Journals, i can't complain about the Art part as things are still the same like it should be, only buttons are rearranged into the plus button as i am writing this issue. But i do miss the fun stuff that you could add like what are you currently eating, watching, reading or playing beneath the field to write the journal, if some folks remember that.

COMMUNITY:
I am still happy that i am here to watch and follow the Amazing artists and other creative stuff from over the years, you guys and girls do a great job, so keep at it! ;)

Only problem is the lack of Staff activity. Which leads to my 1st issue where they changed the Layout and didn't listened to the community. But this also leads to another issue, where they were bought back by an Israël Company, and the current Logo reminds me of a currency thing, and it's Green too, which reminds me of.. Money. The staff here is ignorant and greedy beyond belief!

Over the years, numbers have been dropping where most of the Artist i see, the comment section is either dead on new Art or Journal posts and most Accounts i still remember are deactivated or either banned, showing the ignorant staff's behaviour and lack of support.

MISC:
Just before Christmas Eve i removed my InkBunny account in case you didn't know, as it's mostly populated by Cub Porn Artists and i want to avoid it, but not most all of them. Didn't get anything out of it though. As the Upload Art part overthere is slow as heck. This is still acually my "home" as i started here before the major downfall. So i won't go anywhere. I might have still missed a few points but i hope anyone can understand.

I hope this is understandable and that dA will get some major changes at some point. Otherwise, they lost my respect..

Ever since last Month, i made myself a Twitter (Yes i am going to avoid Politics and drama and i don't like Politics at all) Most of my mutuals are there more so i decided to hop in too!
