I'm so very pleased that I chose to go back to school.
(Don't let anyone tell you that if you don't go to college right out of HS that you'll never go... I waited almost 3 years before going back).
There were plenty of ups and downs but, I wouldn't change it for anything.
I've learned so many things about myself, gained new & valuable skills...
But most importantly, I finally found a place I belong, fell in friend love and found a future career goal that feels real.
I went originally for wilderness & parks management (environmental interpretation as a focus), found I didn't enjoy interp... But I did enjoy the management aspect of the program! However, I began feeling lost within the program. The people are great but, with my passion seemingly lost. I contemplated finishing the year out and quitting... It was then that I found myself being pulled into another direction, Law Enforcment.
More specifically; Wildland/wildlife Law Enforcment.
My goal is to become a park ranger.
Just days ago I felt so ready to get the year over with and to go back home, but now I already can't wait to go back... Turns out I feel more at home in a small town than in the suburbs/cities.
I've always loved northern Minnesota, but my views on small town America were jaded... Although they are not perfect, life is calmer... Sweeter... More loving, more... Me.
Anywho... Thanks for taking the time to read this, if ya did. Lol.

I'm still not 100% what the hell I'm going to do about my feelings for the guy...
Other than maybe just bide my time an see what happens.

I know I'm not all that active here to begin with but, I haven't been feeling very attracted to the fandom lately. Nothing specific has caused me disinterest, but usually I'd check FA when I woke up, through out the day and before bed. I've checked it maybe once a day lately. I just forget? I may become more active again after this school year ends... But I'm not sure.

• Where did the name of your Fursona come from?
I got her name from David Rossi on Criminal minds!
• What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?
She's a Caribou/Newfoundland (+monster) mix. Caribou, because I think they are really rad (also I really love Caribou coffee!) and Newfoundland because my work doge is one and personality wise we are a lot alike.lolol
• What color is your fursona and why? Hair/fur/eyes/etc
the tan, charcoal and white colors are meant to work with the natural colors of the animals she is a mix of, the purple is party because my first fursona and LOTS of purple in her, a little because of my states football team (Vikings!)... also I just like the purple.
• What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your RL personality?
Rossi is a lot more feisty than I am and is a lot more confident then I am , but tbh other then that, she's pretty much the same b/c I figured that if she is supposed to represent me... then she should have the same personality, more or less.

She doesn't really have any accessories that mean a whole lot to me, I don't have plugs irl, I just like the look of them on her.
