Anywho, I'm still alive and still doing the art thing. I just didn't upload things over here. I'll be going through my backlog of art to find pieces to upload here (not everything because that would be... a lot).

Quality Art Bundles- Closed
General | Posted 7 years agoWelp, my summer job ended and I'm still trying to get some mons to pay off this car note.
-Full ToS can be found here
-I'm willing to draw roughly anything (barring excessive gore and robotics as I'm not quite good enough at that yet). My specialties are equines and canines, though other animal type and people are fine as well.
-Art bundles are customization! You may swap out a certain art style for another. Just ask if you want something specific.
Ex: Swapping a flat color for a lineless flat
Ex: Swapping a simple illustration for a basic reference sheet
-The art can be of multiple characters and/or given as a gift to someone else.
-I will accept partial payments for orders over $50. The final piece(s) of art will not be uploaded until the last payment is made.
-Estimated turn around time is within 3 months after the date of final payment.
-Commissions will primarily be done in the order I receive payment. I may skip around on illustrations as I generally work on multiple pieces at once.
-Refunds are allowed for non-completed bundles. The price of any completed work will be taken out of the refund amount. I will allow for refunds if the commission takes longer than expected.
-WIPs are allowed for larger items (illustrations, designs, etc). Just ask if you wish to receive them.
-Edits can be made if there are errors due to artist error. General edits are allowed (up to 3).
-Complex designs (intricate markings, armor, large wings, etc.) may incur an additional charge. I will let you know this when ordering.

Saturday (November 14th) I will be hosting a Pay What You Want stream and accepting cheaper commissions through there. I'll be offering some of everything (sketches, icons, lines, etc.). People will be able to order something regardless of whether or not they attend the stream, although any larger images will be worked on after stream goers. Any work accepted that is not completed via stream will be completed off-stream but with the option of seeing WIPs.
I'll be giving an additional 5% off any of the following: dragons, feral animals, couples, horses, designs, and canines.

Additional Details
- Additional characters cost half price of the first character, for the first two only. (example: Two character sketch is $15; $10 for the original sketch and another $5 for the second character). After the first two characters it is changed to full price. This does not apply to stickers or icons.
-Complex items are extra (wings, complex markings,intricate clothing/armor, tattoos, many accessories, detailed props, background characters, etc.) Should there be an extra charge, you will be notified when ordering.
-Certain content is also extra (fetish, gore, and adult). I reserve the right to refuse a commission of such nature.
-Not all items are available with certain characters. Should I find a character too hard to do in a certain style, I will not take on the commission. Should I realize this after taking the commission, I will inform you and either issue a refund or change it to something else of equal or greater value.

x Hardcore Gore: I do not have the skills. Ordering-Before accepting a commission I require a visual reference (or possibly more than one). This is to gauge how much the commission will cost, and if there will be extra fees due to complex things (wings, tattoos, detailed clothing, etc). The reference should have an accurate, digital color palette. If the reference picture DOES NOT accurately depict the character, I will need another picture in addition to the original one. If no reference is available, I will ask for a detailed description. Please note that a written description does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
-Do not send photographic NSFW images to me at any time.
-I reserve the right to contact owners of any character(s) portrayed in a commission at any point in the process.
Payment-I take payment upfront or half now, half later for larger commissions ($40+). This insures that I will not be taken advantage of during this process. Until full payment is sent I will not upload the commission.
-For larger commissions ($50 and up), I accept payment plans and actually prefer those. Contact me for details.
-Payment is to be sent after I give the "O.K." I need to accept the commission. Once I have confirmation for your payment, I will begin working on it. My PayPal address is dragon_fyre[at]live.com and payment should be sent as Payment for Goods or Services. Payment sent as a gift will be returned. This protects both customer and myself.
-To pay me, either send the money to my PayPal or snail-mail it to me. My email/address will be given to you either in a note or an email (whichever you prefer to use as our main way of communicating). I accept USD only
-Customers who issue fraudulent charge-backs will be blacklisted from commissioning me further.
-With snail money, I'd suggest you put other pieces of paper in there. I'd suggest a list of what you ordered, the date you ordered, what you paid, and who you are. That way I have a receipt of what you want. Little letters are also appreciated. I am not responsible for lost mail.
Completion, Updates, and Cancellation-Commissions will be completed as soon as possible. Please understand that I have other responsibilities and may not always be prompt. Unless a prior deadline is given, I will possibly take as long as needed to finish them.
-Should I take an exceptionally long time (four or more months), there is a definitely a chance of reparation. There is a chance at getting a discount, freebie, upgrade, or a refund. Which is given depends on time waiting, as well as what was originally ordered.
-I will give a refund for any commission unless it's almost finished or finished. The only exception is sketches. Sketches are final, unless I have made a mistake.
-I give up to three visual updates for commissions. The three visuals will be the "finished" version of that stage (complete sketch or lines). Should I not be at a "finished" version, I will show it. Please keep in mind that it may not look as it would if it was "finished". Please contact me if you want an update in such a fashion.
-I reserve the right to reject any critique in respect to anatomy/style should I feel it would impact the quality of the finished product.
-Should you wish to cancel your commission, please contact me as soon as possible. Payment for whatever was completed at time of cancellation will be deducted from the refund. Any unfinished art/concepts may be taken back and reworked, by me, for later use.
-Full refunds are not given for work that is started. Refunds will not be given for finished/almost finished pieces or sketches.
-I reserve the right to cancel a commission should the commissioner be rude/inappropriate, unable to communicate in clear English, or poor communication. After cancellation, a refund will be issued based on work completed. Should a full refund be issued/requested, all work done may be reused by me for either personal projects or resold.
-I reserve the right to not explain my reasons for cancelling and/or refunding.
-Refunds will be given within a seven day grace period from the cancellation date. Should I not be able to refund within that time I will let the commissioner know immediately.
Edits and Corrections-I give three edit sessions. Any changes should be listed as best as possible, as well as specific as possible. Additional edits will be an extra charge.
-For large commissions I allow the client to redline the drawing, or have someone redline it for them, during the sketch stage.
-Upon completion of the image, small changes can be made, as well as design corrections.
-I will fix any errors that were caused by me (ie. misreading of reference materials)
-I do not issues refunds for reasons such as "I don't like it." By commissioning me, it is implied that my art is a style you like, thus you know what you are getting. If it really bothers you, we can discuss possibly changing some aspects of the image.
Use of Work-The work may be uploaded/posted on any internet site, baring websites of a discriminatory/illegal nature. The only restriction is that I must be credited with the work in question. I reserve the right to ask for my work to be removed from any and all websites should I feel it is being misused and/or violates my terms of service.
-Work commissioned from me can not be resold in any way. There will be very few acceptions, such as line art being used for adoptables. Permission must be granted by me before sale of my work in any way. Commercial rights must be negotiated beforehand.
-Altering my work is acceptable only if I am notified of it. I do not have a problem with someone completing my sketches or coloring lines I have done.
-Altering my work is not acceptable if the alteration casts the picture into a hateful or discriminatory light. Should I find anyone doing such a thing, I will revolk the rights of the commissioner to the piece.
-I reserve the right to display any/all work on any personal website, gallery, or forum. I also retain all rights to my work, including the ability to create prints and/or merchandise. You retain the rights to your character.
Adoptable/Design TOS-The original art of a design is allowed to be used by the owner of the design only. Minor alterations can be made to the piece: write text, add piercing, etc. They have the right to post it in any gallery/website they chose as long as they follow the above ToS. They do NOT have the right to claim the art as their own or make major alterations to the art. This permission can be revoked at any time should I not feel comfortable with it. I still require credit for any art I’ve done.
-Please do not buy with intent to resell. That means you can not buy the character to just sell later.
-Do not resell a design for more than you paid unless art/literature has been made of said design. This includes auctioning as well.
-Trading or gifting a design is fine as long as the person is aware of my ToS.
-The new owner of the design may feel free to change it in any way they see fit. The design is yours.
-Failure to pay for a design will revoke all rights to use the design. I will resell any design that is unpaid for.
