Squeak in 2020
Posted 5 years agoHey Everyone!
Well, we certainly picked a great year to come back!
Unfortunately, like many companies across the globe. This pandemic has caused months of delays to us here at Squeak.
However, this mainly meant we were unable to take on as many new customers as we would of liked this year. Which is a shame, we wanted to get so many of you Squeaky!
We've been working on orders in the past few weeks as our team is finally able to start getting back into the workshop and we can get a hold of latex again.
We have also been training more people so we can meet the demand.
So, by 2021 you should be seeing more from us each month.
Thank you again for supporting us.

Getting Squeaky again!
Posted 5 years agoHi everyone!
Thank you all so much for the support over the years.
We're rolling along and producing once again.
I hope you're all staying safe and well during this time.
At this stage we are working on outstanding orders and are not open to any new orders. We will announce when we are open for our next batch.
However, we look forward to bring you fun and creative designs over the next year.
We plan on putting some items up for auction. Unfortunately as we are a new eBay account we can't list some of our bigger designs and will have to start with smaller items, such as inflatable hoods, inflatable diapers and so on.
That being said, we do have a brand new full inflatable husky suit up for auction right now here on FA.
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/36026831/
Please check it out and looking forward to getting someone puffed up and squeaky!

Squeak will return.
Posted 6 years agoMoving into 2020 Squeak Latex will be making its return.
I'll start by saying I appreciate all the love and support over the years. It broke my heart to have to close our doors so suddenly and I'm sure some of you may have questions.Whilst I have explained myself personally in the past here before, in short, the team that I had been using overseas were suddenly all let go when the bosses of the workshop went their separate ways and dissolved their company along with the contract we had created together. Those of you who where aware of the company we had our designs produced by have no doubt noticed their websites and such being abandoned around this time. This left a slew of unmet orders and myself very out of pocket. As much as I tried, I could not recover the money I had already paid them and it could not have come at a more inconvenient time for me personally. During a big move immigrating to another country and not being able to work for a year during that time.
So, I've spent the past two years looking at ways to make this right. I've refunded what I could over the years and have done my best to stay in contact with those effected. I'm not going to pretend I'm perfect and I'm aware communication certainly was an issue. I try not to get overwhelmed and try to avoid confrontation, but I'm only human and I was scared and stressed from all that happened. I am truly sorry to those I've wronged, and I assure you the intention was to simply bring something you've always wanted to life.
So where do we go from here? Luckily I did build up quite the rapport with my main builder over the years and have stayed in contact after the shutdown. We have all the CAD patterns to the Squeak designs I created and we have now started producing the suits in their own home workshop. So, it is now more one on one rather than through a supplier. As some of you have seen, these past few months we've produced some new items. This was a testing phase to see the time needed and cost of production.
It seems things are far more costly due to market changes and much slower being only myself and one other builder. We will only be able to produce at this stage around 12 full suits a year and perhaps some smaller items here and there. Possibly even less depending on what is being made in the list at the time. Whilst I would of loved to have been able to give Squeak Latex items to the world on a larger scale, making them accessible to all that have this interest. I don't want to see myself or my workshop getting overwhelmed with too many orders.
I will be basing the new structure on more that of a "fursuit builder" or artist. I will notify when we are open and how many slots are available and fill them on a first-come first-serve basis. We will not be producing custom designs at this stage. Whilst we can discuss markings, hair, etc. on already produced species and designs, at this stage we are not in the position to be able to dedicate the time to something completely new. Also, for those curious the ballpark rate for a full suit is going to be in the $1600-$2000+ USD range plus shipping.
It is also likely that we will simply produce popular items and list them up for auction ready made, ready to go, so there is no wait time. The profit from these will go into refunds and or the ability to pay for the production of outstanding orders. We will make it clear to those who do place orders with us may be waiting up to a year as we can only produce so fast. We are not a huge production line with a crew of 20.
In the end, I didn't want any of these issues hanging over me personally, nor did I want the dream to die. I wish I had the capital and funds to solve all this right away, but I can only chip away at it to the best of my ability. I love this community, I wanted to bring things I could only dream of to those like minded folks. There are a handful of those whom I know I could never change their mind about me or Squeak Latex, regardless of my effort and what the future will bring.
Let me be clear, the reason for bringing back Squeak is to fulfill outstanding orders and refunds, rather than simply giving up and walking away.
I'm trying my best to move forward and bring all these fun puffy and squeaky things back into the world.
It's still a long road ahead and things are far from recovered.
So here is to 2020 and the path to Squeaky things.

I'm trying my best to move forward and bring all these fun puffy and squeaky things back into the world.
It's still a long road ahead and things are far from recovered.
So here is to 2020 and the path to Squeaky things.
Squeak Latex - taking a break.
Posted 8 years agoFirstly let me start by saying thank you to everyone for the support over the years. Squeak Latex was created to supply the world with creations I could only dream about when I was first entering the community.
I set out to make peoples fantasies come true. To fill that gap in the market where latex animals and inflatable suits where only available at a premium price or just didn't exist.
This is not only my business, but my interest too!
So here is where I stand, being honest and upfront with a community and interest I care so much for.
Like any small business there are bumps in the road and we've had our fair share. I knew that creating the business and designs would in turn have cheaper overseas builders copying our work. This is brought on by members of the
community trying to save money. I don't support it, but I understand why it happens. Because we kept our costs down, taking less profit to compete with copycats, it didn't effect us to greatly.
We grew and expanded (just like our suits) and continued to produce new designs to the community. However, the community and certain members of it can be fickle people. Be it jealousy, not liking me as a person or simply some bad apples. These people
set out to try and sour what I had set out to do. Encouraging others to have our designs copied. Designs we spent months perfecting. Designs that would exist with out our hard work in the first place.
Or simply bad mouthing myself and the brand. Even though they've never purchased or dealt with me.
The vile behavior from these people (that continues to happen) did question why I was putting the effort into the business in the first place. I did retaliate at times and tried to defend my name, but soon realized this made the situation worse.
It had caused quite a lot of depression in me personally to be under attack like this, especially from people I set out on building designs like this for in the first place.
A handful of people didn't effect the business at all, we continued to make suits, but it effected me on a personal level.
I pushed through the bad and continued to supply people with interests like mine with incredible creations. We all must try to move on.
Another year passed and things where going great. I moved countries from Australia to the USA, got married and juggled that big life change plus the business.
Since things where stable I was looking at other ventures (knowing perhaps someone could handle the company better). Some of you might of seen I set out to sell the company, its designs and brand. I had some major interest and were in negotiation talks with interested parties.
Lucky for them, but unlucky for me. Disaster struck!
My suppliers I had been working with over many many years suddenly went quite on me. We had around 30 orders paid for in the que (standard for us). I had already long paid them for this batch of orders months prior as it takes time.
I stopped discussions with parties regarding selling the business until this issue was sorted. We also had to stop taking on new orders.
As a couple of months went on and still nothing. I tried to have the five figured amount paid to my suppliers refunded back to me (via PayPal) Unfortunately it was beyond the time limit window and there was nothing more PayPal could do.
I looked into other legal action but it being an overseas supplier. There wasn't much I could do.
I contacted those whom had outstanding orders with us regarding the situation. Some where after refunds, some where happy to wait it out.
I've been selling personal belongings and any and all spare funds I get have been sunk into correcting this problem.
I managed to get in contact with one of my team direct and found out that my supplier had split.
The main operator of the company left, leaving the small team without jobs and emptying the bank account. Whilst my contact assured me that investigation and such was happening on their end, my main focus was recovering from the situation and seeing if we
can start getting production rolling again.
We did indeed get back in touch with my main builder for my designs and he was happy to start working on my outstanding orders. Success!
Though, it being only one builder we simply can't meet the demand anymore.
This has proved far slower than expected and 10+ months on from the issue, we've only produced a small number of suits and have still not been able to take on new orders.
So, What does this mean for the future of Squeak Latex?
At this stage, I am putting the company into break mode. The company isn't closing its doors! However, until I can build up a bigger team to meet demand. We will be entering a different business structure.
We will no longer be accepting custom orders or orders in general. Once the few last outstanding orders are produced or refunded we will be simply building various suits and putting them up for sale or auction.
So the odd blueberry, otter or general puffy Squeak Latex item will come up for sale every month or so. The community will still have its chance to wear one of our designs!
I just have to go this direction because the stress and uncertainty of not being able to meet demands or deadlines of customers. This way, we can set our own deadlines.
Do I regret starting Squeak Latex?
Not at all!
Knowing what I've given people and to the community makes it all worth while. Not only in the latex/inflation/furry community, but also in the entertainment industry. I've created suits for television programs all over the world, music videos, commercials and advertising.
With some very big named brands and companies involved! It is incredibly humbling.
However, this business and job has cost me friends, reputation and created enemies in the community that I don't think i'll ever be able to recover from.
The stress and depression has been to much at times and I know things will never be the same for me as they once where prior to Squeak.
Finally, i'd like to say those who supported us and all the kind words over the years. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You're the reason I kept going all these years.
To those I've disappointed or those few currently waiting for their items. I'm sorry, know that I didn't intend for any of this to happen and the guilt in my stomach keeps me awake at night. I truly am doing all I can to right the wrong. It was beyond my control but, it is being fixed.
Everyone who has ever ordered from us has received what they paid for. No one has ever been scammed or taken advantage of.
There are times where I was not a good business operator and let depression and stress get the best of me by walking away and ignoring emails or simply handling situations incorrectly, I accept this was not the right thing to do.
Those reading this, don't listen to rumors or word of mouth. This is how it is.
There were times I didn't operate as smoothly as I would of liked and what you see above is the reason why you haven't seen a huge turn out from us like in years prior.
I love this interest, it's weird and I adore it. I'm proud of who I am.
I'm proud to have supplied and created items for those who share it.
I look forward to continuing to do so in the future. But for now, it is time to take a step back and focus on what is important.
Thank you all again so much!

What would people like to see? I should be ok to bring some of the stuff out in public (puffy critters).
But, i'm considering having a room party/show and tell. Would anyone be interested?
Let me know your thoughts.

Coco Was Removed
Posted 13 years agoWithout warning of course.
This is FA. Why ask or request for an image to be changed. We'll just delete it, removing any trace of comments, favs etc etc.
What pisses me off.
This image was PRE APPROVED!!!!
By another mod/admin months and months and months ago.
Was marked appropriately as mature because it's an inflatable latex costume.
But because there is the slightest hint of a moulded latex nipple.
The images was removed by another admin.
Consistency guys!
I've done nothing but comply with the AUP. Photoshopping any and all images, pre approving images and running them by an admit first before uploading them.
If they said, hey, listen. Fake nipple is not ok. I would of simply changed/removed it from the file and re-uploaded it over the old file. Keeping all the comments etc.
But nope. It's gone, just like that.
Look, I love FA. I really do. I adore the job these guys do and the service they offer.
But how the FUCK can someone not rage about this BS!! It's hard not to loose your cool. I work hard, I design and bring these costumes and outfits to life and FA who is meant to support a creators work, pisses all over it.
So thank you random FA Mod, that fake half a moulded latex nipple is now gone and the children can sleep again safely knowing nothing else on FA could ever harm there eyes.
*sigh*
Look, I know he was just doing his job. I don't hate the guy and respect him.
But there needs to be some sort of limbo system implemented. Sort of a taken down from the public eye by still there for changes to be made to comply with the AUP.
THAT would be the smart and right thing to do.

He wanted the suit in the end.
Posted 13 years agoJust letting everyone know
frisky-lime purchased the suit in the end.
He said he is still going to make some changes to it so he is 100% happy with it. But he'll do that on his end.
But, you'll see him around at conventions soon enough.
So YAY!!
I do understand where Frisky was coming from when the final product was made. It is OK to be picky with your own creation.
We have some new suits coming up including a couple of Dragons!
Remember I have some stuff for sale which can be picked up at AC including a huge inflatable suit which works wonders under a fursuit.

But there where a couple of items left over and I thought i'd ask here if anyone would be interested.
I have the following ready to ship
Inflatable latex diaper (new) $230
Inflatable purple raccoon hoods (new) $190 each
black inflatable pup hood (new) $160 SOLD
XL black catsuit with shoulder zips (new) $280
XL black catsuit back zip (new) $270
HUGE inflatable blue suit (second hand) $750
This is one of the suits I use under Oz Kangaroo and has only been used 4 times at last years MFF
Would go great under any baggy fursuit for that extra puffy look.
Images of all these things can be seen on www.squeaklatex.com shipping is extra, but i'm happy to bring them to AC if you're going to be there.
I can't wait to go! Going to be a heap of fun!
Note me if you have any questions.

Worried about TOS and site rules....
Posted 13 years agoDue to recent news of fursuits being banned for being "suggestive" I'm really very worried about what I can and can't post here.
I do everything in my power to make the images as clean as possible. Lets face it, latex is tight!
But, I'll air brush out any bumps or buldges to make them clean and now i'm worried about even posing in a fashion that maybe considered "to adult".
I quoted sometime ago on one of my images.
"Some peoples fursonas are not furry or scaly. Some peoples fursonas are made of rubber. I don't see why those furs should be prosecuted for being made out of something different."
Whilst latex may not be everyone's cup of tea, it is what it is. No different to those into herms and scat.
To each there own.
You can't accept one fetish and look down on another. (Granted there are a few obvious exceptions to that rule)
Now, my worry comes from not only weird and wonderful latex costumes and poses.
But I had planned on taking photos of an inflatable rubber diaper we made for a client. (Like the ones posted here http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7072501/, but white with pink frills)
Because I was worried about that images being just the costume piece itself over a zentai. I thought i'd make the new image more furry by wearing a fursuit under the inflatable pants.
(not my thing, but I thought it would be more relevant to the site and those into it would get a kick out of it.)
The TOS clearly states the following.
Clothing - All models featured in photography must be appropriately dressed, wearing both top and bottom garments. Underwear, bras or diapers are not considered acceptable articles of clothing. Clothing designed for explicit or implicit sexual themes are prohibited. Costumes, props, masks, jewellery and other worn items are permitted provided they meet the site's General rating (are work safe, rated for all users/ages).
So, does that mean the image wouldn't be ok because it isn't considered appropriately dressed?
I just wanted to make the piece seem more furry and relevant to the site, but being less furry and over generic purple body is actually more acceptable?
I really am trying to follow all the rules, I do love this site and I don't want to step on anyone's toes. I'd hate to get suspended or an image remove for not being ok.
So do I or Do i not upload fursuits using some of Squeak Latex's gear?

IML Chicago, Orders and Feed Back
Posted 13 years agoHey Everyone,
Well it's been a very busy past few months and it's been hard to catch up on orders. I thought i'd be much further along.
But, some of the designs have proven to be a little difficult to get perfect. But getting there. I have some amazing custom "fursuits" coming up. Some characters you probably already know!
Also have some generic designs coming up including a fat inflatable dragon.
Though, I was wondering, what other generic designs would you love to see made?
Pig? Kangaroo? Horse? Worm? Otter?
Inflated or Skin Tight?
Would love to hear thoughts and feed back from people.
Also, I will be headed to Chicago next month to attend IML. Will anyone be going? Would love some help at the table, put you in some gear, stand around and look good.
Think I should make an Inflatable Teddy Bear suit for everyone to cuddle?
All in all, i'd love to hear back from everyone. What do you want to see?

VIDEOS - Few up on our channel
Posted 14 years agoHey Everyone!
First of all, thank you for all the new watches and comments.
We many exciting new projects in the works and will be completed over the next 2 months. Some custom critters, so new generic ready to purchase and updating some older designs.
So, 3 new videos up online for you all.
That fat inflatable cow is now up - http://youtu.be/9C0LpT6yR90
Here you can see video of her blowing up into her full figure shape.
New HUGE inflatable suit - http://youtu.be/V5XImmekERE
Not furry, but would work very well under a baggy fursuit. New shape and design, will be using this for our Blueberry suit pattern too from now on.
Suit for Window Mobile - http://youtu.be/mc6TYT84ufA
I was delighted to be asked by the advertising company behind his commercial to create an inflating suit for the ad.
I know plenty of people wish they could be in that situation. ;)
Thank you all again, love your notes, your ideas and feed back.
Have a competition coming up too to win a custom full suit. So be on the look out!
