Page must have gotten too much attention, got a note from an FA admin that my photo's are not something they allow where I have them. Fear not I'll just be moving them all to scraps in the next day or so, but they'll stick around if you still want to come give them a look. So its been a bit since I wrote one of these, I'll take a moment or two and get a few things listed and posted. Studio time is in the near future. About 3 weeks away from the posting of this journal. Going to be trying a new place this time, the place we usually went to was booked solid till Oct and we are ready to record now so we'll see how the new place works out. Pretty excited with the new singer and the new sound. If you follow the page you've probably noticed a lot of car pictures recently. I don't work in a performance shop but my boss does race so we get a lot of crazy modified cars. Anything from old muscle to new performance and its been a nice change of place from the usual shops that I've been working at. Most of them only care about money or they in fact love money and the owner of this place loves cars. With that said the attitude of the shop is incredibly different no more rush rush rush, do a shitty job to get the next customer in and hope that all the parts you are swapping on and off work and don't fail. The place I'm at now its almost artistic with how we repair cars. Take your time, go the extra step and make the job absolutely perfect, spotless, and just quality. I wish I had been working there from the start.

New singer we had found had a great voice, but after a few weeks it became very obvious that he couldn't write his way out of a wet paper bag. Soooooo back to the drawing board on that front. Sadly as we restarted looking for a singer who would fit our second guitarist lost his passion for music and quit, proceeding to sell off his gear. That kinda sucked and the band was in flux for all of a few days, when we had a guitarist pretty much fall right into our lap. From a band we had played shows with, this new guitarist is actually more talented than our current guitarist. Redoubling efforts to find a singer now we have the best lineup the band has ever had since long before I joined it some 3 years ago. Stay tuned as I'll post a recording from the garage as soon as things start to mesh, and hopefully we get a decent singer to sign on before the end of winter.

So after a year or so of running with our former lead vocalist we fired her. There was a slew of issues as to why this happened, and that's a big reason as to why there hasn't been any new music posted to this page in a while. We found a new vocalist and are currently working on getting him up to speed with the band. He's extremely enthusiastic about the band which is a good thing and we should be taking him down to the studio here sometime in the near future to get his vocals tracked over existing music as well as recording some of the newer stuff that the band has been working on while we were looking for a new vocalist. If you like some of the music that's been posted to this page stay tuned because there will be some new stuff posted here in the next few months.

For anyone who looks at this page anymore that I don't talk to on a regular basis. Will be talking with Capitol Records this week, might have to fly out to LA and hire a lawyer on very short notice. In case you don't know who Capitol Records has on their label I can refresh your memory. The Beastie Boys, Snoop Dog, Cypress Hill, Good Charlotte, Coldplay, well you get the idea. They aren't a small record label. Crossing my fingers.
