To those of you waiting for the next chapter, sorry for the wait. The past month and a half has been a difficult one which has affected my writing for the next chapter as well as productivity. I'm working at it bit by bit, but trying not to overwork for the sake of my own sanity. The good new is, things are getting better each day so I'm looking through the chapter with a better state of mind and making improvements. I can't say when to expect the next chapter, but I have or will post the cover art for now as that is done.

I won't be able to post Chapter 5 on the release date previously stated. This chapter has been a challenge to write and I wanted to make extra sure that everything fell into place. At the same time this is one of my personal best chapters I've written. I'm at the stage of drawing them out and I just finished the first 6 pages and they are bangers. You'll see when I release them!

Just so I don't hype it up too much, I just want to make it clear, I said personal best. This could be the worst chapter in the series, but I like it a lot.

I can't say exactly when the next release date will be, my schedule is all wacky right now, but a good guestimation for the first pages to be released would probably be February 18th. If not then, then a week from that date. May seem long, and I hate that I had to delay it, but it'll be worth it in due time.

First off I'd like to address my previous post about a delay. I learned while looking at my calendar that I've been ahead a day this entire week so there was no delay after all!

It's about time! Four months ago I had a plan on how I should organize my work so that I could get more chapters out in a reasonable time. I knew it would be time consuming, but then came trying to balance out workload, time, and rest. That's something that I didn't count on until I stopped feeling like a super cat that could take on any task at hand. We aren't all as sturdy as we think, but you roll with the punches and get things done for the sake of integrity and self-trust as well as for the sake of your personal achievement.

Anyway, I think its a great time to step away for a month to recuperate. This is the holiday season after all, so when isn't a better time to relax and enjoy the festivities?! And when I return to Jackadaisie you bet I'll be better than ever!

Expect Jackadaisie to return in Chapter 5 on February 5th, 2025! A new face will be revealed and things may start getting serious again. Tension is building within the Plumchii's territory; loyalists and enforcers may find that not everyone agrees with their way of life. What effect will this have on Jackie and Pom's chances of paying for their freedom?

Its almost here!

I'll be doing something a bit different this time, I'll be posting it 6 pages at a time. There will be 24 pages in total so that's 4 separate postings to look out for. Furthermore, it will hopefully catch more eyes as it gets posted which is always a plus!

Side note: This chapter almost took a year to finish, but the good news is that I had a few months to spare compared to length between the prologue and chapter 1. In addition, Chapter 2 is 5 pages longer and better quality than Chapter 1 so I think it's worth the wait! I'll continue to improve on speed as always, and things in my personal life should be more stable soon (things are going very well don't worry!) so I'll be able to focus a lot more.

Hello FA!

Yes, I'm still here and I've been working behind the scenes. I have been doing everything besides taking cat-naps I promise! Being a world renowned cat-ssassin isn't an easy job, and so I'm not always able to pump out work after work, but I do keep busy when I can. I have been working on a comic that will be making its debut next month! For the time being I'll be posting more art of my OC Jackadaisie!

I put a lot of passion into my work, but none so much as my comic, "Jackadaisie". I must admit, I'm a selfish artist; I create things for my own enjoyment. It provides me the luxury of not needing to appeal to a large crowd of people to measure my self-worth. With that said, the comic is going to be a focus point for me moving forward. I hope to capture the interests of people who will enjoy reading as much as I do writing and drawing it. If it gets no fans, that's fine, its a form of expression for me and its fun. If its bad and people ridicule it then hey, I can entertain some people out there in a different way. We'll see what happens going forward, and make the meowst of it! :D

I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas!

It has been a while I know, but if you read my past journal you will know why. I'm happy to announce that I have received a new tablet and that production will start back up immediately. But wait! Production never ended. I have been working on some pieces while I waited! And I'll get to test the tablet on those pieces so expect those soon.

I must say, it is a relief to get back to drawing. Of course, I did draw during the time I was waiting, but there is something refreshing about digital drawing compared to traditional. I suppose it is the amount of tools and possibilities that come with the process. Also the screen is more pleasing to my eyeballs vs a lamp over paper.

That is all I have for now, expect more work to come!

I unfortunately have to open with some bad news. My tablet kind of works, but not really. I can go about 3 minutes tops just fine but then it gets stuck and I have to do multiple techniques to get it working again only for it to fail either 1 second - 3 minutes later. It's highly frustrating, and it has been only getting worse. So I may just go ahead and do a bit of traditional pencil and paper until I get a new one. I won't be able to get a new one until Christmas cause money is tight.

On the bright side I'll still be uploading traditional art, but it may not be Dressed to Code. I feel weird about uploading it in that style. However, I can still draw it up and then trace over it when I have access to a working tablet. Also I had an animation project in the works. I was in the final stages of getting that done until all of this mess, but I'm considering uploading the rough as a preview. It looks really good if I do say so myself. I haven't done much animation work in my life so I was impressed.

Ugh, seems I can never win some times, but that's why I make the most (or meowst ^^) of any situation!

Hey! Just another update on my progress.

My upcoming comic is underway, but sadly a bit slower in progress than I had anticipated... No matter! I'm making sure it is in tip top quality for viewers like you! Not only that, but I am going through some schooling so among my homework I'm provided and other projects that could potentially earn me a comfy paycheck, I am working hard to provide.

Have patience friends, there will be much more exciting adventures soon enough. Also I plan on releasing the last pages of Dress to Code soon, I hate leaving things unfinished.

Hey peeps, look, I'm not dead! My heart is beating, I'm breathing, and my brain is active.

Speaking of which my brain has been more active than usual. It seems I have figured out how to use that extra 10% of the brain in fact! I have been creating and designing two new original characters, and I just got done with their first comic cover!

What will the comic be about? I'm sure you're wondering. It is a comedy series that follows two bunny (one is actually a hare) mercenaries that try to make their ends meet meanwhile taking on the occasional mission setup by the local city's freedom fighters. How are these mercenaries so poor? Looks like somebunny never learned how to do their own launder-y. What kind of antics will the bombshell bunny(but she's a hare) Jackadaisie and her supportive partner Pom have to get into just to pay off the rent? Have they tried getting a real honest and true job? Perhaps they could try getting popular online, I heard that some sites pay to see cute bunny anthros! Or maybe they'll need to get creative through many different means to survive in their good ol' town of Broke. If all else fails I'm sure Jackie will find herself a good and inseparable ashmate to love her forever and for always unto death.

Anything can happen in this series and I have a good feeling about this one! I hope other people will enjoy it just as much as I have been creating it!

Aside from that, I do want to finish the last three or so pages for Dressed to Code. I know I've neglected it for a bit, but clearly I had other works I wanted to throw out in the meantime.

Can't think of any more at the moment, but this is the unholy trinity for me, so don't ask ;).
A few special mentions as well.
- Vore. It's not that I find it vile, it's mostly that I'm currently unwilling to learn how to draw it properly. Also there are different types of vore that I'll need to deny. More on that some other time.
- Diapers aren't a no-go per se as long as they are clean. So clean diaper people, you are safe.
If there is anything that you want to ask me about my limitations then please do. There is quite the variety of fetishes and tastes out there so I won't know each and every one. Also I won't judge, if it's not my thing then it's not my thing.

Extra Relevant/Irrelevant Section

In the future I want to add Animations and 3D Models to the list. Seeing as I don't have anything posted related to those categories, they'll be omitted from the list. BUT, this also means that you can expect it as future content! Yes, I'm currently working on a really nice 3D model that was first started for fun. It has shown so much promise that I'd like to use it as an advertisement later on when it's completed. As for animation, I've been wanting to improve on that so there will be more of that soon.

The current piece I'm working on... Not sure if I want to post or not. It's not terrible per se, but it just seems awkward. Purrhaps I'll shelve it and work on something I'm a little more confident in. If I do then I'll just post the commissions list. In fact I could just start on some commissions that may come in afterward. I'll think on this.

Yes, yes, uploads have been slow, but with good reason! Purrsonally I've been under intense training so I can better my living conditions and skills for my other job. A cats gotta eat right??

Speaking of, I'll be considering commission prices soon, but not post until my other plans are finished.

It has been a few days more than a month since I began, and I like the pace of things. I feel a lot better about uploading my art, and I can get them out within a week!

The profile is still kitty sized, but I know with patience, and effort, there will be more eyes watching this cat. And let me tell you, they better be watching, cause this cat can work wonders within a blink of an eye! NyaHaHa!

Content, Present and Future

Pizza Cats, Pizza Cats, Pizza Cats, isn't that a surprise?! Okay, okay, so I might draw them sometimes... well... fine, it's obvious I draw them meowst often. They're fun! I've drawn them lewdly a lot in the past and here I am doing it again. Before you ask, no you can't see those old pics, those are... private. But anyways, yes there will be more Samurai Pizza Cats (Francine and Polly mainly <3). Mr.  pizzacat can't be the only one making this stuff, NyaHaHa!

Don't worry, there will absolutely be more besides Pizza Cats. My next piece is of a cat person though, or a person cat? Hmm. (Please note, this info was posted at 12/30/2020 and will likely be out of date within the week. StabbyCat is not responsible for any sudden shock this change may cause.)

I am practicing with Unity. There will be a game in the works, but I'm not exactly sure how FA handles that. If I can't get it running on here, I'll definitely post it on Newgrounds. I would love to get into game development in the future, and what a time to start!

I've got a pretty good grasp on 3D modeling and I will show some work in the future. It won't be anytime soon, but it will happen!

Wow! I'm actually surprised that my work has gotten some attention, thank you!

So I'm rolling out some plans for the future. Very basic plans to start.
- I'll be focusing on keeping a consistent uploading schedule. I want people to get to know my art and what better way than to continue working and producing for all to see!
- A profile pic. You get to see me, THE StabbyCat, no one has ever seen me (those that have aren't with us now) until now!
- Get over the upload anxiety.

That's it! Sounds simple right? Well, heh, try telling me that, I've got a busy schedule, but I'm definitely carving out time to draw.

By the way, I want to start doing commissions as soon as possible, so look out for that. I get commissions from my group of friends, and they enjoy my work. I really want to expand that and bring the same enjoyment to you guys!
