Posted 11 years agoIt's past time to stop procrastinating.
Practice. Practice. Practice.
Trial and error are necessary but the point is try and try and try another time and then try again because why the hell not.
Wanting to try out some new styles. Also really want to draw more people.
It's weird.. I feel like I need to find my style again. It's been so long since I've drawn consistently and I keep trying to go back to how I was doing things before... but I'm not only a very different person but I've realized that even what I draw and how I draw are very different.
This is all strange.
But, anyway, I uploaded a lot of older pictures today in my scraps and gallery.. so I'm sorry if it causes any confusion whatsoever as I try to find and better myself artistically.

Apple Butta
Posted 15 years agoGet to make Apple Butter this weekend with part of my family :)
Never been too close with my family, we never get together.
But I get to see my brother and sister this weekend :D I'm delighted! Like the rest of my family, we never see each other. I've never been that close to them.. they've always lived with each other and I grew up in another home with our Grandmother. Pfft and of course the petty squabbles of adults found its way to further ensure that we never really saw each other. Well, except for some Christmases and Birthdays.. but even then that has never concrete either.
But whatever. The point is that it's happening this weekend. My little sister is in Highschool and soo excited for me to meet her boyfriend. I would be lying if I said it wasn't adorable :) My brother's a year younger than me, just started college as well, and has a girlfriend that he probably could care less if I met or not. He seems pretty happy so who am I to come between that if I wanted to? lol
Hunter's gonna be off at a Duke basketball game with his sister so I'm bringing my best friend, Macee, along. We're gonna hang about the farm, nom appley goodness, hopefull get some Apple Butter for ourselves, then whisk off to a Halloween/Birthday party for the rest of the night.
Trying to come up with a Halloween costume, at least for this week! It'll come to me, I'm sure, but hopefully not last minute! D:

Let myself get too far in math. First I had an excuse- No book. Semi valid.
Now I have a book. No excuse.
Just laziness and procrastorbation at it's finest.. or rather worst.
Stayed up later than I wanted.
BUT OK
If you call someone at 2AM and say you're coming over in a few to see if you left something
THEN DON'T ANSWER when called 30 min later to even see if you're still coming
F*ck you dude, I have school.
Oh, and he never showed up, so I wasn't the total a-hole in this case by turning out the lights and FINALLY going to bed.
Anyway. That and the fact that there's a math test in my Math class that I'm completely unprepared for have totally just started my day off wrong.
I guess I'm dropping math until next semester, but at least I have a book now.. Waiting on scholarship money to get books was a dumb idea. I mean, a good idea, but I still don't have anything yet, they're still 'getting to it' so they can send it in.

I applied for a job at a couple different places yesterday also, hopefully I can get things straightened out ;-;

Posted 15 years agoSo I've started college after taking a year off after 13 long years of grade school shoved down my throat.
School three days a week, not too shabby.
Now to figure out where to go from here! :)

I doodle a lot, and I'm my own worse critic, so I prolly won't put too much on here, just because I am so self-critical.
But, yea, if you took the time to stop by, Hey, hullo, how are yah? Thanks for cruisin by, enjoy your stay, and go on and bustle off safely when you're done.
Updates later, maybe more often since I got my tablet today.
