Emergency - NEED HELP!

So as some of you know I live with and take care of my disabled/blind/handicap father.
I've been trying to get him into an apartment so that he could be in a better environment.
He's saved some money on the side to put down the deposit that we were told was $200
I got called this morning saying they want the deposit ASAP to keep the apartment we have picked out on hold...
And they're saying it's not $200 it's actually $400...
SO..
The landlady is trying to get the company that owns the place to work with us, but it' doubtful. They're being real dickfaces right now.
So I need help..
I have some money in my PayPal, but if I took out everything I had to help with the deposit then I'd have almost nothing left.
So I am OPEN FOR ALL COMMISSIONS!

So for those that don't know, I've been off work for like 2 1/2 weeks ish with the flu that turned into an eye infection.
I have not been making ANY money during this time for my job.
I have a car payment coming up plus a RENEWAL insurance payment meaning it's almost an extra $40 dollar extra fee then normal.
Plus I need grocery money.
So I'm kind of desperate right now guys.

Before commissioning me please note my work schedule.
Mon-Friday: 2PM-8PM Varies depending on job schedule.
Sat-Sun - Time Off. SOME art might get worked, but these are my personal days to spend with my loved ones doing what -I- want to do.
I am NOT always on my work computer if I am online or on Social Media. So these hours vary depending on IRL.
I require a minimum of 3 weeks to complete commissions. It usually doesn't take me this long, but to be safe.
If a specific deadline is needed, please tell me before hand.
If you pester me about commissions it will cause me to take longer. I am not always able to work when I'm online.
✨✨ Will & Won't Draw ✨✨
I have FEW limits to what I will and won't draw!
AS OF 5/2019 ANY commissions of a NSFW type will be on a case-by-case basis. They will require separate forms of payment outside of PayPal, and will be done strictly on a my choice basis.
For all other commission types:
I WILL DRAW:
Tasteful Nudes - Character without clothing, but with their bits/privates showing.
Nudes w/o bits - Character without clothing, and bits not drawn in.
ANY Gender
ANY Species
MOST Body Types (For hyper characters, I can only do so much.)
BDSM - Non sex related. I don't mind drawing a kink or things like that.
I WON'T DRAW:
Scat
Watersports
Underage/Cub 18+
Rape/Non-Con
What I WILL/WON'T DO IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WHEN I SEE FIT!

I prefer you to have a proper reference.
Text based references will require an extra fee.
I DO accept Second Life references!
-I am NOT responsible for characters being wrong due to improper references.
-I will not edit an image if you give me the wrong reference, that's on you.
-I AM willing to make small edits if you forget a minor detail.

Paypal only /USD Currency only.
Will accept Amazon Gift Cards in some cases.
Invoice must be paid accordingly before work will begin.
Refunds will not be offered for work that has begun or finished.
If the commission cannot be finished, only then may a refund be requested.

I reserve all rights to the artwork I have created, and the right to re-post the images on my accounts.
I may use artwork in promotional sketchbooks and prints unless requested otherwise.
Personal display of commissioned work is allowed for client use only.
Commissioned work may not be used as commercial work without my permission.
Re-posting of my gallery is forbidden.
These terms are subject to change at my digression at any time.
By commissioning me you are pledging that you have READ and AGREED to the terms.
I have a right to cancel the art at anytime, without refund, if I feel that you have violated my TOS.
