This leads to hysteria when I sit down at the graphics, make several hundred sketches and delete everything at the line stage.
I'm a jerk and completely ruined all my drawing skills, maybe I never had them, and now it's just a realization.
I do not know what to do, maybe I need psychological help.
It's not fatigue or overload, I haven't done anything for 3 weeks, but I literally don't have the strength, I wake up already tired
I am sick of this whole situation, there is practically no incentive to live
