Though I think ill stream on picarto for the next few days. Here is a neat thing, I'm trying to get good at drawing with my left hand! It has all the skill, its just not coordinated. However, its an opportunity to get some cheap commissions. I'll raise the price of it over time, ill probably get just as coordinated with it as my right in a couple months.

Pay what you want! uh, $4 dollar minimum. I draw your idea for up to 30 min, or until I get bored of it.
Right-handed commissions are
$25 for 30 min or $50 for an hour.

3. Finally set-up a website
ill use a merchant website service so I can take code that is already made and secure and pretty it up
As much as I like posters, I think its a much harder sell, since people arent likely to put up adult content on their wall. So I'll switch to spiral notebooks. I found decent quality third party inks. So it reduces the cost of art from super premium poster level, to magazine page level.
So finally I'd let artists sell portfolios, artbooks, sketchbooks. Magazine paper for admiring art, but people can pay more to get sketchbook paper so they can use it as a coloring book.

pm to order, paypal. If I cant do it in the stream, i can draw it offline, so just order any time. offline commissions may have a 3 day turn around time

Going on a small trip to visit some family.
I'm totally up for making some hand-drawn sfw art. It would be on letter size paper.

If you want it shipped, its $10 in the USA and $25 internationally. While the post office is generally really good at making deliveries, I cannot guarantee that it will make it and can't take responsibility for it.
Shipping time might be a week and a half in the USA and 3 weeks internationally.
Its best if its sfw so I can actually work on it, since I wont have privacy. If you absolutely want nudity, give me an extra couple days, just in case I gotta work on it after the trip.

General | Posted 6 years agoAre guys fine with paying with any system other than paypal? Just in case? What do you recommend as a backup? You know how paypal sometimes panics and freezes seller accounts, so its better to be prepared.

General | Posted 6 years agoOkay, it looks like in order to open a store with the content I want, I need to go as far as to make an official business, and find and sign up for a high-risk credit card processor. Shopify is fine with adult content, BUT their rules state their built-in payment processor won't touch adult art (which may or may not include nudity, rules are not specific). The paperwork should be doable, but it will cost money and take awhile.
In the mean-time ill just use redbubble to sell art. I will only get like 50% of the sales price (before fees), but at least it'll help me save up until I get my own store or until i research another good option.
Looking into Amazon for selling products too, they appear to be fine with artistic nudity and adult content.

I'll just put human and anthropomorphic characters on the same pin-up site. It can be SFW, but I expect mostly softcore content, and some hardcore. It has a long history of being a norm, like greek gods transforming to make out with mortals, egyptian gods always having an animal head, Full anthro cereal mascots asking for dick picks on twitter. It shouldn't be an issue, but if the payment processor gets nervous, I can just take my earnings and support a payment processor with more self-confidence.

General | Posted 6 years agoSort of a weird thing. i realize that every store I've seen with adult art has furry or human, but not both together. Do you suppose its a payment processor thing where they worry that anthros making out with humans might be bestiality? OR do you suppose its just website owners thinking that people who like furries arent interested in humans, and vice versa?
If its the latter thing, ill probably just make a print site with both types of content. If its the former thing, then i probably would have to split it into two sites, one selling human art and the other furry.
Anyways i may be imagining stuff so if you've seen adult websites that have both content, let me know. Show me a link or two.
