An update on me
Posted 10 years agoIt's been a long time FA, I've missed you all a lot. Not sure how many are really still on here but it's cool. I got really busy with some disastrous changes in life, but everything is okay now.
But really, where to even start.
Last everyone heard from me I was really close with a dear friend who brought me into the furry scene, saved my life and more. Sadly we aren't friends anymore. If we ever will be again remains to be seen, but when people are stubborn what can ya do? Perhaps one day we'll hash it out, but it's unlikely.
I was out of a horrible relationship, and free, until I met Fen, I screwed that up royally, it wasn't meant to be. But I found someone New that needed me badly. I can't say that I found him, or that he found me, but rather we were just kind of drunkenly thrown together on a dance floor one night at a wedding, and it took off.
In 2013 I lost everything I owned to the pitiful husk of a human being that is my mother, she stole everything I owned, murdered my pet ball python Skrills, gave away my two ferrets Odin and Loki, and dumped my puppy cloudy off in the rain(who I was able to gain back). She changed the locks to my grandmother's house where I was living at the time, and had to start over again with only the clothes I had on my back and thankfully my wallet.
I went to live with my Father who had offered generously to help me back on my feet, only to be thrown out two months later as soon as he found a convenient excuse, because I still wasn't good enough to be a part of his family.
From there my hero and partner these days helped me through and refused to abandon me. He took us in and dusted us off and really helped me to have some self worth, and get control of my life.
I have a home now, that can't be pulled out from under me.
I'm still rebuilding, and sometimes I'm still a bit of a mess and though I have almost no real family left anymore, I'm getting by with my new one, a bunch of hand picked people that stuck with me.
I was really closed off for quite awhile. But these days I'm doing a lot better, and want to start getting back into the community, and enjoying my hobbies again. So in the coming days, you'll be seeing more of me around here.
Just a precaution, I'm not quite the same person I used to be, I'm much more outgoing and a lot less squeamish. You have been warned.
Aside from that I plan on doing a few things to my fursona to honor everything I've been through the past couple years, to freshen her up a bit, as well as to make her less bland and show some personality, and introduce you all to my partners fursona, King, as well.
Stay tuned n_-

Artist in need!
Posted 10 years agoHello Everyone! It's been a long time sense I've made a journal, or even been on FA, I'm back and doing dandy!
This journal today I wanna talk about my friend
aeonlupus
He's got some car troubles right now, and is a decent artist and a pretty cool guy, and he needs our help. I've commissioned some work from him myself, and may commission more from him in the future, I've browsed through his art and like what I see. If you're reading this please check him out and consider him for your next commission! :3
