The amount of support you all have given has been insane. And I thank you, from the deepest parts of my soul.
Today I return to you all asking for help again- I’m opening spots for work as the Government here has stolen $3000 from my family this year, alone.
Being on Disability, I only make $2700/month. I need at least $3500 to live comfortably, with the cost of living, today.

Shit is still dicey here at home. My marriage is on really shaky ground, as is my mental health.
I’m reaching out for any possible assistance for the coming holidays. I know it’s rough for everyone this year, so while I expect nothing from anyone, I hope the best for you all this holiday season. 🙏💜💜💜

I'm Still Here/Are you waiting for work?- [UPDATE]

it's been a hot minute.
I'm safe and managing. I'm currently now the only working member of my family and hold the sole responsibility to finance our home.
Last year, other than COVID being a huge issue in our lives- We had who we thought was a good friend move in with us with her child. They needed a better environment to be in as the one they were in wasn't suitable. So we obliged.
Sadly, within about 6 months, the situation turned to utter SHIT after I ended up in a facility for my deteriorating mental health when this woman turned my own husband against me and he believed everything she said, because she was 'credible'.. She would agree with me during conversations we had together, then when my husband got involved, she would then blatantly say that I was wrong. She also put us and our 9 year old son through unrelenting guilt trips for the smallest things.
My husband finally came to the conclusion that she was no longer allowed in our house when he realized what she was doing.. She was trying to abuse both of us in order to get me out of the house and take him from me..
The day we kicked her out, I found a full box of unused condoms in our bathroom garbage.. And later found out that she sexually abused my husband behind closed doors.. She took more from us than just mental health and dignity, but she also took advantage of us financially.. it's really hurt us.
COVID has cost us friends and family; My condolences to those of you who have lost anyone in these times.. for any cause.. It's never easy. But those of us who have managed to eek by, must stick together to help each other stand..

Sorry I haven’t been around a whole lot; I’ve been trying to get my mental state back together after the summer had passed. Having my son at home made it difficult to get much work done, digitally.
I have things to post and WIPs/ finished work to hand out!
It’s going to take me some time to get through it all, so I appreciate your continued patience while I get my shit together. I DO have some things to get off my chest here-
I’m doing my best to be as professional as I can be with my lack of output. And for those of you who are recent clients, I want you all to know that I have been around for years and have NO intention in taking off with your hard earned money!! I will finish all of the work given to me EVENTUALLY. That is my promise. As long as you are patient and willing to work with me, I will work with you. I’m generally really outgoing and easy to deal with.
I do have a family with a young son. I have issues with depression, anxiety and ADHD.
I’m on meds for all these things but that doesn’t mean I’m cured. If you can manage these things, I welcome your patronage. C:

I have spots for experimental Chibi designs (to be posted soon) and 6 spots open for flats- digital or traditional. Traditional is easier for me since I can take it out with me to the park while my son is out for summer vacation. C: (hence my inactivity)
Experimental Chibis are $10 for sketches or $20 for inked. Traditional or digital.
Flats are $50.

Here's the situation- No bullshit. No sugar coating.
Today is the 25th of the month- I have tops TWO days to make at LEAST $700-
that's the bare minimum I need to pay my rent and bills, but it leaves me with nothing else for the month ahead.
Here's the worst part-
My husband and partner of 15 years has told me that if I cannot pick up my financial socks soon, he's going to kick me out until I figure out my shit... possibly for good..
A bit about me so you can understand this situation better; I have severe anxiety disorders, both social and generalized. Getting a job isn't that simple.. I'm in the middle of applying for government assistance [again, since I've been denied twice previously.] but while waiting for that, I am completely on my own to hold up my half of our expenses, which includes student loans, visa payments, phone bill and half of rent.
Here's the breakdown:
My half of rent: $500
Phone: $45
student loans: $125
Visa minimum: $50
I'm willing to work for what I get- If you want to commission me, toss me an offer and I'll see what I can do for you.
I'm really shitty about accepting donations, but at times like this I won't argue- Large amounts get under my skin simply because I don't want to feel like a mooch. LET ME WORK FOR IT.
Anything helps.. Please help me make this work..

It was discovered this morning that our bank accounts were drained after someone took my Husband's ID and convinced them they were him, told them he was switching to a new bank and went on his merry way a few thousand dollars richer.. Including our son's college savings.
We are working with them to solve the issue, but it's going to be a tough, long road.. For now, we're broke and have nothing to rely on but the cash in hand [not much] and credit cards..
I'm offering up some custom fish bags to help us remedy the situation temporarily. Please pass the word around if you are unable to help or simply don't wish to have a fishy.

So, these last few months [the last year, really] I've been struggling with the whole art thing.. Depression's really got an in for me. I've found that being away from my desk is the most helpful thing for me right now, so I'm going back to traditional work for a while. I've often thought about trying to get an actual job, but with how bad my anxiety is, it's an impossibility for me.. Artwork is all I have and sometimes it really drags me down, but I'm trying my best to work with what I have while trying to think of other avenues.
That being said, I will take commissions based on this, as I can take it anywhere I go with me.
Traditional Costs:
Chibis - $40
Badges - $60 [cost includes postage, Lamination & cord. Pickup at local cons or mailed.]
Inks - $50+ [detail depends]
Colored - $75+
Each piece is drawn on 11x8.5 card stock unless otherwise requested/stated by myself or the client.
Optional lamination is available for artworks other than badges upon request with an additional cost that also covers shipment to the client.
