I'm 28 today!

I had cake in bed, I got to sleep in. Got a couple of new games for my 3DS.

Even got sent for a pedicure by my husband. It's been an overall good day.

I don't really want gifts as much as I'd like to fill up my commissions list. Rent is very far behind this month as I've been trying to catch up with overdue work from the last couple of months.

So today I'm locked out onto my patio for about 6 hours due to my building being treated with insecticides.

I'm taking some artwork to both pay my rent and pass the time as well as testing my new sketchbook paper.


My birthday is in two days!! :D

I wouldn't mind some artwork, but I think birthday money would be nice too!! I've been working so hard on overdue work that I haven't had a chance to post for more, nor should I, morally speaking. But my bill collectors won't think the same.

To my current clients and future clients- Please realize that my family and my health come first. Without either one, art would be non-existent.

These last two weeks have been tough but the most recent last week has been the hardest, fighting off a sinus infection. I'm still on a few days of meds, but getting better. I'm trying my hardest the last couple of days to catch up on artwork from the last couple of months; the work IS COMING. I'm not ignoring anyone's notes or messages via skype; I have read messages and respond to the ones that require a response. I'm just trying to work through each day as it comes with the least amount of stress possible, as I am easily stressed occasionally, depending on how I already feel that day.

I'm very workable if you talk to me like a person rather than an employee.

I'm NOT.. A ROBOT. I am NOT. a slave. and I am NOT someone you can talk down to!!

I'm slowly making a physical list of people I will no longer accept work from. This is to better myself in terms of productivity in the long run. I will not say who these people are as it's not for actions of wrong-doing, but rather the level of stress these individuals put on me as a whole, being clients.

It sounds really petty, but I feel this is better for my already fragile emotional health and better for my current and future clients.

Sorry guys.. One of the ''perks'' of being Mommy. I get what my offspring gets.

Currently I'm battling a sinus/throat infection that's given me horrible headaches, dizziness and lengthy nose bleeds.

I'm currently on the first day (of 7) of antibiotics.

I've also just finished a 24hour heart test with a holter monitor. That was fun.

Be back asap I hope.
