✦ Terms of Service ✦

! ! Please review before commissioning ! !



✦ 1) Clients must be +18 to commission me.



✦ 2) Payments are taken via PayPal Invoices to maintain transactional receipts - your personal information will remain confidential.



✦ 3) 50% of the initial cost must be paid prior to work. Payments must be paid in full before receiving the completed product.



✦ 4) Payment plans are accepted for services over $100USD. Adoptables may be claimed and held for no more than 7 days.



✦ 5) Refunds are given on services over $100USD only if A) work is less than 50% completed or B) given deadlines have not been met.



✦ 6) Commissions from me are exclusive to personal use and can be published on any platform.



✦ 7) Any editing, branding, or marketing of my work is prohibited without permission or fair compensation. 

        * This includes feeding my work into AI for ANY purpose (training, enhancements, animation, etc.)



✦ 8) I reserve the right to use the work produced to advertise my services with respective credits to the character's owner.



✦ 9) I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason if I so choose.



✦ 10) Failure to follow established guidelines will result in: blacklists, bewares, or appropriate legal action.
