(I overestimated how many would be in a small pack...apparently they only gave me five??) In other news, I got a new job!! I'll be working at Toys R Us..and I am so pumped! I basically lived there when I was little.

I start officially on Tuesday, so I will keep you guys updated for what that means with artwork and things of that nature.

EDIT: SITUATION TO UPDATE. As stated in the A_B!

I have an important update concerning the shipping: My mother has told me we will be able to go on Wednesday. I asked her to write a note to prove that I had asked, and I asked her to sign it. I understand her being upset about the tail. I do not blame her nor do I try to justify the wait time. The issue is the miscommunication on whether or not she thought that this was a trade. Arguments saying "Just ship the box!" and "It took 17 months!" have already been answered. Please read the entirety of the article!! If you read all parts of the story, you would see hat I already discussed that the box will be shipped with both the owner of A_B and a moderator. The mods and I discussed the other aspects and came to a mature agreement.

I am no stranger to A_B because of my past mistakes. I take full responsibility in those posts and am working to make sure I correct each issue...however, the most recent one I do not agree with...and since A_B does not account for "the other side of the story" I feel like I need to make my voice heard. I emailed one of the moderators to explain the situation, but for those wondering about the article I will post it here for reference.

Below is the email I sent to the moderator. Now, this is not an attempt to get the article taken down, but rarely you get to hear what happened on the other end of the spectrum. In this case, I really do feel that the screenshots and information used were constructed in a way to be more harmful than informative.

If you have any sort of comments, please keep them respectful. If you disagree with me then by all means feel free to post about said disagreement, but I ask if you handle it in a mature and calm manner. I am not sure who to contact for this, but regarding the recent A_B article..I'd like to place a rebuttal because I believe the article was posted simply because it had my name on it.

I've made mistakes in the past that have landed me on the site, that I am not going to fight as it was my fault and I will not disagree when I rightfully belong there for those said mistakes, but this recent article I must say something for I believe the author heavily altered the situation to make it seem as if I was ripping them off.

First of all, let me explain that the only money that changed hands was for the Jail partial purchased, which included the Head, Tail, Feet, hand paws and leg sleeves. She successfully received the box within this post: http://i.imgur.com/xIsrPXo.png

The rest of the parts apparently owed, the tail and the handpaws, were not included in the box for they wouldn't fit. She agreed to this statement and said it was fine. I promised to deliver them at a later date: that's when the buddy box was formed because she also wanted to send me a package.

She wished for me to omit the hand paws, so I did so. So all that was left that was mentioned in the "deal" was the tail, which I was going to send along with the items.

Time passed and her box arrived. She mentioned something about chocolates, but I had no idea what was in the box other than that (I mentioned this because of her argument that I never showed her the contents of the box which is untrue. I showed her over webcam in a Skype call, and she remarked how they were items one could find in a Japanese toy store.)

Now the part I agree to was the time between her box and my box. Perhaps I should have made her pay for her gifts, ship them, then return the money to her at a later date? I don't know if it's just me but I find that defeats the purpose of a care package if the party has to pay for anything in any way.

About the post about me shipping the box with Kahuna, my intentions were to do such but the box to ship Kahuna ended up costing $63.13..and the box for the author, I was quoted for over $80 in shipping the author's alone. I did not have the funds to drop $140 in shipping in the same day, so I shipped Kahuna out and not the author's package. To make up for it, I added additional items to the box in order to apologize for the further wait.

Also, she mentioned that I used an excuse of flooding as a way to get out of sending the box. Well, here's proof that there really was flooding (http://www.chron.com/news/houston-w.....sy-5766569.php).

I am not sure if the author understood what the care packages were all about. What I included in the buyout for Jail but didn't charge additional for was A. Handpaws B. The tail. She didn't want A so in reality I owe her the tail. The Jail plush, the bandanna were all included in the buddy box as extras and were not a part of the original note. While I understand where the miscommunication came from, none of the extra items that were not involved with the original notes were charged; furthermore, additional shipping for the box was not accepted for I was under the impression that we were doing a care package for one another, so I didn't want her to pay for her gift. This was a case of friends sending gifts to one another; I purchased everything with my own money. I kept her updated throughout the whole process, and the incident of me "ignoring" her (http://i.imgur.com/T7cBgaL.png) was that I was out for those days. I did respond to said messages upon returning, but again she has omitted this information.

I am not trying to convince anyone that the author is a bad individual, however she should not have omitted key information. Again, I believe she did not understand the detail with the buddy box..and she did not ask me once if this was a part of the items included as thanks for buying out Jail. Assumptions are often a terrible mistake to partake in; if anyone I should know this all too well.

So, this beware all in all consists of a miscommunication in a buddy box situation. If this was the case, then I could very well submit bewares for friends that have not sent me care packages in return? I wasn't aware that A_B had a category for buddy boxes, and if this is the case then I apologize for this wall of text.

As of today I am raising my prices...a huge, huge part of the situation I'm in was due to the fact that I undercharged. In order to make up for the money I was losing vs the sort of work I put into my art, I took huge batches of art in order to make some sort of money.

I was and still am scared of raising my prices, but I don't feel comfortable underselling anymore...I hope you guys understand.

I am getting nowhere with my job at the moment. At 7.25 an hour sure that'd be decent..if they were giving me hours. This week I was supposed to work one day and was told not to come in due to sales failing. At this rate I can't go on like this, especially having to save up for real life expenses as well as refunds I owe.

Plus I want to do so much with my life, and having a suit right now just doesn't fit into my plans. I love him dearly, don't get me wrong...but I feel so behind compared to everyone I grew up with. They're out getting career jobs and I..I'm nowhere where I need to be. I am tired of being a disappointment to my family, so it's time to get myself together. I love suiting, just right now isn't the time for it.

Anyway, I hope you guys understand. Yes I am going to miss him, yes I love him and yes I wish I didn't have to do this...but right now, I'm stuck in a loop without a light to look forward to.

After considering the advice I received, I am going to compile a visual google doc. thing so I can have solid information on who is owed what! It seems like people still want to belittle me for a mistake I am properly trying to atone for. I’ve made sincere public apologies and have even proof of me trying to work with commissioners to either get them their product or their money back. I am not going to post names in order to protect their identity, but I can gladly provide screenshots of notes with those I have worked with (with usernames censored, of course)

I made a mistake. I realize it and am not trying to hide from it or anything. I haven’t blocked/harrassed/etc anyone, and the only reason I called out a certain individual on another social media website was because they were subtweeting about an issue that should’ve been taken to me instead going behind my back and starting things. They had every chance in the world to privately note me about any comments/questions or concerns..but they never did. My ‘calling them out’ was so I could offer my side of the story. I have since deleted all the related tweets/journals about the incident (I don’t believe in fueling negativity), but I have the note from said individual with them making several accusations of actions I am already working hard to atone for.

I cannot erase what I did, but I am doing my best to fix past mistakes. I haven’t taken on any other new work since my apology in order to fix my backlog. I am refunding those who’ve asked for it, though because my work hours and pay are crappy it’s taking longer than anticipated. All my checks and what not are going to fixing the situation and I am genuinely doing the best I can to make everyone happy.

But I guess that’s the thing, I am bending over backwards to please people yet they only see what I’ve done in the past. They only see the reviews I’ve gotten and call the shots from there; again, I am not trying to cover up anything. What I did was wrong, but I am trying my hardest to fix it.

And even though I JUST got him, considering selling my baby (Kahuna) to completely square away all remaining refunds. No strict word on this yet, but it has been on my mind. I rather be complete and 100% paid off with others to be honest. It would be pointless to run around in a suit that people only associated negativity with.

i've been getting a bunch of notes asking if so and so can make a macawtter character, to which i respond...

go ahead! kahuna was an artistic liberty suit and character created by / so i cannot dictate who gets to make one or not. if you want specifics, she picked that she wanted to make a grumpy otter...i just asked her which macaw she wanted to design him after and let her create to her heart's content.

all i ask is if you do make a macawtter specifically based off a catalina macaw (which was the inspiration for kahuna), is that you make it different from mine. which isn't hard to do!

also, i am going to hold a free raffle-thing soon. i am not going to say much about it now, just wanted to let you guys know i want to do something to 'give back' to those who have shown me incredible kindness.

I know I've been absent lately, and there really is no good excuse for it other than I've been suffering from a mental breakdown. I'm stuck, really. I am going to talk to the doctor about raising my medication, but until then I don't know what I am going to do.

I know I made an apology a couple months back, but I feel like I owe another one. This year has not been kind to me, and my communication aspect as reflected upon that. I can't even draw anymore without hating it and myself...it just everything feels wrong. I didn't mean to insult, hurt or anything to anyone. This feels really disjointed because I feel really disjointed.

I apologize for the delay in refunds, mostly because my bank account got hacked into and I've been scared to do anything with it ever since. I don't know how they got my information since I am usually on top of it..I don't know. I don't have one at the moment and I share one with my parents atm..which makes dealing with paypal and them tough.


I just feel..I don't know, like sleeping and never waking up really. I've been making empty promises because I don't want to admit I'm sinking. That's why I keep saying "Oh the next day!" because I don't want to disappoint anyone, because I am afraid of making them wait for me.

Well, here's the truth. Truth is, I work basically check to check. I'm only paid 7.25 an hour, every two weeks. I have to make all of that last every two weeks, so I am very strained because I still owe refunds. Sharing a bank account with my folks does not help because..usually they dip into my 'share.' They do pay me back in cash, however cash is kinda useless to me right now since everything I -need- to do is online.

Again, before anything is said, my suit was paid for by my folks. I did not touch any commissioned money in dealing with that. I got the question "Why didn't you get your parents to pay for refunds instead of your suit?" Because it's my business, not theirs.


Where am I going with this. I am not doing it to garner some sort of pity...I just want to sort of illuminate what's been going on in my broken mind. I feel like...I don't know, really. I need help. I really do.

First thing's first, I am going to get my new card + account this week! Everything is sorted out with the bank, though we still haven't caught whoever did it. I am just glad everything is over now because that was hell.
