So it's been a hot minute (again) and life has certainly thrown enough curve-balls my direction that I'm still reeling from everything going on. So what did my dumb ass do to cope?
Write stories.
If y'all want to see my dumbass, hackneyed attempts at creating an actual, coherent, and (hopefully) entertaining narrative: well, there's good news and bad news on that front!
Good:
- Boy do I have a few stories!
- Folks who've read them have told me they're at least readable (and other approving noises)!
- Been really enjoying myself writing these, so there's a good chance there's going to be more!
Bad:
- Space formatting seems to get thrown in the dumpster for all the hosting sites.
- Scared that I'm going to burn out before I find a satisfying conclusion on these stories.
- Reeeeeally inconsistent upload schedule is expected. (sorry, I've got a day job that comes first)
THAT ALL BEING SAID, if you'd like to see the work I've done so-far in a place I've already uploaded them all (to a degree): you can find 'em at https://www.wattpad.com/user/LHBSRPJFHFV . I'm going to take a stab at transferring them over here, but given that this personal art gallery is a good deal more adult-oriented than the stories themselves... well, that's the biggest reason for separation; less me being prudish and more actually wanting to escape a very, very tiny niche of the interbutts and get feedback!
So... by all means: enjoy! Leave some words of your own! Take a stab at where you think I'm going with any of this!

Backlog is gooooo

Yeah, I'm working on getting everything put up (if only just to have a repository should the unthinkable happen and I lose any of the original files/physical copies).
Also surprise! I'm... more or less just goin' full "Here's what I'm about, now ya know!" with a lot of my interests these days. Gettin' too long in the ears to really bother with trying to pretend like I'm anything but meself - however weird that bun happens to be.
Uhm... Yeah! That's all I've got to post, and I'll likely be deleting this journal later - just wanted to say "Hello" and "Please look forward to more of my self-indulgent bullshit on the horizon"!
