I had plans end of this year to try to revive my old web comic. When I came back from my vacation, discovered in my horror that i lost the ownership of my domain www.bostonandshaun.com. I have no clue what to do about this and this leaves a deep hole in my plans.

I need help. 😩

I have no clue this is a provider mishap or the domain was stolen from me.

Finally got the silly thing and started to try getting back to drawing things by starting with drawing circles. Boy, I feel rusty.

Happy new year mammals. It is that time of year of promising yourself things.

- One of things I want to do is get a new outro pic for my YouTube videos. I find a nice pose I like to use from a video I found that is now disappeared. Things to Look Forward
When Facerig announced their studio version, they also announced they are planning to improve the import in mid 2017. I'm still hoping to get my 3D avatar working with it. Driving me crazy now.

I'm going to Disney World again in 2017 for my birthday. Hopefully the weather is better that year.

Things Need to Do
I so need to draw again. I really need to draw again. Been so long. I also need to get my dragon survival game built. Thinking to be best to start with the dragon model for sizing things.

I still like kangaroos and Sunblaze's ears are roo ears after all. I need to do more roo stuff for next year. Design a new roo, maybe?

Would love to get a picture of Sunblaze relaxing on his back with his feet in the air for a new outro for my YouTube videos that will be made in 2017. Would also would love to get more clipart of him to use for my YouTube channel

Planning to start up my Puffie the Dragon stories again.

I would love to find the person that does that 8-bit bouncing fat dragon avatars I've been seeing lately. Like to get one. Also the dragon slapping his tail down is also a nice one to get.

Things That May be Impossible to Do
I would love to grab a predator slot when  vorelord does his comic story. The problem is that slot gets grabbed really quick.

I love to see  macroceli draw Sunblaze. He's also a hard person to get a commission slot.

Things to be Curious About
There are artist that I'm curious about if I asked them to redesign Sunblaze and I wonder what they come up as a design. One of them is  DNK-Anais.

Seems that facerig devs aren't very helpful getting a 3D model working with their software. Now, I'm very sad that I won't have a cool face cam character for my videos. The model is done and person I commissioned decided to make him a complete model from tail to nose.

Another year has pasted and another year to go through.

i have a YouTube channel and goofy planning to make a private game to show off there. I'm silly. Primal Roar and Dragonedge may split off from it.

I've commissioned somebody to make facerig avatar that I'm going to use for my YouTube channel. It is fun role playing my dragon gamer character there and a facerig avatar would make it more fun. A friend wants to see it in action when I get it.

I'm hoping to get out of my artist slump. That's my new year resolution.

Going to build a new computer rig this year. My current one is old for games now and I need a new system for games. A friend gave me idea to use a Solid State Drive for the OS, a drive for software, and a drive for my video recordings.

If you have been keeping track of the upcoming Five Nights of Freddy's 4, then you should notice the nightmare versions of Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica. Soon Foxy. Now, I want to play the series starting at the beginning on my YouTube channel.

Still trying to get a model made for facerig (keeps getting better at the facial tracking). Till then going try drawing up pics for a fake face cam or get a commission for it. I seem to be very rusty at drawing, because I haven't drawn for a long time.

Been on YouTube not caring about how many subscribers I get and pretending to be my dragon gamer character wishing I could have a face cam of him. Found Face rig. Then wished I can get a model of made of him, but found out anybody I commission wants a lot of money or FAcerig is too confusing. Been looking at tutorials on 3D modeling and looking for model painters. Found an interesting painter that I can afford. Next thing happened is that facerig got better. https://facerig.com/ir/

3D camera tracking. Now I really want a model of my character made. The world can be very teasing at times.

Decided to share my progress on Primal Roar. Not much. haha The title screen is being worked on and only two buttons work at the moment. The game is created for windows 64 bit and put into my dropbox. So if you are using 32 bit windows. it may not open for you. Do need to find a permanent icon for the game.

Looks like 2015 is going to be about my misadventures on game making. Yup, it is Primal Roar. Hope people are interested on the project.

With 2015 just around the corner, I'm thinking of updating my dragon gamers appearance for it. He is a mascot character for my www.dragongamer.org site. He'll be based on  Eligecos's drawing of him. Really love that pic of him. So for 2015, a new pic of my character will rise on the net. Besides, I need to get him out there more.

I'm planning to make a YouTube series of me using Unreal Engine 4 to make Dragonedge. Not sure anybody would watch it, but it will be something fun for me to do. I'm going to use my new red dragon self as the base character meaning I need to learn to draw him. Besides I think eligecos is too busy for a commission. Not planning to sale the game, because this is mostly a learning project.

Primal Roar
Decided to keep this game as a browser game, because of the sure size of the idea and the fact to make a lot of animal player characters in 3D will cost a large amount of money to do. It will be best start small and work up with this project and see there is any interest in the game. Also, browser coding is in my skill range. Did took classes in web design.

Sunblaze Wildfire's Dragonedge (aka Dragons Online)
This project will be mostly be a hobby MMO game and to mess around with making 3D characters. Also, my silly need to play around with game engines. Just need one dragon cartoonish model to start.

Return of Boston and Shaun
Planning to get back into drawing by reinventing my comic strip with less restrictions and more freedom, the newspaper style comic not a good choice for me. Going to have a giant backlog of comics and test run comics too before making them public.

The login and register pages are working now. Yay!!! While I was thinking of where to start, I had a crazy idea of turning the game into a card game with the animal characters pokemonized. There will still be Roos and foxes, but with a more fantasy angle. It will allow dragons and dinosaurs characters to fit more in this world. I passed the idea to a few friends and they liked the idea.

Decided to keep the game more to my skills and start out with a PHP game. I found a YouTube tutorial on making a PHP RPG game and been using it for reference. Currently, I'm stuck with getting the database connection working. Hopefully I can get pass that hurtle.

Decided make a browser version of Primal Roar, because it will take a long time for the 3D version to get built. Currently, looking around for code for a good player login and register. Also, I need to figure out the admin side of things. Finally, figure out the game type for the game.

The mascot redesign is still on going and been trying to figure out how to keep him from breaking any copyright. Still using the reference as a base. Just need to make him look different while keeping what I like about the reference. Fun fun. :lol:

Dragons Online

For the curious, this project isn't dead yet. But it will be delayed for awhile. People are more interested in Primal Roar being finished first, so that's the plan.

Decided to update my mascot character on my http://www.dragongamer.org web site, because for one it has been a year since I started the site and I feel like it is time to go crazy with the site. Been poking around for dragon references and people doing dragon commissions. After a long look I ended up finding a reference that I would love for him.

Going to make the mascot a gator dragon. Because I can't actually use the character, because he's not my character for one. Decided to get a sketchbook and try to frankstien a look using the character as a base. Hopefully I can make the character different enough that Eligecos won't try to chase me around with a sledgehammer. O.O

Project #2
Primal Roar hasn't died for furs wondering what going with it. Bought a server on Hero Engine, so I now have a paid server to make the game on. Ended up buying another server. Well, it was half off. Some strange reason I would love to make a private or word of mouth online dragon MMO. Decided to call it "Dragons Online" till I figure out a better name for it. "Dragons Online" would use the dragon model for the game, because I plan to make that MMO a realistic one while "Primal Roar" will be a cartoonish MMO. Well, I was in conflict on "Primal Roar" on making it cartoonish or realistic looking. A friend told I should just make "Dragons Online" the realistic one.

May see about making a donate page, but wondering anybody would donate anything to helping both MMOs to build faster. So, please comment about this and bug your friends about it. Would love to see what people think about both MMOs and the idea of donations to get the games going faster.

Anybody wondering about Primal Roar MMO project will be happy to know that I have a new determination now. Seems that Hero Engine has gone free for people wanting to use their cloud service and I've signed up for it. Now I need to find somebody to model a kangaroo player avatar. Tell your friends or anybody, so get the word out. Money is involved for the commission for the kangaroo model. Would prefer to keep the commission in the furrry community, but may end up going to non furry for the commission.

I opened a new web site with whole idea of making a silly gaming site staring a red dragon playing video games and giving a dragon's point of view on them. I have no idea what to call the site's mascot and still figuring out his look. So far got the idea of giving him long ears and dark brown mane. Any body out there got any ideas for look and name? It would be nice. Also, be looking for ideas for his personality. So far he calls humans "short lives" and he has a thing of wondering what things taste like around pigs, chickens, cows, and fish.

Well, it's the midwest furfest again. I was lucky to find Blue, but he was in fursuit. Right now I'm seating in the lobby looking for him hoping to catch him while chatting with Drake with MSN. Going to try showing Drake a living feed of him in person or suited using my laptop's camera, but no luck.

Did hand off my green sketch book to Flinters for sketch commision at the con. Be getting it tomorrw.

Humorously told the roo that he never draws my characters on a whim. He doesn't have to, but got to be tease him with something. :)

I got back into writing Dragonbound and even rewrote the whole first chapter. Trying to figure out how to make Sora as a red and white dragon hatchling look cute in description. Got a feeling people like  Tombfyre may pop with suggestions. Sent a copy to  Blue to look at and starting to wonder my email is acting funny.

I'm still going to do Growing Roo Mob thing. Just that I have a lazy thing with it at the moment. :P

Yup, it's 2011 and that's an odd number. Makes me wonder. :-D

Enough jokes about the year. Planning to get my web comic back running this year. I really really need to get back to it. I blame work.

Have a silly idea for my "Growing Kangaroo Mob" series. Do need to have a gimmick for it when there's a lot of roos in the pic, but not going to say anything til I add another roo to the series this month.

Working on an interesting pic for  Blue which makes him a bit less anthro looking. :-D
