I have a Patreon now that works quite a bit differently than all the other Patreon's I see. Found HERE
The only level to donate is $2. This gets your name on "The Random List." I prefer to always do my art spur of the moment, but I always need good models for whatever pose I want them for. With your $2 support a month, you get your name put on the list that I pull from randomly to fill character spots in whatever art I'm working on.
These can range from telegram stickers to free single cameos in a comic if one is under production. Sexy pinups will probably be the majority of the list so whatever you get chosen for, you'll probably enjoy it if you enjoy the arts that I already have.
I feel this method is the best way to support an artist without getting behind a paywall, or such a patreon where all I'm working on is the highest sponsors art and never get to do any random fun arts. It's also small enough that there shouldn't be too much anger at people feeling that they got jipped on their money and want the full refund.
NOTE: For every month you stay a sponsor, your name gets put on the list again. Which means after 2 months, you'll have 2 chances to get picked for a picture everytime there's a random chosen.
Of course, this is still experimental and methods might have to get changed a bit if there's too much popularity of it and the list becomes just too massive. I don't foresee that happening, but life is always full of new developments ;P

Long Overdue Explanation
General | Posted 10 years agoAlright, this is probably going to be a lot of info so my apologies for all the TL;DR
So, it was a little more than a year ago last October that I got my first attack of Diverticulitis that sent me to the hospital for 5 days. Since then, I've been in a constant chronic pain ever since. I did a hernia surgery thinking it may have been that, but no luck. I then had a colon resection surgery (Removed a foot of large intestine) that landed me in the hospital for a little over a week.
I hoped that would take the pain away finally and it looked like it was going to work....till the pain came back and I felt pretty screwed. I had already taken all the info and money for the comic so I couldn't stop there, but the more pain I was in the more it was hard to draw without trying to rush it finish it faster because of the pain and irritation.
Also, my full time job is a massage therapist, and since I had lost about 5 months income from my job(with surgery recovery times), I wanted to work more to try and get out of the financial hole I was in. However, the harder I worked, the more the pain would worsen.
So I went through countless doctors to try and find one that could explain the pain and none of them could. Very disheartening and annoying to have to schedule more time off work just to make the fastest appointment I could with the next doctor (Still being about 2 weeks time between visits)
Also stress didn't help with the pain I was in and was getting my fair share of it. I didn't keep posting notices saying how sick I was or anything as I had already made a journal post saying that the comic would be delayed a bit, but would still be finished, and it felt like I was trying to get attention or make excuses if I would keep posting status updates with no positive effects to be felt.
So yeah, was a bad year, but now I can say that I'm finally feeling fantastic and normal again and it just feels so great to not be in any pain anymore!
What changed? I'm now on a new treatment plan with medicine that actually works and solves all the problems I was having. I was even able to add more hours at my massage job and it's been a breeze.
So, I do apologize again for the long delay in the comic...It took 9 months to complete when it should have only been 2 or 3. I know there wasn't much I could do about it while still keeping healthy, but I feel it was not up to my reputation of being able to knock things out in a very short time.
I made it though! I was able to go through the whole thing without having to ask others for money of which I am grateful for. I know some of you would have given gladly with no second thoughts, but I knew that if I accepted money in that way, I would feel forever endeared to the person and would feel bad for the conventions I would attend. The thing being "If you're so poor and asked for money, how can you afford to attend conventions?"
So my biggest thanks is to you for sticking around and not giving me a hard time about finishing the comic faster. I hope to roll out some new changes and get the art flowing good again!

What I want/need:
Hotel reservation in the main hotel for Furpocalypse. I have 4-5 potential roommates so can't just bunk with someone.

Comic Delays
General | Posted 10 years agoJust wanted to keep you guys up to date and say sorry for delay between comic page postings as I know it's hard to keep up with the story with the breaks being so long in between the postings.
I have a surgery date set now, (May 18th) for a Colon Resection for my chronic Diverticulitis that has been plaguing me for the past six months now that has kept me decently miserable when it came to pain.
Due to the stress of getting everything put together as well as the concerns and worries I have over the surgery, I haven't quite had the focus needed to bang out the comic pages as needed.
No worries, the comic is still going to be completed, a shame that the health reasons got in the way of it being completed in a more expedient manner, but that is life. Hopefully during the surgery recovery, I'll have extra time just laying in bed where I can try and make up some time on the comic.
Take care all and stay sexy fuzzies! I hope to tell you all the tales of KNOT U soon enough!

Slight delays on the comic
General | Posted 10 years agoJust a quick note to let you know that there's going to be a little delay between pages of the KNOT comic pages being posted. Going through some medical problems at the moment that's interfering with my ability to do art accurately and with as good as quality as I would hope for.
I still work on it what I can every day, but can't just dedicate the 6-7 hour blocks at a time to get the pages out in good time like I should to keep on pace for the KNOT U studies.
Fear not, the comic will still get completed in good time eventually, just going to be a little bit slower is all.

Most of the groundwork is already set for the comic and once the main character gets secured there's not much stopping the comic from being put into production and the pages starting to get posted. This is -kind of- a first come first serve as in as long as I find an acceptable character to fill the spot that is willing to pay for it, I'll grab him and go. I don't plan on trying to leave this open for a couple weeks as I already held the applications.

KNOT U COMIC -UPDATE!-

Just to give everyone a heads up on what's happening at the moment in case you were wondering.
Still just mainly story boarding out the entire comic at this point. Why it's taking so long is that I'm still narrowing down the applicants list and balancing story ideas from that which is decently challenging.
GOOD NEWS!
I think I finally got the story line ideas that I want to work with that should last the entire comic and now it's just mainly an issue of thumb-nailing them all in place so I can tell everyone exactly how many times they'll appear in the comic and whatnot. This keeps things far better than just some vague "You might appear 3-6 times and say a few things" I'll have an exact number of appearances and lines so there's no fudging around.
Some brief stats (Prone to change)
Currently looking at 14 character slots for the comic that range in size from appearance but aren't just single cameo spots at least. Single cameo spots can still be worked into certain scenes.
When the storyboarding is done and things look good, I'll make a announcement here (probably with a picture to go with it) and then I'll send e-mails and FA notes out (to those I can cause I was a ninny and didn't have a "put FA account here" entry on the form") with the character details and the offer for what I'm asking for for the comic part.
I do appreciate your patience! This is the part I don't wanna rush because if I'm not happy with the beginning storylines and setup, I'll probably not be happy with the entire thing and you may not be either. However, I feel the storylines I have so far are very fittingly crazy for KNOT U.

New KNOT U Comic!
General | Posted 11 years agoA new semester of KNOT U is about to begin and the college is looking for all the fluffies to help fill it's halls!
Some new things this semester:
No more journal auctions.
In order to appear in the comic, all you need to do is fill out an application form found:

There's a spot on the form asking how much you're willing to pay to be in the comic. *NOTE* The highest bid does not guarantee you a spot in the comic. However, the more paid means the more you show.
There really is no main character
This comic will be focused mainly on basic campus life and will be broken in smaller mini comics to show that better. So there will be interactions between different characters apart from each other and not just one single main character interacting with all the other characters.
I hope to put a lot of focus on dorm life at the college.
How are the characters chosen?
Well, that's going to be done solely at my discretion. I'll look over the applications, weigh the amount willing to be paid vs the role I want to put them in as well as vs the interaction with other characters I want in with the story as well as character drawing complications. It's nothing personal if you're not chosen to be in the comic, but I need a certain amount of freedom with the characters to make these comics fun and free spirited.
*NOTE* I may ask you to pay less than what you offer if I feel you'll be good for a role that doesn't have as big as part as what you offered for. And of course, you can always decline.

General | Posted 11 years agoAlrighty, just to post all this stuff here just to clear up the most common of questions that people may have when commissioning me with artwork.
*NOTE* These terms may be subject to change at any time. However, a time stamp will be noted in the journal with the change and changes will not be retroactive to previous commissions already purchased.
RIGHTS OF THE ARTWORKS:
When you commission me, you may post the artwork that I do of your character to any and all of your social media websites to show it off and/or make avatars for profile pictures from the work that was created. I'm more than happy that you enjoy the work I do for you and that you want to show it off. However, you need to talk to me and make arrangements if you want to do more with the artwork such as selling prints or using it to advertise websites or other monetary arrangements.
FIXING ERRORS
I'm not perfect and things are bound to get missed here or there especially with some complex fur patterns and whatnot. If the error is on my part and the proper markings/details were clearly stated/shown in the referencing materials provided for the commission, I'll happily correct the error free of charge. The only thing I ask is that you collect -all- the errors that may be present in the piece before bringing it to my attention so I can get them all in one go and I'm not running around in circles for one particular piece.
If for some reason that you need a detail added to the piece that was failed to be mentioned in the references, there may be an additional charge depending on the complexity of the detail that needs to be added, but that's always going to be a case by case basis.
ABILITY TO REFUSE
In order to serve both parties the best, I reserve the right to refuse to accept a commission based on personality conflicts, what I feel is a commission that's not a good fit for me, or what I just feel is my judgement on the certain scenario that the arrangement just doesn't feel right. If I don't feel good about working on a piece, and it's just a forced work, it'll probably show in the end result and you'd probably not be happy with it either so it's usually best for both parties to just shake hands respectfully and walk away at that point.
REFUNDS
Refunds can be given to those commissions where I haven't started any work on yet. However, I usually work really fast and the window for this is usually really small and the reason needs to be something better than "I just changed my mind" I don't open up for many slots at a time and if you take up a slot from someone that was really hoping for one only to quickly change you mind later, it's not really nice or fair to them.
NOTE: It does happen that I give something my best shot and it just doesn't seem to come through for me. When this happens, I will contact you and offer you a full refund for your commission plus give you all the work that I had completed for you free of charge. It'll still be up to you if you want me to push through and finish it up for you or not, but you'll have a good basis to see what you're going to end up with in the end.
PAYMENTS
Payments will be made in full before any work gets started. I have enough of a history behind me with 3 comics and no failed commissions behind me that my word that your work will be done will be satisfactory at this time. I'm not really accepting any payment plans at this time.

If the error is on my part and the proper markings/details were clearly stated/shown in the referencing materials provided for the commission, I'll happily correct the error free of charge. The only thing I ask is that you collect -all- the errors that may be present in the piece before bringing it to my attention so I can get them all in one go and I'm not running around in circles for one particular piece.
If for some reason that you need a detail added to the piece that was failed to be mentioned in the references, there may be an additional charge depending on the complexity of the detail that needs to be added, but that's always going to be a case by case basis.
ABILITY TO REFUSE
In order to serve both parties the best, I reserve the right to refuse to accept a commission based on personality conflicts, what I feel is a commission that's not a good fit for me, or what I just feel is my judgement on the certain scenario that the arrangement just doesn't feel right. If I don't feel good about working on a piece, and it's just a forced work, it'll probably show in the end result and you'd probably not be happy with it either so it's usually best for both parties to just shake hands respectfully and walk away at that point.
REFUNDS
Refunds can be given to those commissions where I haven't started any work on yet. However, I usually work really fast and the window for this is usually really small and the reason needs to be something better than "I just changed my mind" I don't open up for many slots at a time and if you take up a slot from someone that was really hoping for one only to quickly change you mind later, it's not really nice or fair to them.
NOTE: It does happen that I give something my best shot and it just doesn't seem to come through for me. When this happens, I will contact you and offer you a full refund for your commission plus give you all the work that I had completed for you free of charge. It'll still be up to you if you want me to push through and finish it up for you or not, but you'll have a good basis to see what you're going to end up with in the end.
PAYMENTS
Payments will be made in full before any work gets started. I have enough of a history behind me with 3 comics and no failed commissions behind me that my word that your work will be done will be satisfactory at this time. I'm not really accepting any payment plans at this time.

MEDICAL ISSUES:
About a month ago, I went to the emergency room with stomach pains and they diagnosed me with diverticulitis and sent me home with antibiotics. Over the next couple of days, the pains got worse and I was soon back in the emergency room and then admitted into the hospital for about 6 days as they administered antibiotics by IV.
I've been slowly recovering from that for a while and just over a week ago, was starting to feel pretty normal.
Come last Monday, I started having some pains again and got another cat scan, the inflammation from the diverticulitis was minor and turns out that I have a massive hernia that might be causing some of the problems so I've been pulled off my full time work as a massage therapist until further notice till this can get resolved.
In short, I've been out of work for over a month now and it looks like I'm going to be out of work for quite a bit longer. This really is a opportune time for me to really try and focus on my artwork, but as you can see from the last month of postings, when I'm in pain and not feeling well, I don't really feel like working on artworks.
So I'm going to just need to really buckle down and just start pushing myself as best I can to do some arts and try and bring some income back in. I'll probably be opening up for a few commissions up here in a bit after I practice a bit and tweak a few things with my style so I can offer consistent, speedy and appreciable artwork to those of you that might be wanting it.
No, I'm not asking for handouts or donations and I won't be opening up a huge log of commissions that will take me months to get through. This is just a explanation on why I've been behind in getting the third comic published and why I havn't been posting many arts lately.

Cameo Spots Auction for KNOT U: Summer Games Auction
General | Posted 11 years agoAlright! I have the story down enough to open up the major roles that I need filled for KNOT U: Summer Games.
There are currently 4 main positions being opened up for bidding. These are the biggest parts that need to be filled in the comic. Smaller positions may become available later, but would be mainly limited to 1-2 panels or background images only.
This comic will be published at a later date so this is a great opportunity to get yourself into an actual published comic that gets sold around the world.
Limitations:
Currently, I'm currently looking for males for all the positions as well as them being bipedal, (walking on two legs) for the way I have them working in the games.
Highly complex characters will be simplified when it comes to intricate fur patterns, tattoos and the like. This is due to nature of the comics being highly repetitive and time consuming enough as it is.
Even though I will only do it as a final and last resort and feel all sorts of regret/guilt and fear the karma to come from it, I do reserve the right to decline a character if I just don't think it's going to work in the comic. I don't feel this will happen, but if it does, it goes back to the previous high bidder. Though the previous high bidder is under no obligation to have to pay the moment they get outbid, they will be given the option to.
The Roles
Here is a list of the roles that need to be filled in the comic along with a slight description along with the number of panels/pages I expect to place them in. If the bidding goes higher than anticipated, I'm more than willing to add more scenes and dialogue to show off the character more to give them more part in the comic to make the money more worth it for you.

This role is actually the main love interest for the main character in the story. Main motivation for the main character to make the choices he makes. Technically the secondary main character of the story. Things get sexual with the main character. Will appear on around 8 pages.
Opponent 1
Main character's first opponent of the games. Things do get sexual with the main character of course. Tribal/loincloth love a plus, but not required. Appears 4-5 pages.
Opponent 2
Main character's second opponent of the games. Things get sexual with the main character of course. Cowboy or Pirate affinity a plus, but not required. Appears 4-5 pages.
Opponent 3
Main character's final opponent of the games. Things get sexual of course. Oral affinity a plus, but not required. Appears 4-6 pages.
For the sake of the storyline, I can't have any of the opponents or the teacher really be the same person so please no bidding on multiple spots unless you have multiple characters you want to put into the different roles.
HOW TO BID
The auctions begin now and will end in three days Friday at 10:00 pm (22:00) EST. Last minute bids will extend the auction another 10 minutes. I will post comments with the roles and you simply need to reply to those comments with either the starting bid, or simply reply to the current high bidder with your outbid.

I plan on making another KNOT U themed comic and as before, it's makeup is mainly going to be determined by the main character that gets picked for the part. Here's your chance to star in your very own comic and have it published!
HOW THIS WORKS:
Instead of pre-writing the story and trying to cram a character into it, I'm going to auction off the spot and then write the story around whomever wins it. This is so someone that's a pure top can be in the dom program and their tailhole is perfectly safe. Someone can be a teacher if they so chose. Someone can be an examiner, a janitor at the college.
On a side note, I 'm really going to try and aim for something really new and exciting for this that doesn't cover the same kind of story that's been gone over already, so no more freshman having troubles with the gauntlet. I was kind of thinking of Fraternity battles, but it'll still be up for discussion what route we choose for this comic for the winner.
THE DETAILS:
There will be no page cap as before. There will be a -minimum- of 15 pages this time, but depending how well the auction goes, the pages can exceed that. Now, KNOT U II was originally written out for 14 pages, but due to trying for larger panels on the pages and trying to add new details, it ended up being 25 pages total. The minimum there is to guarantee you a story and your money's worth, you'll most likely get far more.
THE SWEET STUFFS:
You get to be the main character in a comic that's posted online and have thousands of furs oogle your body and situation unmercifully.
You get to star in a comic that will get published and can admire yourself on it's cover as it's for sale at con tables across the globe.
You'll get a copy of this comic for free so you can store your exploits on a shelf for your private browsing pleasures or to show off every chance you get.

As of now, I think I'm going to keep it pretty much a gay comic with males to keep it in line with the other series as well as to play to my strengths as it's a pretty huge undertaking and I'd like for the efforts to be put into the storyline instead of stressing over character flaws :P
PERKS OF HIGH AUCTION:
The auction will start at $100 for the main character slot. If, as the fates would have it, that the auction goes over $700, (You and someone else could team up to meet this goal), you will also get to select a character for the secondary main character position if you have a particular love interest you would like to include in the story. If the auction goes higher than that (of which I'd be incredibly surprised though I should plan for the contingency,) other perks will include either the page minimums being increased or more characters to be added at your choosing at the $1000 and $1400 marks respectively.
LIMITS OF CHARACTER DETAILS:
The main characters get drawn an ungodly amount of times. If you have a highly complex character, for my sanity sake, things will be simplified such as tattoos, special markings, jewelry and the like. If you're very very particular about your character and need exactness in all things, this may not be the best fit for both of us.
