Been meaning to get back into drawing lately, and now that I've got a little extra free time lately, I thought I'd start doodling and drawing a bit more.
But that's where the crux of the issue comes in; I dunno what to draw!

Hey y'all. Just giving an update on how the big goat's holding up.

I had surgery on my lower back as of yesterday to deal with a nasty herniated disc problem of mine. Recovery's been fine so far aside from the pain from the surgery.

I'll have to put a hold on drawing stuff for right now, especially since the school semester started yesterday too, meaning I'll have to focus on recovery and whatever school assignments I CAN do.

That aside, hope everyone's having a good day!

Just putting up this Journal to let everyone know that I've dropped my commission prices significantly. If you saw my old prices and went "hot DAMN, those prices are terrible", then fear not!

Hey folks! Hope everyone's summer's going well!
Been a while since I did one of these, but better late than never, I suppose.

Just giving a fair warning that once the slots for the current comms are all used up, I will be posting new prices to help make the prices a bit more consistent in how much they're hiked. Some of the lower prices will go up a bit, and the pricier stuff will drop down to compensate, since it ain't fair to just jump the cheap stuff up.

That is so unreal! I had no idea even 5 people would like my drawings, let alone 200! It's a real confidence booster that my art is decent enough to make 200 people wanna see what I post, as sporadic as my uploads can be.

Hello everyone!

I know my uploads have been super sporadic thanks to school, but I've been meaning to announce something.
Starting today, I will be on a hiatus for an unknown amount of time. I'll still be drawing and working on things, but I won't be active on here for quite some time until I can get my bearings on what I wanna do in this fandom.
I hope you all understand, and I'd rather stay, but this is the best for my mental health.
I love you all, and I'll see you all whenever I think I'm ready.

It's time for another general life update!

My personal life has been pretty stressful as of late, since I'm preparing to move to a new place, and I'm also going to college in the Fall, and while I'm excited for that, I can't help but feel a bit anxious too. On top of that, my mental health as a whole has been rapidly declining, with large waves of depression, general tiredness, and transitioning to a new job has me all kinds of stressed out. I've been trying to turn myself around bit by bit, and I'm sorry for the atrocity I call a consistent content schedule, but drawing hasn't been at the forefront of my mind for a while, but I hope to get some of my projects finished before school starts so I can at least give people something cool to look at.

Unfortunately, I have decided to cancel the YCH I started back in February. To put it simply, I don't have enough faith in myself to go through with it. On top of that, my personal life has been a bit rocky. I have refunded anyone who had already paid, and I'm deeply sorry to everyone involved. I know it doesn't mean much, but in my mind, I thought it was better to scrap the idea and give the few people who paid their hard earned money back.

Will I try this again? Probably not. I see my art as a hobby, and this was just a step I needed to take to see that making this something profitable just isn't for me. It took the fun out of drawing, and made me stressed and felt like I had a deadline to meet. I do not blame anyone here other than myself for falsely believing I was ready for a large project like that.

Again, I am very sorry for what happened, and I wish everyone a good summer.

EDIT: Anyone who did not pay me for the YCH will not receive a refund.

I'm really glad the YCH did as well as it had, though I need to be transparent about a few things, in no particular order.

My life is pretty busy at the moment, with trying to enroll for college on top of working a job that is just emotionally exhausting, I don't really feel as motivated to draw as I used to be. Not saying that I'm calling it off, of course, You guys are paying me to do this, so I can't just push this back.
Though, bear in mind that this will take a bit of time to get done, since I have quite a bit on my plate as it is. Trust me, I wanna get these YCHs done so you guys have some art to enjoy, but as it stands, It will take me a while, and on top of that, I'm trying to keep my social life in check as best as I can.

I haven't been able to draw a ton lately, and I can explain why.
Since last night, I haven't been able to draw since the pen I'm using has been giving me a lot of problems. When I'm hovering the pen over my screen, it registers tons of left clicks, which makes undo-ing anything a pain, and it also leaves huge trails on the ends of my lines. The simple solution would be to just use another pen, right? Well, the only other pen I have is my Surface Pen, which only seems to work on Surface devices, and the screen on my old laptop is busted. So I either have to buy another pen and hope to god it works on my computer, or buy a Wacom tablet or something. I know where my original Wacom Tablet is, It's just that I gave to someone I know because I thought I wouldn't need it. Stupid me, I guess, right?

I'm not asking for pity, or a solution, I'm just venting my frustrations, I guess.

I've been going off and on for a while, debating who to be. I have multiple options.

Option A: Use my Lucario character Bentley, who I've had since very early on

Option B: Use my goat character Jaxxon, who is much newer, but I still enjoy being them

Option C: Use Ajax, the character I've had since the start

All three options are tempting, but I can't stick with one and just go with it. I know shapeshifting is an option, and so is Alternate Universes, but all the swapping around I'm doing feels chaotic, and I just want it to be how it was when I started. One character, and that's it. I don't know if anyone has dealt with this exact problem, but I've been dealing with it for years now. Not sure if it's general indecisiveness, or if it's something else entirely.

Any advice is appreciated, I just wanna be done with all this indecisive stuff and just stick with one guy.

Not sure if this happens to anyone else, but I'm having somewhat of an identity crisis. I can never decide what I want my Sona to be. I'll constantly switch between characters and species, and I dunno how to feel about it. Is there anything I can do to maybe fix this, or is there anything I can do to help me make a concrete decision?

Hey guys. Time for another out of the blue update.
This recovery has been the most dull, boring, and mentally taxing experiences I've had in a while. Not to mention quite a lot of personal stuff has been going on, and as a result, my mental health has made a serious drop. I've been trying to draw, but I'm seriously struggling. I want to enjoy this community like I used to, but with the way I am right now, it simply isn't possible. I'm not leaving or anything, I just need to figure out what I'm doing as far as the furry stuff is concerned. I'm frantically changing characters thanks to being the most indecisive person on the planet, and my creativity has been stagnant for a while. I don't expect anyone to comment, I just needed to let my feelings be known. I hope you all can understand my rambling, and thanks for listening. I'll see you guys whenever I post something else.

Hey folks! Just letting you guys know that I am, in fact, very alive. I'm still recovering from surgery, so art is gonna be a bit tricky, but I've been doodling a few things, and hopefully I'll be okay enough to turn them into actual art pieces. I've been trying to bide my time, but the days are going by slowly now that I can't draw too much. But I'm hoping I'll recover quickly so I can get back to drawing stuff properly. Though, for now I just gotta sit around and do my best to recover.

Hey, just letting you guys know that I am taking a mental health break for an undetermined amount of time. I need time to better myself as a person, and I feel I need to take a step back from this stuff for a wile. My depression has been at an all time high lately, and the only way I can fix myself is by distancing myself for a bit and taking some time to fix myself.
It's been fun, and I'll definitely be back once I'm feeling better.

It's been a while since I've done one of these, huh?
If you're wondering, the answer is no, I'm not dead. Life and my horrible attention span are to blame for my lack of uploads lately, so I apologize for the long wait. As much as I'd like to say the wait is over, I'm afraid to say it's not. On September 24th, I will have surgery done on my underarms, but I won't go into detail, but long story short, my arms will be in excruciating pain for a month, maybe longer, so don't expect any uploads for the entirety of October. But after I'm totally recovered, I'll be back to attempting to upload on a somewhat regular basis. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but commissions might be on their way in the future, but I'll write another journal when I know I'm ready for it.

Hey there. It's been a while since I posted a journal, hasn't it?
For starters, I got a job, so now I can actually buy things, so that's nice.
Also, I've made a decision. I'm gonna be stepping away from fatfur stuff for a while. I'll still post, but it won't be for fetishy stuff for now. I just need a break from that stuff, and take time to better myself as an artist. There's other stuff I'd like to talk about, but that's for another Journal, and for a different time when I'm ready.
