Some words concerning Art/ Characters on my Gallery.

I just wanted to put this here for clarification for people using any Art on my page for Role-Plays and the sort: If you see the '©' in the description, it probably belongs to someone, yeah?
Any characters that belong to someone will be shown in the description, please respect that for future and don't steal characters that already have owners. Chances are it's either a present or a commission.
If the piece has no copyright markings and doesn't say otherwise, in other words, if it's just something I drew for the moment; I have no problem with you using it. But would really appreciate being told in future.
So yeah. Thanks for reading! And if anyone finds my characters being used off site (or on actually) I would love you forever if you noted me about it! I can't be everywhere sadly, so I really do appreciate help.

Terms of Service
I retain the rights to my work.
I by no means have to post the commission I did for you in my gallery. Sometimes I don't have time or don't feel like uploading artwork, you on the other may post it wherever you like. (With credit.)
You may repost the work with proper credit linking to my Gallery.
You may not remove my signature.
You are not permitted to edit the image besides cropping and for icons.
I do not work through the list in any given order.
If you misplace the image after receiving it, I am not responsible for keeping back-ups.
Will Not Draw
Complex Mechanisms
Vore/Guro
Cubs/diaperfurs sexually.
Scat
Graphic blood and gore.
If unsure please ask!
Timeline
Payment upfront, I will note you the e-mail once you have been accepted and your name is in the slot.
You will be linked to a sketch of your commission and at this instant please tell me what you'd like to edit or if it's ok, you will not get another chance.
Normally this is where I would send you the line-art, but due to past instances of people never getting back to me for weeks to months, I've decided to skip this step.
The picture will the finished.
If I have forgotten any bits or something is array from the original reference I will change it, otherwise you will then receive the art.
Payment
Paypal only.
Payment is to be sent upfront in US Dollars ($) by default. If you are a UK resident and would prefer to pay with UK Pounds Sterling (£), then I would also prefer this.
If payment is not sent within 48 hours you order will be dropped if there are others waiting for your slot.
No Refunds, sorry.
