As I mentioned in my previous post "Hey Shitlords" this place does give me crippling anxiety.
However, I do miss it here. I miss all the fun types of commissions people can do
that I don't think would be as popular over on twitter. I may come back but it depends, a lot
of people don't respond to my commissions very much on here as they do on other social media.
I'll try again over here one last time, and if it's still a deadzone for me, I'll probs stop offering comms here. I'll still post, but commissions
won't be likely.

Posted 7 years agoHey folks, just wanted to give a quick update on why I went mia for months at a time and what I've been doing???
To be honest, I've just been hard avoiding this place due to a lot of anxiety that I won't get into. I've been mostly on Twitter more than any place else. My grandmother recently passed away at 68 due to brain cancer. She had survived breast cancer before, but after my grandfather passed back in Jan of 2017, she told us that if her cancer came back, she wasn't really going to do anything about it. Basically she wanted to just die to be with my grandfather, which we respected. Eventually it came back but towards her brain as a tumor, later to be revealed as actual brain cancer. She only had about 6 months to live, but she passed in only 3. Unfortunately, she didn't (and wasn't really able to) prepare for her after-death things. My mom and I have pretty much been at her house since she passed cleaning it all out, as we're letting the bank take it (they had a reverse mortgage). My mom and I didn't have a lot of time to grieve about it because there was so much to do, so I find myself sad at random moments, thinking that I lost 3 very important people in my life in just 2 years and 2 months. So there's that-
I moved to California for about 8 months, but due to the toxicity in the house we were in, we had to come home, and I guess it was good timing because that was the same time my grandmother was put into the terminally ill hospice center. I won't get into the details about why it was bad living there, but I will talk about the great times I had! We got to hang out with my friend Ross about every other weekend when he wasn't busy and that was such a load off honestly.
I also made really amazing friends out there and I'm super thankful for that. I went to lots of hole-in-the-wall bars and clubs and saw lots of sights! LA is by far my most favorite place and I can't wait to call it home soon.
On a much lighter note, I will be attending Fanime2018 this year with FFSade! It will be my first time tabling at such a big con so I'm very nervous and excited.
Almost too nervous tho lmaoooo;;;;;;;;;; hhh
As much as I want to live in California again, it's way too expensive, but that's ok! Two friends, mal and I will be moving to Nevada within the coming weeks and it'll be a 3 1/2 hour drive to LA so it's pretty close!
As of my mental illness, I have had way more bad days than I have good days in these past 3 years and I get so scared that there will be a day where I just can't handle it anymore, but I gotta keep going I guess?? Sleeping too much, not sleeping at all, crying all the time, anxiety attack after attack.
Feeling worthless and letting past experiences deter me from doing what I NEED and WANT to do.
Talking about it is kinda difficult. It's like static every time I try to get into it lmao..
I'm not asking for pity or anything for this journal, just a quick update and uh
a little insight on where I've been lately.

So in May, he and I will be living in LA yeehaaaaaw
So I'll be juggling commissions, prints, visiting mal's parents one last time and packing all at once so I'm just asking for a little more patience ; o ;
