I know I've not been on here often. I seem to be on Facebook now more than anything. Been online here and there. I think my RA has been hitting my immune system pretty hard, so if I am online, it's usually only a hour or two. Anyone wanna' watch me on facebook, I'm Suzanne Reed and I have a picture of Ottillie as my icon. Pretty easy to locate.
Updated my page info because I felt it needed to be.
Been busy trying to make scarfs to sell. If anyone wants a scarf, let me know! I have some already made that need a home.

Friend tried to commit suicide
Posted 10 years agoI had a friend who is a co-worker, try to commit suicide three weeks ago. She just told me about it yesterday.
I'm really worried for her. She's a sweetie and is just so stressed over money. She has a cute little girl that needs her. I took her out to lunch, we talked a good three hours.
I can't think of anything else to do for her, so I did a gofundme page.

Well to start with I'd say a sad smiley face. Perhaps a crying one. :(
I am still hurting from the loss of Dad and I may hurt for quite some time. Saw Mom today and it's odd to be there and him not be around. Even that last month when he was sick and wasn't around, you knew he was in the other room.
I can feel his presence in the house though, he's everywhere in there. It's a bit of a comfort.
My second smiley, I'd say a very wide smiley. :D
I'm excited about going to FWA Saturday. A little disappointed we can't do the whole weekend, but we just don't have the money. I am however just happy that we can go. I would be heart broken if we didn't get to go at all. This is my one con for the year and my one time to see some of my friends. Means a lot to me.

2. Wear a kilt.
3. Have a kitten.
That last one seriously works. I met Brandon through a mutual friend because the mutual friend said he knew someone at college with a kitten. I was like, OHMYWORDSHOWME! So, minutes later, I was at Brandon's door, saying hello and show me the kitten.
That was in 1997. Started dating in 2003. Married in 2006. Still going strong.

2. having kids. Yeah that may seem selfish, but I REALLY don't want kids.
3. wearing flip flops. Just....no
4. drinking. I'm allergic to alcohol, so I don't like drinking. Brandon however did recently have a beer with my uncle. That was a special thing. It's the drink two to three a night that would make me sneer.
