BGC - Vore Victims Wanted
Posted 11 years agoHello Viewers or Any BGC Fans Reading This,
Have you wanted to participate in the BGC, but couldn't because your character(s) violate one of the BGC's rules? Would you like to have your character make a brief cameo in the BGC? Would you like to see a "voraphile" among the BGC vore your character?
If you've answered yes to all three questions, ESPECIALLY THE LAST ONE, then do I have good news for you.
Among the BGC, there are 9 voraphile members (Dusk, Impura, Jessica Harper, Jessica Hartford, Jessica Koda, Kira, Rykken, Thea, & Vikky). However they don't have "someone to satisfy their appetite", if you know what I mean. With that said, BGC is accepting any volunteers who would like to see their character(s) swallowed whole by a BGC voraphile.
For this, there aren't any age, gender, height, or body type restrictions. So your character could be a skinny male elder, a muscular herm teenager, a pregnant female adult, or something else. And you can also volunteer more than 1 character!
So if you own a character that you'd like to see end up in the belly of a BGC voraphile, post a comment in this journal with your character's name, age, height, weight, country, if they're volunteering willingly, and why you'd like to see your character be vored. If your character is the type of character one of the BGC voraphiles would be willing to vore, he/she will make a cameo in a BGC issue of your character being vored by a BGC voraphile.
PLEASE NOTE: Whoever you're gonna volunteer, they will only appear once!

(V) = Vored: This character has already been vored.

---Common Questions---
Q: Will my character be a member of the BGC if I volunteer my character(s) for voring?
A: No. Whoever you volunteer, their whole purpose in their first & last BGC issue appearance is for them to be vored. Nothing more.
Q: Are copyrighted species/countries still not allowed?
A: Yes, anything you don't own the rights to can't be allowed in the BGC. So just like with joining BGC, that means no Pokemon, no Digi-Mon, no My Little Ponies, no Mobians… basically, if it's a copyrighted species/country you don't own the rights to, I can't let your character(s) volunteer.
Q: Will I be getting credit if you use my character(s) for voring?
A: Of course you will. I always give credit where credit is due. I'm not those kind of guys who use stuff without giving the original owners any credit for it.
Q: If I'm already a member of BGC and I have a character or two I want to volunteer for voring, can I volunteer them?
A: Sure you can. The more the merrier.
Q: Can I submit a copy of a page starring my character in my galleries?
A: No. If you'd like to show it to your viewers however, let me know and I will submit an icon from the page that you can submit to your gallery and provide a link to the page starring your character. But the page itself remains here in my gallery.
Q: Will my character be getting a bio-sheet &/or a pair of BGC Panties Ensemble for this?
A: Nope, sorry. Those are only available for BGC members. All they'll get is a chance to make a cameo appearance in a BGC issue.
Q: Since my character is gonna appear once, does that mean my character is gonna die from digestion?
A: It mostly depends on which member is voring your character. There are some members who can regenerate your character after digesting them, and there are also some who's digestive system aren't fatal & mainly vore to "achieve that feeling of fullness". But if a member's digestive system is fatal, then your character is in luck since the events of BGC are taking place on Furth. On Furth, there are these sacred anthro temples in each country where a furry that has been vored & completely digested is painfully reincarnated unconscious with amnesia. Once they're brought back, the furries of these temples take the reincarnated furry(s) to a nearby town where they regain consciousness and can either live a new life or find another furry to vore them again. Lol! Though the furries of these temples highly recommend furries not to be vored constantly, for it takes a lot of energy to reincarnate digested furries.
I'm Still Around...
Posted 11 years agoHey Everyone,
Andrew here. I just wanted to point out that I'm still around and that the current project I'm working on is still on.
The main reason I'm mentioning this is because I noticed that there are a few users who removed their watch. Don't know who, but if the reason you stopped watching Sweeper Works was because we haven't made much activity in a while, then don't worry, we'll get some new art for people to see soon. If this is the last picture you see in my gallery however, the reason for that is because the pictures I brought in between now and April 4th, 2014 are marked as mature content and either you're 17 or younger, haven't joined furaffinity yet, or have blocked mature content from your profile.
Anyway, the reason why I haven't brought anything new in yet was because my job has received a lot of must see movies (like The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Godzilla 2014, X-Men: Days of Future Past, etc) plus summer is just around the corner (which will make the theater busier than normal). As a result, they're giving me more hours than they usually would, which is both somewhat good & somewhat bad.
The somewhat good part is, with these increased hours, I not only get more money (which will help me out A LOT), but I also get to spend some time with some of my fellow employees who I know & trust as friends (since most of them apparently don't want to come to my parties… sigh…). The somewhat bad part is, these increased hours aren't giving me enough drawing time, hence one of the big reasons why I haven't brought in anything new this month.
One of the other reasons is because there are a few birthdays, a graduation for my brother's girlfriend, and my step-brother's wedding coming soon. So those are also gonna put a kink in my artistic schedule.
And on top of all that, my job is holding a contest where we need to make a video about how employees could achieve my job's number 1 goal. I was planning on getting Sweeper Works involved in this contest and am gonna be working on a script soon. Strangely enough, there's no due date for this contest. But they said they'll be showing the winning videos at the next employee meeting in the Fall. So if my guess is correct, I have to make this video & turn it in before the end of the summer. Which if I decide to go through with making this video, it will put another kink in my artistic schedule. Making this video would depend on how much support I'm getting for it. If I don't have enough support for the video, I won't be able to make it. I really hope I could though, because if it meets the standards & approval of both my job and the people who are gonna be watching it, it could help build Sweeper Works' popularity which would also build my spirits up higher, which would help motivate me to get things done quicker and more efficiently. Though all that would mainly depend on if my job will mention Sweeper Works in my video (which they better) if it's one of the winning videos…
So that's just about it. I'll be bringing some new pictures in soon, so don't worry. And thanks for giving me over 4000 pageviews, I'll be sure to have my next picture express my appreciation for that.

HELLO EVERYONE, I'M BACK!
Posted 11 years agoHello fellow viewers,
Well, it's been 2 months since I've been away from the internet, but I've finally returned. As for what I have in store for all of you, here's what I have in store. First off, I have an art trade I have to finish. I'm sure
TSBlinx has been waiting for it. Lol! Afterwards, I'm going to be working on some bio-sheets for the members of the Bountiful Goddess Catalog.
And depending on how I feel afterwards, I might have an announcement for you all. What that will be, you'll just have to wait and see.
Until then, just know that I have returned.

REVIEWING SERIES TRAILER UP NOW!!!
Posted 12 years agoHello fellow viewers,
The trailer for the reviewing series (that was also talked about in this picture). Is finally up on my Sweeper Works' YouTube channel. If you'd like to see it, click here.
As for when the series will be on Sweeper Works' YouTube channel, no specific date is planned. However, I'm trying to get the 3 pilot episodes ready and submitted on YouTube before 2014. I originally planned on 4 pilot episodes, but to do the 4th one, I need 1-3 people to join me (since that episode is a board game review). But since it's proving to be difficult to find 1-3 people to join me at the moment, I ended up deciding to make 3 pilot episodes instead of 4.
Until then, enjoy the trailer.

BOUNTIFUL GODDESS CATALOG PARTICIPATION
Posted 12 years agoHello everyone,
Have you ever seen this picture or heard about it? Want to have your character star in similar images like that picture? Want to have the opportunity to have your character become a member of the Bountiful Goddess Catalog? If the answer is "yes" to the last 2 questions, then do I have good news for you.
The Bountiful Goddess Catalog is looking for more members to be part of the action. If you wish to be a member, just post a comment in this journal with your character's name, age, weight, country, why they want to join, and a picture (from furaffinity.net) of your character.
---EXAMPLE---
Name: Jessica Koda
Age: 20
Height: 7'3"
Weight: 540lbs
Country: United States
Why She Wants To Join?: She's a very shy dragon and can never usually do anything without her sisters backing her up, so she has decided to break out of her comfort zone and try to do something on her own. Plus she wants to be in an environment that promotes a positive image of BBW women. She's felt very attacked for her weight in previous years ^^;
Link: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11682655/
BEFORE YOU POST A COMMENT, be sure to look over these 10 rules.
1. PURE FEMALES ONLY - All members of this magazine need to be 100% female by body. That means no males, no transgens, no herms, and most importantly, NO PENISES. If you decide to switch your character to any of the three genders &/or give your character a penis, your character can no longer be a member. After all, this is a BBW boudoir magazine. Not a BBMG (MG = Multiple Genders) boudoir magazine.
VikkyMouse Asked: So, pure females... so what about guys who have been turned into 100% women, would they be okay?
My Answer: Only if the character's female form is a different name and if the female form is never turned into a transgender, herm, &/or male under the female form's name. It is also ok if the female form is their primary form.
2. MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO JOIN - Your character needs to be 18 or older to be a member of this magazine. If your character is 17 or younger, she cannot join.
3. NO BLOBS - Although this magazine admires the beauty of obesity, there is such a thing as too fat in this magazine. If you want your character to be bigger than this in the magazine, she can't.
chubby-kun Asked: i won't ask for bigger than that size in the magazine, but outside of the magazine I may (and likely will) commission bigger than that size eventually. If that is against the rules
My Answer: Nah, that's fine. She just can't be bigger in the magazine is all.
4. NO PROFIT MAKING - At the moment, I intend to have this magazine used for recreational purposes. Meaning I have no intentions to make money off of this. Mainly because I don't know how to split the profits evenly with all my members. If they lived closer to me, I could do that. But since I can tell most of you live miles & miles away, that won't be possible. So don't sell this magazine &/or it's contents without consulting myself & the other members by telling us how you plan to sell the magazine and how you plan to split the profits.
5. LEAVE THE MAGAZINE IN MY GALLERIES - Do not submit a copy of the magazine &/or it's contents in your gallery(s). If you want to show the magazine to your viewers, you can submit a copy of the cover and provide links to the pages. Or you can submit an icon from a page starring your character and provide links to the pages starring your character.
PLEASE NOTE: If you'd like to submit your character's bio-sheet in your gallery however, you can. Just be sure to give credit where credit is due.
6. GET ALONG WITH OTHERS - Don't send me notes/messages telling me to ban members you have a problem with. There is no I in members. There is in membership, but that's different. If the reason you don't like the member is because you're worried he/she is gonna do something that will threaten the magazine &/or any of it's members, you will need to give me evidence (preferably a screenshot). Please note that just because you give me evidence, doesn't mean I'll ban the member right away. And I will talk to him/her about their side of the story.
7. ANSWER THE QUESTIONS - When I send you a note asking questions about your character, I need you to answer them. The only person who knows your character better than anyone else is you. Not me, not the other members, only you. If you are unable to answer any questions for a while (like if you're gonna go on a vacation or if you're gonna be away from the internet for a while) you need to let me know by sending me a note. If I don't hear back from you in less than 2 months, you will no longer be a member.
8. NO GIANTS &/OR MICRO-CHARACTERS - I'd prefer not to have characters in the magazine be too big or too small. Because if they were too big, the smaller members will be hard to see. And if they were too small, viewers would hardly be able to see them. The tallest I'd probably allow is 13 feet. As for the shortest… Um… I think I'd say 3 feet.
9. NO COPYRIGHTED SPECIES/COUNTRIES - That means no Pokemon, no Digi-Mon, no My Little Ponies, no Mobians… basically, if it's a copyrighted species you don't own the rights to, I can't let her join. I know BGC is a non-profit magazine, but Sweeper Works stands by it's no fan work policy. As for the country part, if it's a made up country, be sure it's a country you created &/or own the rights to. Because if she's from a fictional country you don't own the rights to, I'll ask you to pick a different country. If you refuse to pick a different country, I can't let your character join.
TEMPORARY RULES
These following rules are here for now, but they aren't permanent like the rules above. Someday, some of the temporary rules will be taken down. But for now, they're here to remain.
10. NO PREGGERS - At the moment, I want Camelia to be the only pregnant character in the magazine. If more than 1 magazine is made in the future, I plan to start a pregnancy special (where all the characters in the special are pregnant) sometime in the future and have this rule no longer in effect. But until then, I want Camelia to be the only pregnant character.
A Question Someone Might Ask: What if I make my character pregnant outside of the magazine while she was still a member?
My Answer: Just like with Chubby-kun's question, that's fine. She just can't be pregnant in the magazine... Yet...
TEMPORARY RULES
So those are the rules. If you break any of these rules, I will never draw anything for you ever again.
If you'd like to know what kind of characters I'm looking for, for this magazine, here are some suggestions on what kind of characters I'd like to find.
1. PEOPLE WHO CAN'T/WON'T DRAW FOR THEMSELVES - I'd mainly like to do this magazine for people who can't draw for themselves. People who normally resort to buying commissions, attempting to win contests to get a gift art, &/or finding/waiting for people who would be more than happy to draw something for them.
2. EXTINCT, ENDANGERED, OR MYTHOLOGICAL SPECIES - I'd like to find someone who has a character that is either an extinct species (like dinosaurs, dodo birds, etc), an endangered species (like pandas, lemurs, etc) or a mythological species (like dragons, unicorns, etc).
3. NON-MAMMALS - I would also like to find someone who has a character that isn't a mammal (like a reptile, an avian, etc). At the moment, most of the members are mammal-type races. But, I'd like to also have characters that aren't mammals.
4. FOREIGN CHARACTERS - At the moment, I have a lot of characters that are American in this magazine. But I'd like to have characters that are from other countries, besides America (Like the UK, China, Canada, Germany, etc).
5. A CHARACTER WHO HAS NEVER BEEN FAT BEFORE - One character I would especially like to find is one who has never been drawn fat.
6. BEEN IN SIMILAR GROUP BEFORE - I'd like to find a character who is or has been in a group/magazine similar to this before.
7. A CHARACTER THAT IS ALSO A FURSUIT IN REAL LIFE - I'd be VERY interested if someone would volunteer a character that was also a fursuit of theirs in real life.
8. A WELL KNOWN ARTIST WITH A WELL KNOWN CHARACTER - Yes, I know I said I'd mainly like to do this magazine for people who can't draw for themselves. But I believe that if we had an artist who is well known around here & owns a character that lots of people around here know, it might make the magazine a little more well known.
9. A CREATURE OF THE SEA - I'd also like to find someone who has a character that is an aquatic species (like a shark, a dolphin, a whale, etc).
If your character is a member for 3 months AND if they're about this fat or bigger, your character will have permission to wear their very own pair of BGC Panties Ensemble!

SPECIES I'D LIKE TO INVOLVE:
Doe, Pandas, Red Pandas, Sharks, Dinosaurs (mainly ones that lots of people would know like T-Rexes, Triceratops, Pterodactyls, etc. Although, I would be interested if someone brought in a Troodon or a Mosasaur), Phoenixes, Blue Jays, Eagles, & Badgers
COUNTRIES I'D LIKE TO INVOLVE:
Japan, China, Germany, France, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, & Mexico
If your character is a member for 3 months AND if they're about this fat or bigger, your character will have permission to wear their very own pair of BGC Panties Ensemble!
PLEASE NOTE: Not all acceptable participants will have their characters star on the same magazine. I basically plan to only fit up to 9 characters in each issue (3 of them being newer members in each issue). Who they would be would sometimes depend on how popular the character in question is &/or how many issues they appeared in. There's also the possibility that I might not do this magazine at all. If that's a problem for you, then you might not want to join.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!
Posted 12 years agoHello Viewers,
The most shocking and unexpected thing has happened in my gallery. One of the pictures in my gallery has reached over 1000 views. ... Seriously! OVER 1000 VIEWS! See for yourself.
With the way my previous pictures were going, I was thinking that it would receive somewhere around 300 views or less just like my other pictures. But I never have expected one of my pictures to reach 1000 views! Man, I really made something here. Part of the credit goes to the people who's characters are involved in that picture. So if any of you five are reading this, thanks for letting me draw your characters.
And to the people who viewed, faved, or commented that picture, thanks for the views. This was something I really needed to make my day.

FFF Contest Winners
Posted 12 years agoIf you'd like to skip to the part that says who the popular Fatty Furry is, scroll down until you see "---FATTY FURRY FAVORITE---". If you like to skip the part to see who won, scroll down until you see "---FFF CONTEST WINNERS---".
Alright fellow viewers,
Sometime before December 1st (I don't know when exactly), I started the FFF Contest to see which Fatty Furry everyone would like to see as a main character in a book called "Beyond the Creative Mind". What you originally had to do to apply was send in a gift art of a Fatty Furry going on a date with David. The winner was going to be #20 in Operation Generosity. In other words, they were gonna get a gift art done by me. But when the deadline came close, I didn't receive any entries. I spoke to people I trust, they told me what they felt was wrong, and I ended up redoing the contest & also changing it's deadline to today.
In the redo, I left out Camelia due to the fact that I felt involving a pregnant character in the team in the book would be a bad idea (Because the team are going to be going on some dangerous adventures. Ones that they might not live through.). I also changed the deadline & the prize. And what you had to do to enter was to post a comment in the journal saying which Fatty Furry you'd like to see in the book and why. The first 3 people who give me a good reason were gonna win some gift arts.
The 3rd place winner was gonna get a simple sketch of either one of any of my characters or one of their own OC's. Their choice.
The 2nd place winner was gonna win an inked piece.
And the 1st place winner was gonna win a colored pick.
After 10 days of no comments, I felt that the real reason why I didn't get any participants was because nobody was reading my journal. Before that, I even asked the owners of furaffinity on how I can have them advertise my journal. Neither they nor anyone who'd probably know how didn't answer me.
So I ended up sending a note to almost all my watchers telling them about my contest. I hope I won't have to do that again the next time I do a contest. Because personally, I felt doing that was ridiculous. Especially since out of all those 68 users I sent a note to, only 7 voted. I guess it's better than having no voters.
---FATTY FURRY FAVORITE---
Well, the deadline is here. And since there weren't very many voters, the results are in. The popular Fatty Furry that is gonna be a main character in "Beyond the Creative Mind" is...
ASAMI TSUKINWAGUMA
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6793733/
So, Asami will be starring as a main character in my upcoming book. If you wanted to see the other Fatty Furries in the book (especially Camelia), don't worry. They'll be seen in the book too, but they won't be main characters like Asami.
---FFF CONTEST WINNERS---
Of course I'm sure you all want to hear who won and why. Well, let's get to that part right away.
The 3rd place winner who gets the sketch is

The type of reasons I was looking for is what the Fatty Furry you're voting on could do that could help the team. Like for examples, Katt works as a CIA secret agent. As such, she'll be trained in computer skills, hand-to-hand combat, and would have a wide range of CIA spy gear. Asami (as most of you fans know) is trained in all forms of Japanese combat, but mostly professionalizes in sumo wrestling. Elena is the strongest of the Fatty Furries. And Shetalga can breathe underwater & has a beautiful singing voice which could be used to distract certain enemies.
Of course most of you probably don't know that about them, so don't blame yourselves. Anyway...
The 2nd place winner who gets the inked piece is

And the 1st place winner who wins the colored pic is...
christjackson
Christ won because he was the only user who gave me a reason I was looking for. And the reason was for an unexpected character. At first, I didn't know what Kiyana could do that could help the team. But his reason gave me some ideas on what she could do. His reason was so good, that I was this close to thinking about canceling the contest and having Kiyana automatically be the main character in my book. But I knew that wouldn't be fair to you all.
Honestly, I was hoping that someone would post a better reason than him. Because from what I see in his gallery, most of the characters in there are fan based. I'm probably wrong, but when I start his gift art, I hope Christ will realize that I can't do fan art without the original owners' permission.
Example: Let's say I'm doing an art trade for someone who wants me to draw a character from MLP-FIM. If we're going to want to draw ANYTHING involved with that series, we would have to ask Lauren Faust &/or Hasbro for permission. Mostly Hasbro. I doubt they (or most other companies for that matter) would give me permission since my gallery is currently overrun with fat furies. I'll even be amazed if Hasbro will give me permission to do that Transformers idea of mine &/or if Sega/Sonic Team will give me permission to do that Sonic Ristar crossover I thought of a long time ago.
Well, we'll figure it out when the time comes. Until then...
Congratulations to the contest winners. And thank you for voting.
FFF Contest Redo (NO FAN ART REQUIRED!)
Posted 13 years agoAfter speaking with a few people I trust about some changes I should do with the FFF Contest, I have decided to redo the contest. Although, to save me a lot of trouble, one of you guys could of pointed out sooner that the contest was complicated and I could of fixed the problem so that I wouldn't have to change the deadline. So next time you don't understand my future contests or if you feel I should make some changes, don't be afraid to ask/tell me.
Anyway, this one doesn't involve making a gift art for your entry, all that's required is a comment in this journal. Read this journal to see what you need to do to participate.
Oh, since I feel Camelia would be a bad choice for my book, I'm leaving her out of this redo.
Hello everyone, Andrew here bringing in my first contest in Sweeper Works.
This contest is called the "FFF Contest". The "F"s stand for Fatty Furry Favorite. Here is my situation and the reason why I am hosting this contest.
(If you want to skip all this and learn how to participate, scroll down until you see "---THE POINT---".)
Someday, after I finish all the gift arts for Operation Charity, I am going to be starting on a chapter book series called "Beyond the Creative Mind". It's where I (Andrew Broome) go on a journey through my creative consciousness in order to discover what keeps me (and other creative people) going. You will see dozens of characters that I have created in the past (Before Sweeper Works came around), characters that I've introduced here on Fur Affinity, and characters that I will introduce in the future when/if I'm able to.
For my book, I was gonna have one of the Fatty Furries (besides Camelia) travel with me and the other characters (Bouncy Bobby, Boggieman, XG-87, Tyler Gibbets (Time Trooper XXII), Cameron Eye-Eye, & Alden Scoland) since I need a character who is strong enough to lift most heavy stuff (stuff that's too heavy for someone like Alden), run through brick walls without a scratch, can really pack a punch, & can take certain blows to the body. But I'm not sure which Fatty Furry (besides Camelia) everyone likes.
Last time I counted all the views & favorites of each Fatty Furry, Kiyana had the highest amount of views & faves. However, Asami gets more comments than any of the other Fatty Furries. So I want to find out who you think is the best Fatty Furry.
---THE POINT---
What you need to do to place your vote is to post a comment here in this journal saying which Fatty Furry (Katt, Kiyana, Asami, Elena, or Shetalga) you feel should travel with me & the other characters in "Beyond the Creative Mind" & why.
Example: "I feel Elena would be perfect in your book because she's the strongest."
The Fatty Furry with the most comments will be the one who travels with me in "Beyond the Creative Mind".
The first 3 people who give me a good reason to have the Fatty Furry in question be in the book will win a gift art done by me.
The 1st place winner will win a colored pic.
The 2nd place winner will win an inked piece.
And the 3rd place winner will win a simple sketch of either one of any of my characters or one of your own OC's. Your choice.
The popular Fatty Furry & the contest winners will be declared on Tuesday, April 30th, 2013.
Good luck and may the best Fatty Furry win.
CHARACTERS IN THE LEAD SO FAR:
#1 Asami = 3 votes
#2 Shetalga = 2 votes
#3 Kiyana = 2 votes
When Doing An Art Trade With Me, Remember This.
Posted 13 years agoHello everyone, Andrew here wanting to clarify something to any of you planning on doing an art trade with me.
(If you'd like to skip to the point, scroll down until you see "---THE POINT---".)
Now I've been on the internet for 5 years now. ... Well... Technically, I've been on the internet longer than that, but I didn't spend as much time as I have been over the past 5 years. Ever since I got my first artist account on DeviantART, I have met over 50 people on the internet who claimed they were going to do something for me, but ended up not doing it. That's right, a total of 50 people not doing what they said they were gonna do. You could imagine how frustrating that is for me.
Through my entire internet experience, only 1 person actually did what they said they were gonna do, and I respect him for that. But not everyone else keeps their word, and it's now grown to the point where it's pissing me off.
Some of these people even give me excuses. And when I look at their gallery after seeing the excuse they give me, I discover that the excuse is falsified. Think about it, if someone is really doing something for me, how come the person in question is doing other art trades &/or commissions for people that come after me? It would be like as if I decide to do
roseraptor's gift art next instead of the people that come before her. That wouldn't be right, and it wouldn't be fair. It wouldn't be fair at all.
---THE POINT---
Bottom line, the point I'm trying to make with you all is, if you're gonna do an art trade with me, DO IT! Don't just say you're gonna do it and end up not doing it.
When I'm doing an art trade with someone, I'm doing an art trade. Not a gift art, not a commission, an art trade. Nothing more!
So remember that when you decide to do an art trade with me. If you're going to do something for/with me, I expect you to keep your word. For I will keep my word too, because I'd rather not be remembered as the guy that can't finish anything.
That's all I got to say to you all.

THE WORD MUST BE SPREAD!
Posted 13 years agoHello everyone. Andrew here wanting to discuss with you all about something. And you all should spread the word to anyone looking to get a new flat-screen TV.
2 Christmas' ago (Or I think it was longer than that), my parents got me a flat-screen Sceptre TV. It wasn't as big as I wanted (I wanted it to be as big as the shelf where my old TV was), but I was happy with it at first. But then a few months later, I started to encounter some problems (And I'm still encountering problems to this very day).
The first problem I've encountered is the fact that it turns itself off automatically at random times. It would turn itself back on sometimes when it does that, but not often. You could imagine how annoying that is.
But if you want to know the really annoying part, here it is.
A year ago, after I got my X-Box 360, I wanted to get a 5-way auto-sensing audio/video selector switch so that I can play my X-Box & my X-Box 360 without replacing one of the console's RCA connector cables with the other console's over & over again. A month later, I start getting static on my screen & my speakers at random times on random days. And worse, when I get static on my screen, I can't turn the damn TV off. Only way to do that is to unplug it (Or in my case, flip the "Monitor" switch on the power box it's plugged into).
Not only that, but sometimes when I turn my TV on, I get a black screen. And when I get the black screen, I can't turn my TV off until I unplug it again.
When I told my friends & family about these problems, my Papa felt that it was because of the fact that I have so much stuff hooked up to it. I had my Audio/Video Selector Switch, my PC, & my MAC all connected to the TV. And one of my friends from work says it was the Audio/Video Selector Switch due to the fact that it was from RadioShack.
But I felt it was the TV because of all these problems I have encountered. The stuff that's connected to my TV wasn't even connected to my TV when I encountered the first problem. All that was connected back then was my DVD player or X-Box.
Well, I didn't discover the real problem until today when I got the Pac-Man Connect and Play TV-game from Kmart. 4 months ago, I felt my friend from work was right & I removed my Audio/Video Selector Switch.
Then today, when I brought home Pac-Man Connect and Play to play on my TV, you guessed it, I got static on my screen again! I went to go play it on my parent's living room TV and it works fine. Though to be honest, after playing a few of the games, it made me wish I got the SpongeBob SquarePants: Jellyfish Dodge TV game instead. You'll see what I mean when/if I review Pac-Man Connect and Play for my reviewing series.
At first, I felt it was Pac-Man Connect and Play that was the problem. So I decided to test my theory by playing my SpongeBob SquarePants: Bikini Bottom 500 TV game to see what happens.
Because it worked fine on my Grandpa's guest room TV (It's a small old CRT-TV with a VCR connected to it) & the TVs at the Best Western hotel in Dixon (Their TVs were brand new).
Anyway, I tried it on my TV. And just as I feared, I got the "green & purple static screen of doom".
Bottom line, if you're a gamer & want to use your new TV to play games both on a console/computer or through Plug It In and Play TV Games, DO NOT get a Sceptre TV! They are a big rip off and it will frustrate you to the extreme!

Whoa! Deja Vu!
Posted 13 years agoWell, here's something unexpected. O.K, so I was signing out of my Yahoo! e-mail when I saw this video on Yahoo! News.
Some of you are probably saying "Yeah? So what?" Well, many years ago (I think this was in 2007), my mom was driving me home. But along the way, I saw an orange lightning bolt from a far distance! When I saw that, I asked my mom "Did you see that?" And mom said "I didn't see that and neither did you." But how could one forget a thing like that?
The weird part, the orange lightning bolt I saw looked exactly like the one in the video! Is that odd or what?

SWEEPER WORKS IS ON YOUTUBE!!!
Posted 13 years agoHello viewers &/or Sweeper Works fans,
Andrew here announcing that we now have a YouTube account! I don't have a lot of videos in there at the moment. Only 1 that I think dog lovers would enjoy.
Sometime in the future, probably after Christmas, I plan to start a reviewing series where I review places, video games, & much more. It'll mainly depend on if I can get the things I need before then.
Anyway, if you'd like to pay my page a visit or subscribe, follow this link.

Any Art Site Suggestions?
Posted 13 years agoHello everyone.
Now that I have created non-animal characters (characters that aren't from an animal related series), I will need to look for some non-furry art websites to join.
Because as you can see on my page in the Artist Profile section, I said "We'll create a profile in DeviantART when we start introducing non-furry work".
I'm not going to get a DA profile until after I finish Operation Charity though. So before I do, I'd like to know from any of you if there are any art websites you think I should join. So far, I've been thinking of joining the following sites.
(The ones with * are the ones I've been looking at the most.)
-DeviantART*
-Furocity
-Inkbunny
-SheezyArt*
-SoFurry
-Tumblr*
But I'd like to join more if I can find any. Do any of you know any art sites you'd like to recommend?

What Is Furth?
Posted 13 years agoHey guys, Andrew here wanting to talk to you about planet Furth.
Some of you who have seen the character information of the Fatty Furries have seen Furth mentioned as "Earth from another dimension that is inhabited by furries". But most of you probably don't fully understand what Furth is. Well, today, I will reveal the answer to a most puzzling question.
Furth is a parallel Earth from an alternate reality. It's not really called Furth. Like us, they call their planet "Earth". The name "Furth" came from David Jonathan. He called it Furth since it's just like Earth, except the dominant species are anthropomorphics (aka "Furries"). Hence the name "Furth" (Earth + Furry = Furth).
As I said before, Furth is just like Earth. It has the same laws of physics, it has the same resources, it has the same countries, it has the same plant life & wild life, basically, it's just like Earth in almost every way. Only difference is that the dominant species are NOT HUMANS. Humans don't even exist on Furth or anywhere else in this dimension. The dominant species on Furth are anthropomorphics. But they aren't just any anthropomorphic, they are the exact ones that people like us draw & create everyday!
Whenever someone in our dimension creates an anthropomorphic character, the character they are creating comes to life on Furth. For example, let's say I wanted to create a male anthropomorphic weaner dog, named Bubbles, who owns the best hot dog stand in the world, called Bubble Dogs. When I draw Bubbles for the first time, he comes to life on Furth doing exactly what he was created to do. Run a successful hot dog business on Furth called Bubble Dogs.
The only characters that don't appear on Furth are fan based ones.
Another difference with Furth is that they've never had a war against themselves on Furth. They've had fights &/or battles, but never a war. Reason for that is because in the animal kingdom, animals never had a war.
That's basically what Furth is. If you have anymore questions about Furth, I'll try to answer what I can.

Operation Generosity
Posted 13 years agoWell this is something I didn't expect. After there not being any comments in the last journal I posted (There was some other journal I posted after the Collabs journal, so that's not the one I'm talking about), I am beginning to feel that Sweeper Works isn't as alive to most people as it used to be. I think I know what the problems are though. I think the problems are 1, I limit myself to 3 art trades for every 1000 pageviews I get.
2, the main comic series of Fatty Furries is on hold in an attempt to try to show you all that there is more to Sweeper Works than just fat characters.
3, there are some questions I haven't answered yet in Ask Sweeper, therefore people are most likely afraid to ask.
4, I do gift arts for anyone that picks the correct guess in the Guessing Game challenge and/or wins contests that I might make in the future.
And 5, which I think is the most likely reason, is that I don't socialize as much as I should.
If the 5th theory is the problem, then I apologize. You see, the reason why I don't socialize as much as I should is because I've been through so much pain over the years. Especially in my school years. So I mostly speak when spoken to.
So, I had formulated a plan in an attempt to get Sweeper Works back on it's feet. I'm calling it "Operation Generosity".
Originally, Operation Generosity was where I went to 25 random users on furaffinity offering to do a gift art for them. However, things started to come up and I ended up doing a gift art for 15 random users instead (16 if roseraptor replies my message).
Here's a list of people I did gift arts for in order.
BTW, for those of you that noticed that I changed the name of this from Operation Charity to Operation Generosity, the reason I did that is because I figured out what a charity is a long time ago and I figured to avoid confusion from lots of people, I should change Charity to Generosity. Because a charity is where you earn money and give it to a worthy cause, and I didn't make any money off of these pictures nor did I intend to... This was pretty much gift art thing for 15 lucky furaffinity users, so it's more of generosity than charity. Because I'm doing a gift art for these 15 people out of the kindness of my heart. ^_^

Collabs
Posted 13 years agoHello everyone, Andrew here wanting to introduce something new I'd like to do. Though from what I remember from my searches in Fur Affinity & DeviantART, there might already be a name for what I'm thinking of (Since it seems people have done it before).
I call it a "Team Art". Or at least I did. Silverlover03 showed me that it's actually called a Collaboration. Or as it might commonly be known on art sites, a "Collab".
For each 1000 pageviews I get, I'm gonna open a Collab with the first 3 people that want to do one. Though just like my Art Trades, there are a few exceptions with my Collabs that you should know.
And just like in my Art Trades, I would appreciate it if you do these things for me too. Thank you.

1. I won't draw/modify fan art &/or fan characters. If you want me to draw/modify a character you don't own &/or a character from a series you don't own, you're out of luck.
2. If you're going to do a collab with me & modify something of mine, DO NOT add stuff you don't own. I will only do original work, NO FAN WORK.
3. I won't draw nudity &/or modify nude pictures. A bra & panties is as far as I'll go with female characters and underpants is as far as I'll go with male characters.
4. Once the picture/project is done, you will give your copy the same advisory warning as my copy. I don't care if you feel the picture is General Audience or not. If I feel the picture is too graphic for a General Audience, you will give it the same setting as mine.
and...
5. If I've already done a collab with you, don't ask for another one. Let's give other people a chance first. If no one else is asking for one (Or if we're gonna do one with an additional person), I might do a second one for you. But let's give other people a chance to get one.
And just like in my Art Trades, I would appreciate it if you do these things for me too. Thank you.

Guessing Game #1 - The Answer!
Posted 13 years agoWell, the answer for Guessing Game #1 has finally arrived. Incase some of you don't remember, here was the question and here were the guesses & who picked them.
Congratulations 50percentgrey. You won yourself a gift art. As for the rest of you, thank you for participating. I hope you guys will participate in the next Guessing Game challenge. But incase you guys are wondering, allow me to explain why the other guesses were wrong.
A was wrong because the guess said the officials of Area 51 were going after the Big Bad Girl to get their map back. Why would Wolfy Hood avoid that area when the officials want the Big Bad Girl? Unless they'll take him away for witnessing it, but he would have no idea they were there.
B was wrong because Jobo (The one who's narrating the story) is not the prankster type. Unless it's April Fools day, but there was no way of telling if this page was gonna be done in April.
C was a high possibility (Infact, I was thinking of having that be the correct answer at first). However, according to an information site I sometimes go to, the story that the mutant billy goat is spoofed from (Three Billy Goats Gruff) is a Norwegian fairy tale. While Little Red Ridding Hood (the story Lil' Blue Wolfy Hood is a spoof of) is a French fairy tale (Incase you're wondering why the comic has a few French stuff). So this couldn't be true because both characters are not from the same place.
And E was wrong because normally, a detour sign placed by a construction crew would be orange. Not white. Then again, I never seen a French detour sign.
Sorry that you guys didn't win the gift art. I hope you'll play again next time. However, if you're interested in doing an art trade with me instead, you can speak to me about it after I get 1000 page views (Which by the looks of it, will be very soon).
In page 2 of flarry Tales in Lil' Blue Wolfy Hood, the Big Bad Girl took a shortcut to Grandpa Wolfy's apartment. Afterwards, she learns through experience why Wolfy Hood didn't take the shortcut. Which do you think happened?
A) The officials of Area 51 came & beat her up to get their map back. <-Picked by
ButtercreamBunny
B) Absolutely nothing happened. The narrator is pulling a prank on you. <-Picked by
tobymanic
C) She was attacked by a mutant billy goat for crossing his bridge. <-Picked by
Macid
D) What happened to her was SO terrible that neither the narrator nor the Big Bad Girl are gonna tell you what happened. <-Picked by
50percentgrey
E) The detour sign was placed by a construction crew. So she walked right into a construction site and got hurt. <-Picked by nobody... lol...
But now page three is in. The correct guess to Guessing Game #1 is...
D
PICKED BY 50PERCENTGREY!

Reasons Why I Haven't Brought in Anything New Lately
Posted 13 years agoHello everyone, Andrew here. Some of you that have looked at my page recently have probably been wondering "Why hasn't Sweeper Works brought in anything new yet?". Well, if any of you have been wondering that, here are the answers to that questions.
For starters, I have finished 1 Art Trade about a month ago & I have just finished a gift art today. However, I am not gonna submit them until 2 people finish their art trades. I don't know how long it's gonna be until they finish them, but I'm confident that they'll be done soon. So be patient if you want to see the 2 pictures I made.
Other than that, most of it is my fault. I was focused on getting my 1st Wear Whatever You Want Birthday Party on March 10th ready. The party was OK, but it didn't go as well as I hoped it would. Only 1 person from work came. Family came too, but I was hoping to see 3 or 4 people from work at my party. Not only that, but my step brother, his girlfriend, & my step sister weren't dressed up. We still had fun and my Orc costume gave me lots of attention. Lol! And no, this does not mean I'm 23 now. My actual birthday is on the 15th. We had the party on the 10th because that was the only day my mom would be able to join us.
Also, I was playing around with a program called LEGO Digital Designer. The stuff I made in that program are pretty awesome. It's a shame that they took out Design By Me. There was 1 set in particular I wanted to have for reals. I'd show you all what I made in there, but like I said before, "I don't do fan art &/or fan characters". So I can't show you guys what I made unless I get permission from LEGO to do so. I can send them to LEGO.com though, but don't count on it.
And finally, I was waiting for 4 more people to pick a guess in the Guessing Game challenge. So far, only 1 person picked a guess last month. But there are 4 more guesses up for grabs. So if any of you want me to do a gift art for you (Even if you're someone I've done an art trade for), pick a guess quick before it's too late.
Anyway, now that my party is out of the way, I can get back to work on drawing new stuff. I think I'm gonna do page 3 of Flarry Tales in Lil' Blue Wolfy Hood next. Because I'm pretty sure the person who already picked a guess wants to know if he won or not.
That is all, take care everyone.

Fatty Furries on Hold
Posted 13 years agoHey viewers &/or fans of Fatty Furries. Andrew here wanting to discuss with you viewers about something.
Now I haven't had this profile for too long and I probably still have a few/lot to learn about running a business & what the viewers are like around Fur Affinity. Though something my mom told me really made me think (Which will explain why I haven't brought in anything new for a while).
Back when I was visiting my grandparents, I showed her my creation that Sweeper Works released. From looking at the Fatty Furries pictures & the Fatty Furries short comics, my mom asked "Aren't you afraid that this will attract too many weird people?".
Now I ain't gonna point fingers at users that weirded me out (because that would be rude & would make Sweeper Works look bad), but I will admit that I have encountered a few users here that weirded me out. Basically, I feel that some of my viewers think that Sweeper Works is all about overweight anthropomorphics. I feel that some of my viewers think that I'm physically attracted to big girls and that this is a rp page. It would explain why the Fatty Furries get more views than Shadow, David, & everything else (Though it does prove my point that overweight anthropomorphics are infact popular).
Infact, if any of you saw the very 1st shout I had on my profile, there was someone who claimed I was "100% bats---", claimed that I needed therapy, and thought I was gonna make pictures of Kathy eating cheeseburgers. Then again, he/she was probably trolling me. I'm not gonna point fingers at the person responsible because I feel that if anyone that supports me decided to give the person in question a hard time for what he/she said to me, I'm sure he/she would send their friends/supporters after me. So I feel it would be best for everyone if we just left the person in question alone. I ain't here to pick fights &/or make enemies.
Anyway, the point I'm trying to make with you all is that there's more to Sweeper Works than just fat characters. The entire reason why I created the Fatty Furries is because overweight female anthropomorphics are one of the most popular things on the internet. So I felt I should make a series based on that interest.
But after looking at some of my comments & some of the notes I received, I am beginning to feel that my mom might be right. So I have decided to put the main comic series of Fatty Furries on hold for a while. They'll still be around and I'll get back to work on the main comic series in the future, so this doesn't mean I'm getting rid of them.
First thing I'm gonna do is finish my art trade with
Herro. After that, I'm gonna start on a completely different series that will have furries in it, but not fat furries. The next thing I'm gonna introduce will be something I made back in high school that people back then thought was hilarious. I'm also gonna put something in where you can ask any character from Sweeper Works (Including the characters from Fatty Furries) a question you have. Not all questions will be answered though, so don't send in messages asking "why hasn't my question been answered?".
As for the Fatty Furries, I might make a few pictures & some more Fatty Furries shorts. But for now, I'm putting the main comic series on hold.
If any of you have anything negative you want to say about this, I would appreciate it if you kept it to yourself. Cuz like I said before, "I ain't here to pick fights &/or make enemies".
Thank you for your time.

Art Trades
Posted 14 years agoREAD THIS JOURNAL FIRST!!!
Hello folks, Andrew here wanting to talk to you all about Art Trades.
Now from what I've seen in my comments & the amount of faves I get, I am guessing that there are some of you that might be interested in doing an art trade with me.
So here's a deal I'm going to make for you all, for each 1000 pageviews I get on my page, I will do 3 art trades for the next 3 people that want to do one. There are a few things I should point out before you ask me for an art trade.
1. I don't do fan art &/or fan characters. If you want me to draw a character you don't own &/or a character from a series you don't own, you're out of luck. Anytime I do fan art, I get bullied on by cyber bullies who claim to be fans. I don't want to go through that again.
2. I don't draw nudity. A bra & panties is as far as I'll go with female characters and underpants is as far as I'll go with male characters. I would appreciate it if you don't ask for thongs &/or speedos though (Especially speedos).
3. If I already done an art trade with you, don't ask for another one. Let's give other people a chance first. If no one else is asking for one, I might do a second one for you. But let's give other people a chance to get one.
and...
4. If you're gonna do an art trade with me, you will finish it in less than a year after I finish yours. If your art trade isn't finished a year later after I do yours, then there's gonna be a problem between us.
I would appreciate it if you do these things for me too when you do your trade. Thank you.

ART TRADE SUGGESTIONS:
You don't have to do these with your trade if you don't want to. But if you're able to, I'd like it if you would do one of these things.
1. If someone is good at imitating classic Japanese art, I'd love to see someone do something like that with Asami wearing an ancient Japanese dress with an ancient Japanese hairstyle. Ask me for links of some classic Japanese art pictures if you want to know what I'm talking about.
2. There are a lot of flash users that make interactive pregnancy flashes. I'd love someone to do one of Camelia.
3. Some of you Fatty Furries fans out there might already have an idea on which fatty furry David's gonna end up with. You could draw a picture of him with the fatty furry you think he's gonna end up with and explain in the artist's comment why you think he's gonna end up with the fatty furry you're thinking of.
