Everyone having a great weekend!? :3
Big update coming up!
Every Trimester I will make a journal for my upcoming plans.
These journals will give a general idea what I am up to for the upcoming year of 2016! ^___^
♥ JANUARY ♥
* Starting this month and for the rest of the month what is left I will be working on 5+ Splatoon Hats a week

* Finish a few art pieces from my art backlog! YES!

* Finish more art pieces for at least 2 weeks ♥
* New Etsy orders! (feeed me!)
* Finish 1 kigurumi pajama for santeria
This is just to get the general idea. When possible I will do more in between projects and finish my backlog asap! Wish me luck!

I will also start moving my kigurumi work to here and post journals with information and new slot information for the future.
During Spring I will work on a few new projects & I am expecting to have room for new Kigurumi slots during the Summer.
I am planning to introduce a new system how I will accept new slots, more info about that coming soon!

I have decided, since fa has folders now! that I will be moving my Kigurumi business back to my main here!
It will be easier to maintain everything on one page, as I have already done on weasyl: https://www.weasyl.com/~sweetsushi
Folders makes everything so much better ♥ Hurray!
I will be moving all my projects already done to here and will continue to upload new projects here as well.
I will also make a few extra journals and info about kigus, hats and other future projects!
It's going to take a while to make the move complete, but I think this is going to be so much better and I hope to see all my followers from sweetkigus back here ^_____^

2015 Wrap Up & a Happy New Year!
Posted 10 years agoFirst of all I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year! ☆ ♥ ☆ ♥
I hope everyone is enjoying their new years eve ^_______^ We already have enjoyed the fireworks here and now 2 hours after midnight it’s still going. I live on the 9th floor with a view on the big city, so it was very exciting to see! ♥
Another year have pasted and we are mostly settled in our apartment. On top of that my dream to become a freelance artist and seamstress became true ♥ Although my biggest dream has yet to come true tough, to start my own family :3. And now during the last year, my mate was (finally) excited about this idea too ♥ ♥ ♥ But first things first, gotta be responsible :P
I was really happy I was able to provide my own income to cover expenses. At first I was afraid people would stop taking interest in my work, instead I got more work then I can handle. I have made so many art pieces and cute kigurumi pajamas and still going. Eventually I also begun to make splatoon hats which unexpectedly became a huge success. I even made an Etsy shop which can be found on www.fanties.etsy.com
Like every year I am getting the feeling it always been such a busy and stressful year for me. This year was no different and for that reason I hope to change that from now on. It’s starting to get a toll from me and yes I know I sound like an old lady :P I have experienced a burnout…I recently found a physiotherapist who now helps me with my physical pain (like back, neck, shoulder pain and headaches) and next year I will also see a coach who will help me to get my life a bit in order. Getting there!
I have so much more to share (deleted so much hahahaha), I am super excited for this year and I hope you guys are too!

Just uploaded one of my latest kigu projects ♥ check it out!
For this year I have 1 more kigu and a few hats to share. 2016 has been a bit of a busy and stressful year, all tough pretty productive sewing wise.
I am pretty proud on my achievements BUT I rlly need to get back to my art. I will share a detailed story/journal update later this year, I just got so many things to tell and share.
In 2016 I will focus a bit more on art again and finish my queue for both kigus/hats and art (so not just sewings).
I will not be opening any new slots during that time so I will be able to finish everyones commissions starting next year.
I am truly grateful for your patience and I hope you are looking forward to 2016 :D I can't wait to get back to art and make you guys cute stoef! ♥

Moving my kigu page to here?
Posted 10 years agoI am thinking about moving my sewings back to sweetsushi, where my original base is.
Back then I wanted to have it organized and ppl to easily check on my art and sewing in one nice overview.
For that reason I created the page 
and dealt with my kigu related stuff there.
Now that they released the folder system, I think it might be a good idea to have everything on one place again?
Especially since my main focus is sewing now. Of course there will still be plenty of art to upload, very patient awaiting commissions and hopefully a bit more personal art in the future.
What do you think? Would you mind if I would upload both kigus/other sewings and art in one place? Would it confuse you? Would it annoy you :P?
It's gonna be allot of work to have it all moved and setup tough and might loose some ppl over there who might miss out on my moving updates...>_<
But I am guessing it is worth the shot, especially since it will be easier to only update/communicate on 1 page (beside other websites I am on)

Ohh and to be honest, I also only have 1 weasyl, 1 deviantart, 1 tumblr, 1 twitter and 1 facebook page where I upload both my art and sewings.
Furaffinity was the only pace where I had multiple pages without a folder system (well not counting social media like twitter or tumblr...tag system! ♥ :P)

Hat Price Update! Last chance!!
Posted 10 years agoI've spend all day yesterday making my Etsy Shop! But more info about that in my next journal :P
For now I want to announce I am going to upgrade the price for my Splatoon Hats!
I've realized I am making a bit of a loss with paying for shipping boxes, paypal fee and such.
So I have been doing some math :P lol and I am going to chance the prices of my hats.
The Girl Inkling hat is going to be from €50 to €55
The Boy inkling hat is going to be from €40 to €45 (maybe €50 in the future)
I've already updated my Hat Form but if you like the hat for the old prices, you can still do so TODAY!
Requests made today 17-09 will still get the hat for the old prices. After that the new prices will apply.
I've also updated the color varations a bit, you can now choose from 9 main colors and 6 skin colors.
You can send me a message If you like to have something you don't see in the color options!

I've played around with my schedule and moved around a few kigus, so I am able to spend few weeks on art by the end of THIS month.
I will continue this routine every month, starting out with finishing a few art commissions and hopefully my art queue will grow smaller and smaller by the month.
I feel so blocked, I feel inspired to do art everyday...but work and stuff keeps me from it and it makes me feel blegh.
First priority goes to my commissioners of course, maybe a few warm-up doodles/art pieces.
Hopefully I will be able to be a bit more active here and upload a few lovely art pieces ^_^

I am finally going/trying to set up an Etsy Shop. I kinda just postpone that for a while, but ppl are asking me.
...so I guess why not. At first I didn't have anything to actually put up, cause all my work is custom made.
I can post my hats tough and I like to start making some pre-made stuff too, I hope Etsy can be of some help ♥
If you have any tips for me how to start an Etsy Shop or anything rlly, please let me know ^_^
I won't spend too much time on it right away tough, I will setup a quick shop this weekend with the splatoon hats.
I will wait with other crafted projects until next year, since there is still much to do for now ^_^
Atm I am working on the kigurumi for QueenKayara which should be done this week.
It is my birthday in the next week, so I like to spend a bit on art too.
I will also make a few more Splatoon Hats and continue the work on MuffinAngels kigu.
Then in the week after, I need to start a new kigurumi! So yeah, busyyy!
ART COMMISSIONERS IMPORTANT!
As you can see, this month is pretty busy with sewing sewing sewing and not so much art :(
I will try to work on Art commissions where it is possible and hopefully I will be able to schedule more art time in the next month.
I understand it's taking a long time & I am struggling allot with this too, that's why I've closed art commissions...so I hope you still have patience with me!
I can't help but feel I keep apologizing, but I just want you to know...I am trying hard to get this work and that I appreciate everything you guys have done for me.
Don't be afraid to poke me a note tough and ask for an update. Even tough sewing is my full time job now, I did not forgot about you ♥
