Hi Friends! I haven't been too active here in a hot minute. But I've been getting a lot of art and hanging out around Telegram more. But it's time I got back on here, so here I am! :D

I finally finished uploading a large backlog of art I had commissioned from artists and friends! So apologies for all the Swifty Content in your latest submissions tab. heh

Me and the husband have a lot of new updates!

1. Got a new Puppy! So now we have two Terriers. Moxxie being the newest. She's a spoiled little thing <3

2. We moved! We are still in our immediate area, just moved a little closer to their work and got a bigger house.

3. I became a Twitch Streamer! I stream games and just chatting and hanging around on Twitch. Feel free to check me out and give me a follow! 4. I started work last year at a theater that hosts Broadway shows! It's been fun and exciting, and I've gotten to see soooo many shows and concerts. <3

Hello all, and thank you for the follows! <3

Just wanted to take the time to post a few updates!

One major one is that I am currently leaving my job I've had for a few years. I worked my way up into management and ended up at the point where I have been working too much. So I haven't been able to have time for family or friends or the hobbies I love and have a passion for. Right now, I work nights and weekends at a local card shop. But as of next week, I'm moving on to something new and relevant to many interests I've had! I'll post updates as I get them too if I can!

But the best part about swapping jobs is that I will be taking a cut in hours and pay, but it does mean that I can have some extra time to spend with people and to play games and such with! And travel more too!

I'm most excited to spend time with my fox, my new puppy, my old puppy, and go out to cons and make great memories and just enjoy life in general! <3

I've been getting a lot of new art from my awesome friend  Yuguni and I still have some I need to upload. I've just been a bit worn out or lazy x3

I'm looking to play more games with people too! So if you have any suggestions, Im all ears! I've still got VR Chat and stuff, but havent gotten on it too often. I used a generic husky skin for a while, and would love my own custom avatar, but that's hella expensive haha

Anywho, to keep it brief, those are some updates to my life in 2022.

Finally got around to uploading some of the art that I got in the past year. Im sure I have plenty more that I'm forgetting to upload heh ^^;;

Let's see... What are some updates...

1. Work has been going well this past year. We finally hired some new people and it has made things a little less stressful.
2. I celebrated my 33rd Birthday a couple weeks ago. Was pretty fun! I got a new Garurumon tattoo on my arm! Going in a couple days to get it all colored in since it's now fully healed. I can't wait! ^^
3. As you can see, I've been getting a lot of art. And I always want more @.@ (If you wanna get art together, let me know! I've got a few friends I'm waiting on to get art with right now. x3)

Not sure what other updates I can give haha

But overall, some things have been going pretty well!

I'm going to need to try to get on here and give some more updates from time to time when I can. I've been working a lot and then been using my few hours a night to rest and relax by either catching up on anime or playing some of my games. (Just beat Horizon Zero Dawn recently and been looking for new games to play x3)

I'll try to do better about updates.

Well, its been a while since Ive posted an update. Been a bit on the quiet side when it comes to interacting with most people. And I've been trying to get better about that.

I started a new job that takes up a lot of my time. I work at a card shop that sells trading cards, board games, and it hosts events daily too. Its much better than my gamestop job i had. More hours, closer to home, better pay, and fun coworkers. Hopefully I can use some money to attend cons or do other fun things Ive not usually been able to do.

A big life change happened too. Probably the main reason I've been keeping more to myself. Late September, my mom passed away. I was able to see her a few days before she passed, she just wasn't able to respond or communicate. But being able to see her before that meant the world.

Its been almost 5 months now. And you'd think things could get a bit easier or less emotional on the subject. But it hasnt been. It takes a lot to admit that I'm still not okay. Ive been told that it's okay that I'm not okay. But it's hard to accept that.

I feel bad about it all. The last time I spoke to my mom was September 17th when me and my husband were on vacation in disney with a friend. Then 2 days later, she was put in the hospital and wasn't able to talk. We talked almost every day for the years I lived away from my family. But since she passed, I havent been able to consistently keep up with my family. We dont talk unless I call.

Anyway, sorry for rambling. Was just trying to post an update for friends.


If I'm quiet or havent been keeping up with things, please be patient with me. I'm still trying to regain a sense of normality.

"Where have you been Swift?" Well, let me answer some of that for you all.

Alright. Been a bit inactive on here but I suppose it's time for a few updates!

One major thing that's kept me from here and my other media places is a family medical issue.

I'll start with the not so good news first.
Last month, my mom went to the doctors and was told that things didn't look too good. So when we found out that she might have a dangerous health condition, I drove down to Mississippi and spent nearly a month with my family. Helping out with doctors appointments, helping my lil sister with her homework, and helping my brother with collecting his things from his ex wife's home.
My mom's health condition has been weighing heavy on my mind since the doctors haven't told her anything helpful yet. I even went into the appointment with her and try still weren't able to share much with us regarding her health or anything that the tests were for that they were doing. I'm back in New York now, just got back last week actually. And I found out that they're having to do infusions with my mom. They're 5 hour sessions, about 3-4 times a week. Still not hearing from the doctors what these treatments are for. And we are still being kept in the dark. I know these treatments are supposed to help. But I still can't help but to worry and be concerned about it too. Only time will tell I suppose.

let's end with something positive!
I've been trying to learn more art techniques. And getting back to my roots by doing a bit of fanart. So I'm trying to hone skills I used to have a long time ago, and bring them into my art again.
October is coming up, and I plan on participating in Inktober. A sketch every day for the entire month. That's something I'm really looking forward to. I'm hoping to do a Halloween theme for all my art in October.
Some things helping me keep my spirits through all this family medical issues have been art and some video games. I played Diablo twice in the past month. Need to do that again. And Pokémon has been a good distraction too. Whether it be Pokémon moon or Pokémon go. It's been a good way to keep my mind occupied. I'm totally looking towed to Pokémon ultra sun and moon too.

So that's pretty much the just of it really. Sorry for the somewhat depressing update. But I still have high hopes and I'm accepting all the positive thoughts I can in this time of confusion and stress. But I'm still gonna be sending out my own positive thoughts to those of you who need them too!

Well, people keep telling me that I should start doing commissions, so I guess I'm here to start and to get some practice out of it too!

So I am opening commissions for some arts! $2-$5 sketches and such. All of my commissions will be hand drawn, as I've always been the more traditional pencil and paper kind of guy. x3

What are you getting? A hand drawn and/or colored sketch/drawing by me! You can check my page for some examples of my work. I'll draw them by hand and then scan them in via my printer/scanner.

So since I last posted, I moved to NY. So if there's any NY furs, be sure to hit me up! I can always use more friends. ^_^

A big change occurred too! One day, when my Wuff (Omnirok) and I were playing pokemon, he proposed to me. So I said yes! (After I said he cheated since you only have six prizes in pokemon... wedding ring was the seventh prize he says... heh)

So on March 14, 2015, we got married. Naturally, it was Pi day. (3.1415...) Couldn't waste the opportunity. haha

We live together with our two bearded dragons, 8 mice, puppy, and all our fish. Our house has turned into a zoo. haha

So yeah. Those are the major things that have happened. Not sure who follows me well on here, but I thought I'd post some updates!

I'm also into drawing again, and my amazing new friend Spunky_Shep has been giving me pointers for using a computer and tablet for drawing stuffs. I can't thank him enough for this fun new hobby. xD

So yeah. I expect to be on here and posting more too! ^_^

Talked to a drunk person and his friends, turned out to be a pretty fun night.

It's almost christmas time, and honestly, I don't want anything. Just seeing others happy is enough for me.

Next week, I get to go to Florida and spend some time with my boyfriend. And even New Years too! ^_^

I can't wait for a lot of things.
