Hey guys! I'm in my new flat! Good news and bad news though:

My internet right now is limited to download so I have to watch what I do online and what I download. No streaming, no mass of images, etc etc until I figure out some kind of loophole. This however will not effect my art: I'll still upload on a friend's connection and I'll still be working on it; just don't expect me to be constantly around. I can't really apply for broadband yet as I need to amass some funds to pay off a bill my previous flatmates left me with over the summer, which, incidentally, happens to be my broadband bill. :b Needless to say it's been a lot more money than I can afford.

I do plan on starting the 'Iron Artist' challenge soon, though I want to finish off current projects first. Having my own place will certainly boost my concentration and motivation to get some art done. Keep this space clear ;3

I've been listening to this All fucking night and it's driving me insane, it's so beautiful, symbolizing how fragile and simple life is. It would be tragedy for you to go through life and not hear this song at least once in it's entirety, appreciate it for what it is.

THANK YOU GUYS for making the LFM weekend I attended so amazing. The Curry meet and the LFM in general was fantastic and I really enjoyed myself. Big thanks go to  aniboxer for arranging everything, inviting me down, and being the sole reason I could be there. I've got him to thank for that experience which has left me wanting to come down for every single one. Thanks go to  baekho for the hat I wear permanently now, too! <3).

Thanks go to everyone who chilled out with me, spoke to me, watched my back and humoured me(!) You're all excellent people and I'm quite happy to say there are far too many of you to list here. :D

I know it's been gruelling, and I can't say it's all been tea and biscuits for me either, but that's a massive weight off my mind and just in time for the artistic streak you'll all be seeing soon, when I start uploading this backlog. xD

Also, thank you all for being so patient with me and my commissions recently. The rut I've been in hasn't really lifted and probably wont so long as the flats we apply for keep getting sold under our feet, but we're putting a lot more effort into solving this homeless issue now. I'm looking forward to spending this weekend just relaxing, meeting some new peeps and getting some art done, when I'm free to.

So yeah, if you're going to the LondonFur meet on Saturday, let me know! Look out for me, I'm the fat ugly one wielding the cheap-ass tablet and a lethal-looking pen.

I really appreciate knowing more peeps are interested in the work I'm producing, and hope to produce more arts to your liking! I check the pages of everyone who watches me on the lookout for potential artists. It's just how I roll.

As for my art style, a lot of you may have noticed I'm swerving into a particular 'kink'; It's true, my interest seems to have brought forward a few other furs who seem to like it too. I get there are a lot of arguments as to why cuntboys could be considered 'flat-chested women'; fair enough. If it gives you peace of mind, feel free to consider them so. Just try not to impose these opinions on anyone else; it wouldn't be a kink without the beholder's imagination, would it? :b

I'll keep producing arts like I do every now and again; probably shouldn't hold back a bunch of them before I post them, though.

I should also firmly state that I do not work on commissions in any particular order, though I'm almost certain if you've been watching me for more than a month, you'll know this by now. xD

So I'll wrap this up; thanks to all the friends and watchers who have supported me and kept me going. I really do appreciate it. ^^

Alright, so as of 30 mins ago, I've been so off-focus it's unbelievable. I just got caught under a freak thunderclap and since I have a phobia of thunder I've been unable to keep my hands still and my mind concentrated for too long, so I'll make this brief;

When I thank people for watching me, I may copy-paste the response but this does not mean I'm just brisking through people's pages without stopping to check them out! In my eyes, so long as I type it or use ctrl+v, they mean the same thing, and it still gives me a reason to check the pages of people I thank! But since I've got home I've been shivering like mad thanks to the thunder thing, and was halfway through thanking people when I received an email for a flat I've been applying for accommodation in. I copypasted the postcode and street address to reply to him via, and carried on thanking people, unaware that instead of the usual "thank you", I was in fact posting the postcode and street address instead!

If I've done this to you, I would appreciate if you could remove the address from your page. Another thing is I've been thanking people for 'faves' when they've watched me too; I don't mean this! I'm typing things without thinking and I can't slow down at the moment; I've never been so irrationally afraid of anything so much in my life.

Just curious to see the kind of responses I get from this. Say you've had a bad day, like, really cruddy. What would you be willing for by the end of it, that one thing to cheer you up and make the night sleepable?

Right, seriously guys, I don't know how often I tell this to everyone who asks me but it's enough to warrant fair use of a journal about it.

It took me about 9 years to draw furry art like I do now. This does in no way mean it takes that long to reach my status. Hell, some people are just born with fantastic skills, I can respect that. The main point is; you practice, you get somewhere.

Another thing I'd like to note: If you think your own art is perfect, you're doing it wrong. You need to be honest with yourself and find the criticism you need to improve your own art! If you can't even find your own criticism, how are you going to take anybody else's. :b

THAT BEING SAID

This is a very good example of why disliking your own art is a good thing! The more you see wrong with it, the more you can fix for the next time you draw! Hell, I don't fully like any work I do. I always end up nitpicking at things at the last minute, whether it's myself or my commissioners or friends who point it out to me.

So don't get demotivated by it! It's human nature to find fault in one's own devices. It's like evolution; not saying we need any more fingers but if we did, we might eventually end up with one in the future, right? What's to say your art doesn't work like that? What's to say you can't look at an arm, think "Hmm, it's slightly skewiff" and instead of going Bawww I'll go give up my art will never be good", why not just go "I think I'll sketch up a few arms on a piece of paper/tablet, see if I can get them looking better before my next picture"?

The more positive side of things are always so simple to find if you want to find them. Nobody's telling you to give up or go away, to stop art. If anyone is, I challenge them to do better than you before they have the right to claim it. :b In the end, WE WANT YOU TO IMPROVE. We want to see your art up there, with the big guns, flashing its juicy tender private parts in all directions!

So quit moaning and do it! DOO EET!!

Alright, it's about time I got back into the kick of things. The support from commissions has helped me pay my ex-landlord off, but he's been dragging the order on much longer than it's needed to and, with possible court-cases approaching my other ex-flatmates, and the fact that we were a joint tenancy, It's been stressful enough to distract me from important things, and dedications to those who bought from me.

But a couple of days ago with some motivation from a dedicated family member, I decided to hassle the shit out of him until I got what I wanted. After about five calls a day for three straight days, I finally got the confirmation that I was no longer involved or in trouble. ¦3

So with a clear mind, I can finally get working once again! And I'm gonna take a record of how long I stream each day, to try and keep up my standards.

SO In a few more minutes once I've thrown something into my gut in the form of what you mortals call 'food', I'm going to be posting a second journal with a link to my Watchtail where I'll be streaming artworks. Be ready! :D

1. I am me. I am not you. I do not want to be you. I do not need to be liked by you nor do I need to like you. I do not need to impress you and you do not need to impress me.

2. I make my own decisions. I ask my friends for opinions. I do not need your opinion if I do not ask for it. I do not need to consider your opinion if I have not asked for it. I will not agree with everything you say. I will not take everything you say to heart.

3. I am not your toy. I will not bow to your demands without good reason. You are not 'the apple of my eye' without good reason. If you tell me to jump, unless it benefits myself or my desires, I will kick you in the face.


4. Love is not lust. If you ask me to love you I will ask you not to lust for me. If you ask me to lust for you I will not love you. If you ask me to hate you I will not hate you. If you hate me I will dislike you. If you wrong me, then unless given a reason otherwise, I will hate you.

5. I will not put up with your bullshit. I will listen to cries for help. I will not listen to cries for attention. I will not encourage demoralizing conversations. If you upset me I will not talk to you for you are wrong to do so. If I upset you I will apologize and move on.

6. I am me. I am not you. I do not want to be you. I do not need to be liked by you nor do I need to like you. I do not need to impress you and you do not need to impress me.

(I know #1 is repeated for #6, that's because it's the most important one and needs read twice.)

In the end, just remember.
You are #1. You are the be-all, end-all.
You should praise yourself over everyone and everything else.
Because in the end, whether you believe it or not, you already do.
You feed yourself, you sleep, you drive, you work, all that for yourself.
You don't plant food in anyone else's mouth.
You don't sleep to regain energy for someone else.
You are the most important thing to you because without you, there is no you to find anything else important.
This is how *everyone* operates. Everyone thinks about themselves.
Nobody needs more or less attention than what they give themselves. Sometimes it's nice but it's not vital.
Even people who give to charity do it to make themselves feel happier about being generous.
Whether you realise you're praising yourself or not, you're still doing it, And that's the way it's meant to be.


Use the above rules as a basis for your emotions and respect yourself more. This is not sarcasm. Without this common sense I wouldn't be here, that's for sure. And I hope it makes sense, anyway. Thanks for reading, comments below~

Right, as a few of you will know, I now have quite a big commission to do: 30 furs applied for :aniboxer: 's commission and I'll explain how I intend to do it.

I'm going to work on it in sections, and divide those sections up between times. At this point in my commission work I try to be prompt but this is a lot of work and will probably take some time. I also intend to take commissions in-between drawing sections of the big commission: This will stop me losing motivation, kinda like a 'break' from the single picture every now and again. Commission slots will be limited though as I'll still need to focus on the big one without being overwhelmed. :3

I *estimate* this big pic will take about a week, but don't depend on my every word: this is my first attempt at something this big so I really can't make any promises. ^^;

 jesterdelorean is doing cheap badges! Neat art style, too! Go for it :D

If I get a hold of Watchtail's site owners, I'm going to offer then a donation in turn for a larger limit on watchers for the stream, since you guys often get locked out due to the room being full!

That's right, from the money you guys have helped me earn this month, not only am I able to pay off completely the serious debt I owe, but I'm able to have a little money sideline for other things like letting more of you watch, and letting Watchtail gain some more income so it can thrive!

Without you guys' support and commissioners buying from me, none of this would have been possible, and I would be in a lot of serious trouble right now, so I feel I owe you (and Watchtail for also being a vital factor here) something which could help us both. :3

I'm also going to start hosting competitions at some point, so keep a lookout for them.

Yup, the biggest furry event I've ever attended and it was pleasantly, surprisingly, drama-free! Well, domestics anyway. The Hotel somehow thought it'd be a good idea to invite some angry Manchester Football fans into the hotel (while it was occupied by many a fursuiter and many a gay exhibitionist) to earn a few more... hundred quid (on top of the £40k they made off us furs(:0!)), and thought everything would be hunky dory, which IN THE END only made it more difficult for the Convention security, but handle it they did, and brilliantly too! :D Shouts out to  Bluewoozle and all his Security colleagues here.

Credits to  milligramsmile,  azumawoof,  turboanthro and  crome for the other attending Scotfurs! Met a whole bunch of awesome furs too, among which  magrcon,  birdus and  aniboxer rank pretty much at the top of my list. Mag's an amazing artist and if you're none of the above people, get your ass to his FA and watch dat shiii~. Hell, buy some art, while you're there. >:3

So it's crunchtime! Roary (I've yet to get his FA) lent me his table in the Dealer's Den for a day and a half and I got a chance to try on some on-the-spot commissions, some of which I'll be posting soon. It also left me in a very artistic mood, so as long as PCD (Post Con Depression) doesn't set in for too long, I'll get uptodate on my commissions ASAP. No excuses this time.
