Oh wow!! It's only been a couple of months or so and yet I've hit a pretty big milestone! Thank you everyone for faving my art and watching my gallery- I'm a relatively inexperienced artist and new around the community, so it's a blessing to be welcomed so!

As the semester ends, I'll probably holding a bit of a raffle where one lucky watcher gets some free art to celebrate, and I'll be opening up commissions for a brief time! I've been a big fan of tarot and I've been dying to try and draw out my own. The theme of it would be "Men of the Ages," starting from The Fool as a Stone Age man all the way to The World, where a spaceship crewman stares into the stars. I have a few designs scribbled out and I'd like to flesh them out a bit and see if people would be interested in a full blown deck. This is a semi-minchiate deck too, so includes 20 more cards than the usual.

'Course, "A Story for Tonight" takes priority, and I'm starting to draw out assets for it now that the script is more or less finalized. We'll see how it goes!

After what seems like an entire month of writing (because it was) the first draft of my visual novel "A Story for Tonight" is complete! I will be sending it to some of my friends to beta (I am a world builder, not so much of writer) though if any one wants to peruse it and offer their two cents, send me a note and I'll send you a link. Progress has been moving steadily trying to add in all the optional talks with the other characters. I got over 20,000 words finished and still have 3 events to go before I am done-done with chapter 1.

No arts in the meantime though- school and the script takes top priority and the last thing I wanna do is lose my steam with the writing and also lose my scholarship >o>

As you can see from most of my recent art, I am working on a visual novel. It's a fantasy dating sim with a hint of business sim where you and the main characters are part of an adventurers guild. But instead of the adventurers, you get to control the staff who do all the other services a guild needs to do.

As for current progress, I am approximately 80% done with writing Chapter 1 and am beginning to send it to some editor friends to read. I have not really started on sprites and backgrounds and will start those once the script is complete. Then it's a matter of just getting all the assets into Renpy and hopefully the free demo for it will be out in two months!

I've been kicking around the idea of revisiting some of my older projects lately even though I have some new arts that I'm rather excited to do...

One that especially catches my attention is a visual novel idea involving an adventurers' guild, but instead of playing as the adventurers you play as the people who run the guild. My icon is actually based on one of the characters!

On the other hand, I wanna start on the celestials, hellspawn, and dragons for my Rhosos world as soon as I can. I got all their racial traits and histories nearly done too. Ah, waht to do, what to do...

Even though it's only been a day or two since I actually started posting, I just wanna say thank you to all who've faved what few pieces of art I have. It's nice to be welcomed in like this!

The Elemental Series will be part of a bigger series where I do some worldbuilding on the side- the World of Rhosos. Next on my list should be angels and demons, but I'll be taking a break from these to do some other works. 'Til then, enjoy my art and once more, thanks!
